He was courteous and professional and figured out all issues. I needed a new water heater and he was able to promise to return and do that work himself 2 days later. That job required dismantling some shelves in the closet where the water heater lives and I were pretty anxious about that. But the tech did it all with no fuss and was very good natured throughout it all too. This Local HVAC & Furnance Repair company may not be the cheapest but I have used them before and they come on time, they do the work well, and they are always really professional and pleasant to deal with. In my book that's worth 5 stars.

Simply the best! I would give them 10 stars if I could. The tech was able to help me fix my AC after it had shut off on a 95-degree day with my wife and an infant in the house. The tech responded to the emergency call and was able to get the system up and running in no time! Most importantly, he was patient and knowledgeable in answering any and all questions that I ad. Awesome! AC had been acting up a few months ago and we thought we cleared the clog in the condensation lines. Finally stopped working. I thought that we would have to wait until at least the next day or a few days for an appointment, but that was a pleasant surprise! I called to leave a message and actually got a call back at 7:45pm. Technician arrived promptly at 8:45pm as expected. He quickly diagnosed a significant clog and cleared it up. We had our AC and Heat unit installed a couple months ago, and all seems to be working fine. The price was competitive, and the install team, the technicians were great. There was a slight hiccup in the install, as the existing plenum was too small to fit the coil, but the guys put in all they could on day one, and were back with a custom made plenum to finish the job a few days later. The system is working well when needed. Great job!

Our AC and heat unit was installed a few months ago, and everything seemed to be running smoothly. The install team and technicians were excellent, and the price was reasonable. The installation encountered a minor snag because the coil couldn't fit in the existing plenum, but the guys did what they could on the first day and returned a few days later with a specially manufactured plenum to finish the work.

On one of the warmest days, my air conditioner broke down! Was surprised to learn someone could come out the same day I called to see if someone could come out and look at the AC unit because I had assumed it would take a day or two. After making the contact, I received a text reply a few hours later stating that the owner was on his way to fix my air conditioner. My AC is now operating normally after they immediately rectified the issue. I wholeheartedly endorse this business, and I now know who to call if I ever get any further problems with my AC unit.

Awesome! We believed we had cleaned out the obstruction in the condensation lines when the AC started acting up a few months ago. finally ceased to function. That was a welcome surprise because I had anticipated that we would have to wait until the very next day or a few days for an appointment. I recently moved into a house with a 15-year-old gas furnace that started making very… concerning noise. I called them forheating, and cooling and they came out the same day to do an inspection. The tech came quickly found the problem, which was a part that needed to be replaced. I was so worried that the furnace itself was on its last legs, but his opinion was that with replacing the part and regular maintanance, it should last atleast a few more years.
