After a HORRIBLE experience with American Home Shield. I called Atmostemp after being without air for 2 weeks during a heat wave. From beginning to end this company was top notch. From Zach and Will diagnosing the problem and then getting Mike from the sales team dispatched the same day Review Options with me. I loved how Mike didn't try to just sell me the most expensive a/c and heater and let me know what would work best for my home. Oftentimes as a single woman I feel like companies try to get over. But I didn't feel this way at all. The cleaned up after themselves and walked me through my new units and thermostat. I would highly recommend Atmostemp.

Our whole house a/c system was installed 5 years ago. We had a problem with it, as it stopped working the other night. I called them and someone came out in less than 2 hours. The Technician was named Eric and he knew exactly what was wrong within a few minutes. He had the part needed on his truck, fixed the a/c and he said there was no charge because we had a warranty. He wouldn't even take a tip from us. I was very impressed. They honored their warranty without hesitation and Eric had a great sense of morality, very commendable.

During our yearly maintenance, we discovered an issue with our upstairs HVAC unit. The technician Scott, was able to diagnose the problem quickly but had difficulty in determining the correct part number from the manufacturer. The team at Atmostemp did a great job in resolving the issue and completing the repair. Our technician Scott was very polite and professional, making sure that everything was functional to my satisfaction before completing the work. I highly recommend them.

We’ve had a heating problem for over a week, and had a company come out and look at and fix it. After several attempts over several days, the problem continued. This morning we called Atmostemp. Steve Marshall came, and within a hour he diagnosed and fixed the problem! All along explaining what he was finding and what he was doing to remedy the situation. I turned to Atmostemp after a horrible experience with Hutchinson trying to up-sale me on a 5 year old system Hutchinson themselves installed. Your people are awesome! It all started beginning of summer 2021 that Shaun came in to replace an AC capacitor. His knowledge of the equipment and his polite calm manner made us join the maintenance program for AC and furnace. Our house is a flip, so then the waterless tank heater died, enter Darren. Big guy with big heart. He walked us through the options and we signed up for the Advantage program on a tankless water heater. Best decision ever. Forward to october 2022 and after a maintenance check, the furnace said no more. Back came Darren to walk us through the options of a furnace and we decided on going with the combo of AC and furnace unit also through the Advantage program. What a surprise that Shaun (Sr. Tech) was back with Ty to do the teardown and install of the new units. They were both amazing! Courteous, knowledgeable and with smiles on their faces. They work hard to get all done and did a wonderful job of clean up. They walked me through how to use the new thermostat and to reach out if I had any additional questions. Then, as I sit writing this review, Darren calls to confirm that all went as expected and if we are satisfied. We are satisfied and so thankful. Atmostemp is lucky to have you guys. You all are an asset to the company and are a big part of why customers come back and spread the word about you. Thank you again!!!

Brandon Saunders was our service technician this morning. He was such a nice guy! Also he definitely knew his stuff and was very helpful and did an excellent job. We did have a potential issue with our A/C unit which he explained in detail. At our request he left us with a name and number to call if (more likely when!) we notice that the A/C is not functioning as it should. (It is very old.) We now know what to look for and we feel taken care of. Also, and very importantly, there was absolutely no pressure to act. Brandon just provided us with his labor, his expertise and the information we needed to make a decision at some point...oh, and of course, he serviced out A/C!!

Eric came to my house in Mt Ephraim on Sunday afternoon. My thermostat was not working right. The heat would not stop running. I replace the batteries but still didn't work. Eric check the batteries AND clean the terminals. This made the difference. So instead of trying to sell me a new thermostat he went the extra mile to fix my thermostat. i will always recommend your company.

We called Service Experts call center as it was after hours on a Sunday night. They asked us a few questions over the phone and then assigned us a technician (Steve) that called us quickly after the initial call. Steve, the technician from Service Experts, came out to troubleshoot our heater as it had stopped working that night. He was very knowledgeable and he explained to me what he was troubleshooting along the process of trying to fix it. It was determined that the blower motor had died and the inducer motor needed to be replaced as well. He ordered the parts the next morning and was back at our house the next day to replace. Again, he took the time to show me what he was replacing and also took the time to explain to me how everything tied in to each other. Everything is working fine now. Our furnace is a Lennox G61MPV. I used Atmostemp for several years and have been very pleased with them; however this time, I had serious issue with scheduling. First appt was for 6-8pm, then they called me an hour before appt asking to move it up earlier. I work so I can’t do that. Then, they rescheduled to following day but nobody came. I had to call in to remind them. Apparently whoever is handling the appts after office hours didn’t know how to schedule appts correctly. Finally someone from the office called and sent Ali, a technician to do the maintenance on our heating. He did a fantastic job. Very courteous, had mask on and booties. This company is fantastic. They responded to a call for a service tech late afternoon on a holiday weekend Sunday within hours. The tech was honest, through, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and pleasure to work with. I called around 3:45PM on Tuesday that my water heater was leaking. They picked up right away and said someone would be out within 60 to 90 minutes. Justin was at my house within about 20 minutes, inspected the water heater, and said it needed to be replaced. He said he would do his best to get it done the next day because it was an emergency. A little while later they called that they would be here at 10:00AM the next day. Justin and George were at my house by 9:30AM the next morning and we're done by about 12:00 noon. As a RETIRED supervisor for PSE&G I reviewed is safety work Ethics, and he works safe and cautious. Young Men like Riley are hard to fine. I would sent him to all your problem jobs as a troubled shooter. I would also send Riley to advance AC schooling to learn new AC Systems and system functionality by design manufacturers. We just had our annual A/C check. Anthony was great. He showed up on time, did his technical inspection (both inside and outside unit) quickly, thoroughly and professionally. 5 stars for him. Four stars for installation issues about a year and a half ago. Space was left with extra, unnecessary cleanup for me. Also, the charge for adding one register in sun room seemed excessive. Sun room issue is slightly improved, but not as expected (i.e. the temp differential still much greater than expected). Having said that, LOVE the conversion to two zone top of the line system!
