We had the BEST experience with Quality HVAC! We’ve used them in the past and we’ve had the same consistently exception experience every time. Today we had Adrian out, he was so professional and thorough. He put together a personalized short video of our system and what he saw during his inspection (which was super helpful because it was all stuff I wouldn’t have seen otherwise in the attic and within our A/C). It was so cool! Such a special touch. We will definitely be using them again and recommend them to everyone!

My heating system wasn’t working just my AC. Aidan came out looked over everything in great detail. All I needed was just a new thermostat after careful examination. He was fast and thorough with everything. Probably one of the most professional genuine individuals I’ve had assist me with my home. Despite how stressful it is to require HVAC installation/repairs, our experience with A Quality HVAC was great. Our heating/cooling system failed overnight and we were able to get a technician out same day to diagnose the problem and repairs were scheduled for the next morning. The technician was very informative and walked us through every part of the troubleshooting and results allowing us to make the best decision moving forward. The installation/repair team was very professional and punctual and completed our project ASAP. Having everything done so timely and professionally was a huge relief for us and I would definitely recommend A Quality HVAC for all HVAC needs going forward.

Unfortunately we had a mini split fail shortly after purchasing our home in July. We chose A Quality based on a recommendation from our home inspector. They were able to get us scheduled in a reasonable manner and showed up on time. The system did a great job of supplying appointment reminders and sending us a notice when the technician (Chase) was on his way with name and picture. We also received a phone call with Chase. Chase was great to work with! It's hard to find many people that truly value customer service. Chase had great energy, was genuinely happy to be working and demonstrated a passion for his job. He took the time to properly diagnose the unit and part of the repair included a video that showed why our unit failed. This is a simple but great value add as it makes it easy for anyone to understand the diagnosis. The repair was completed a few days days later by another technician who did a good job but failed to properly replace the a/c line insulation. It was a minor detail but A Quality sent Chase back out and he handled it professionally and made it right. I was working with a home warranty on this repair which was rather challenging. Chase took the time during the diagnosis and the return trip to modify the invoice according to our home warranty company's needs. Overall this was a great interaction. In previous business exchanges with HVAC and plumbing companies they attempt to sell you warranty programs or repairs/upgrades that you don't need or ask for. I appreciate A Quality not attempting to push a product or service. I would highly recommend A Quality... and ask for Chase!

We always have good service and feel they keep our system in the best condition. Chase also goes the extra mile by asking if there are any minor thing he may be able to help you with. Instead of leaving right away he checked connections and continued his inspection to ensure after he left the system would continue to work. Instead of leaving because things seemed like a non-issue like he could have done, he spent time checking things out and this provided peace of mind. That’s service! And much appreciated.

As a fully paid customer they couldn't help me at all. It was 92° in the house when my ac stopped working and they could care less. The best they could do was have there contractor come 8 days later. That just wasn't going to be livable here with. 14 month old baby too! I called Quality at 5:30 Friday night and I had my ac back at 9:00 am Saturday. I will never call anyone but Quality to help me. They are very reasonable too. A family owned business with morals and they take care of there customers. Thank you so much!!!

One of my A/C units went out. I hired another local company to come out. The tech started the repair, and said I needed an extensive repair, and quoted me anywhere from $500 to $1,500 to get it running again. I wanted a second opinion, hired A Quality HVAC, and they came out within 2 hours. They sent out their service tech Chase. First off, he was extremely polite and courteous. Chase diagnosed our situation, did a small rewire, and replaced a small fuse. My A/C works great, and they saved me hundreds of dollars. This company is top notch, truly A+ Quality in both customer service and technical skill. I called after closing time to set up an appointment to fix our furnace after another local company did not respond to follow up calls about when our faulty control board would be replaced. I spoke to someone who assured me of a phone call first thing the next morning. But instead, A Quality HVAC rep called me that same evening, first issuing an apology for not having a tech available immediately but scheduled a visit for the next day…so I had a tech in my house less than 24 hours after I called…who got my furnace working, even if it may be temporary. This is a small family owned HVAC business that absolutely excels in value, responsiveness, dependability, communication and all facets of customer service. Everyone from front office staff to the technicians that complete the requested services are professional in every respect. Our technician, Chase, was on time, was dressed professionally, wore booties while in the home and cleaned up after he was done. He gave us an exact quote for the required work, told us what he was going to do before he did it, captured his work and results on his iPad and reviewed the work and results with us via his iPad when the work was completed. His explanations for the work needed and the work completed were clear and concise and he took time to answer our questions and offer tips for maximizing the use of our system. There was no technical double talk and, while he made recommendations, he did NOT push products. We purchased an annual maintenance plan, which delivers exceptional value for us. Finally, the company’s forms and paperwork are clear and simple to understand. We’ve already referred the company to several neighbors.

Top of the line professionalism. Enrique took his time to review the duct work and air handler before seeing the ac unit itself or talking numbers. He filmed and gave commentary of the problems happening in the attic and the possible repairs that would fix the problem for better air flow. Sold my wife and I allow on the presentation but also provided transparency that the repairs may or may not work and we/they wouldn't know until the ac unit was running continuously. Duct work had to be replaced nonetheless and Quality HVAC is going to take care of that along with the new unit.

Denny was absolutely phenomenal! I had a new system installed a week ago, and was having trouble with the thermostat having a mind of its own and changing temperature on me as it wanted to. Denny came out and realized after checking out the thermostat that there might be a glitch. So he changed out the thermostat to a different brand and spent time with me setting it up, along with downloading it to my phone so I could control it when I'm away. He also checked everything else while he was here to make sure it was running as it should. He was very thorough, professional, and explained everything he was doing! It has now been 3 days since Denny changed out the thermostat, and I am having no more issues with the temperature setting changing on its own. Amazing experience start to finish (and yes, I’m still talking about HVAC service). I called A Quality HVAC at ~9:30am on a Thursday morning. My AC stopped working around 7am and I spent time trying to troubleshoot before finally calling a pro. My call was handled very quickly (by a person). Demand for service is hi at this time of year (its 118F at peak heat during the day). They needed to look at schedules and get back to me. Fair enough. I received a text message within 15 minutes that a tech had been assigned and an appointment was made for this morning. Before the tech arrived, I received another text with the details of the tech plus his picture which was a very nice way to help homeowners stay secure. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with the service provided by A Quality HVAC this week! Our AC went out right as temps are starting to rise. I called them and they scheduled a technician to come out the next day and were able to work around our family’s busy schedule. The technician was fantastic. He was clean cut and professional looking and did a great job communicating what he was doing and what he saw when he was up in our attic. He had to manuever around all our Christmas decorations up in the attic and I’m sure that was a pain, but he didn’t complain or ask us to climb up there. Instead he asked me politely if it was okay that he move things around to get access to the AC parts and then went about his work up there. I was super impressed with the text message reminders, and alerts about my appointment, and liked that they text me a picture of the technician so I knew he was who he said he was when he arrived (the nice clean white button up shirt with the A Quality HVAC logo on it helped too!). All the wonderful customer service wouldn’t have meant anything if the work they did wasn’t great as well, but it totally was! They earned the 5 stars on this job!! They fixed my AC, making two trips to get parts for us that were needed, while keeping me in the loop the whole time. I wish every contractor I hired was this efficient, professional, and polite. I don’t know if this is a family owned business or not, but it felt like they really cared about me as their customer and defiantly treated us like we were part of their family. Just had the guys at A Quality come out and install a new high efficiency air conditioner today and they did a fantastic job. AC went out on Saturday at 130am, they came out Saturday morning and got it back up and running. With the age and condition of our AC unit we decided to replace it. Started with Enrique who came out and did a diagnostic of our two units. He gave us options on what would work and what we felt would be best for us. We decided to replace one of the two 14 year old AC units. One was on its last leg the second one over the last few years we have replaced pretty much all the internal parts. Enrique’s recommendation was to do nothing with that unit as it was running perfect. The furnace and coil in our attic has been replaced within the last 3 to 4 years, which made it where we did not have to replace anything in the attic. That is why we chose to just replace one 3.5 ton unit. Today Manny and John came to replace the AC unit. Very nice and knowledgeable guys. They replaced our old carrier with a new Amana one. They made sure everything worked and took there time to make sure everything was right and went well. Manny is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff when it comes to air conditioning. April 27, 2020 - Had a second unit installed today and yesterday had a issue with the unit which was installed a few months ago, Manny and the team were on it, they installed the new unit and and repaired the other issue and everything is great in the household. I am a little late in writing this review, but i believe when a person do exceptional work or a company provides a great service, we should point out all the good.l because when they fail to live up to our expectations, we tent to share these words with anyone who will listen. on 4 may 2017 my air condition went out and i remember my friend telling me about A-Quality HVAC and looked them up on the internet. At 8:30 i filled out a form requesting more information about my A/C repair. Too my surprise, I received a call before 9:00 pm asking if I needed someone to come out now, or could I wait until the morning. i choose to wait until the morning. The Technician Enrique came out with a trainee. I was impress with how they treated your house by covering their shoes. The level of respect while talking to me, making sure i completely understood what they had found and the steps needed to return my A/C system back to fully operational. they have a straight forward pricing system, so no surprises on addition parts or hourly charges. I could go on and on, but just wanted to give a thank you to Enrique for all of your hard work on this day. i guess you are only allow one review per company. but today May 25 2017 i needed my A/C checked out. Making an appointment was easy. called at 10:10am , and a technician was on their way by 11:00am. Too my surprise it was Enrique and after explaining my problem to him, I went and continual my workout while he looked into the problem. Like most times, when someone comes out the problems just seems to go away. Enrique spend oner 90 minutes checking out the system making sure everything was right and in working order. I am on their maintenance plans and it only cost me twenty dollars for the service. I would recommend this plan to everyone. Enrique just seems like a very trusting guy and did not require me to walk though-out the house with him as he checked out my system. I give this trust to very few people these days, it usually something they have to work hard for. I have now made the request i would wait until Enrique was available if i require any further repairs, this is how much trust I place i him. If you are looking for a good family business with exceptional workers, then give them a try. But if you really want to experience someone who knows their business then ask for Enrique. Still only allow one main review. So it’s an up as the time goes along. Still one of the best company around. Their employees are outstanding and trustworthy. Enrique still stands out among the rest 110 degrees is the worse time for an AC unit to go out. This post is dated 28 July 2020. Manny came out this time and once again what great service. He fixed the one Ac and then checked the other just to be sure there were no other problems. Arrived on time and another friendly person I got to know. Furnace acting erratic doesn't heat then it does. since it was running fine while the tech was here could not give a diagnosis. When he arrived it was heating and seemed to work fine the entire time he was here. It worked fine until maybe 3:00 am when it failed which is what we told tech.
