I contacted Thermal Services at 2:30 PM when our AC unit wasn’t turning on after winter. The house was 80 degrees! Ken was there an hour later and had the unit back up and running in no time! Ken diagnosed, repaired, and gave me a full walkthrough of my system by dinner time. Phenomenal job!

Called around to get various quotes to replace my a/c unit and the amounts were on the high side. Decided to call Thermal and schedule to get a quote from them beings my father in law used them. They set me up the same day to have Dean come out and take a look at what was needed. He looked at everything and we talked about different things. After a long visit he said well let’s get a proposal set up and see what we can do. What I like is this Man listened to our needs and asked what we wanted and never once pushed us into something we don’t need to spend money on. After seeing the proposal I decided to just replace both furnace and a/c unit at the same time with the mind set they both are about 17 years old. And from the damage the a/c unit has caused if we didn’t replace the furnace it was just a matter of time before I had to. Needed it done asap and was set up for next day replacement. Brian showed up 8/4/2022 at 7:30 am introduced himself. We talked for a few minutes and they got to work. I came home from work and all I can say is I am truly impressed and can’t believe the transformation from what we have seen for the past 20 plus years. Just blown away. What a tremendous job they have done. Thanks again Thermal and your awesome team of workers and glad to be a customer for life.

Josh was the plumber who came out to assess water leaking in my basement. He checked the problem quickly and showed me that a drain must’ve clogged, overflowing when my water softener empties water. He actually demonstrated the overflow so I could see water build up in the drain. He cleared the drain and also capped some pipes that needed to be repaired. He was so knowledgeable and worked quickly to fix the issue. He also assured me that it was not major damage. Before he left he also gave me useful preventative maintenance tips about my water softener. He was just a pleasure to work with. So happy I use Thermal for all of my heating, HVAC and plumbing needs. Their service is exceptional.

Great service and quick repairs. We had the tech come out on the same day we had issues and only an hour after we called. They have techs available almost all day and night so there no shortage of availability when you NEED someone. I would recommend them to anyone.

We just received service from John Suarez, a senior service technician with Thermal Services, and I can't recommend his service enough. John was extremely knowledgeable, to the point where he was able to guess the problem before looking through everything and ended up being correct after working through the issue. His many years of work in HVAC were immediately apparent. As he worked, he talked me through what he was doing and why he was doing it. Never at any point did I feel as if John was doing more than he should be doing, and he was able to accurately diagnose the problem, fix the problem, and clean up after himself. Technician Erik Butler was on time and friendly. He listened to my concerns and went to work to complete maintenance on the HVAC system. It was great to feel cool again, literally. Two other techs were also on time and friendly, they were here to perform maintenance on plumbing. They were efficient and informed me of all the steps performed.. Great job Thermal Services. Well, it appears the issue was not corrected by Erik, through no fault of his own, but his visit did enable Layne Derby (Asst Residencial Service Manager) to track down internal breaker thrown on outside unit and subsequent shorted wire. Layne was quick, he must have had a troubleshooting checklist imbedded in is brain (and hopefully my descript of issue). He nailed it down in less than 10 minutes. Thanks so much. It's frigid here

Holy Moley, I can home at 7pm it was 90 degrees in my house. Called around and was told by a few companies that it would be 2 or three days before they could come out. Called Thermal. Amazing customer service over the phone They told me they would be out that same night!!!! I thought how much is that gonna cost?! By 10 PM the wonderful Mr. Colyon showed up. I think he had a halo on... it could have been just thr heat stroke... but what does it matter. He had us up and running in 40 minutes. For parts, coil cleaning and all his excellent care... less than $300!!!! At, 10 pm on a 100 degree day! And he didn't try to force sell anything. Just mentioned the services they offered. I am super impressed with my whole experience with Therma l!

Twenty-six year old furnace was having issues maintaining temp. Emailed Thermal early in the AM and got a call shortly after 8:00am to confirm my need of service. John was here by 11:00am to investigate. Allowed me to sit with him and work through his list of diagnostic review tasks. Determined that furnace was unfit for use and posed a danger to the house and our family. Another representative was at the house by 12:30pm to review options, which led to purchase of new HVAC system. It was no pressure sales pitch, helped me make the right decision for our situation and successfully financed the purchase. Install team was here by 2:30pm to begin temp installation, with full job to be completed on their return Monday (which will be following business day). Incredibly candid throughout the process, impossible turnaround times through each step, and professional installation. Would recommend the team to anyone that may need this type of work. Look forward to partnering with Thermal for warranty work and routine maintenance in the years to follow.

I have a service contract with Thermal Services, and I feel it is a good value. Their techs come out and service our AC and furnace annually. We also get priority service in the event of any issues. Techs are on time and are courteous and knowledgeable. We had a whole house UV air purifier installed this year, which has given me peace of mind during this pandemic. I definitely recommend Thermal Services. UPDATE: We are still happy with Thermal Services. During a routine maintenance visit in December, they found a carbon monoxide leak, so we had a new furnace installed. The new system was in stock and was installed and operational within a few days of finding the leak. We just had our summer maintenance visit, and the tech was friendly and knowledgeable. I really like that they put on booties to work in your house and they leave everything neat. They all have uniforms and are well groomed and professional. It is a pleasure doing business with Thermal Services.

A few years ago, I needed a new Furnace and Air Conditioner, the later had stopped and we were in an unusual stretch of 100 degree weather. I had two companies come and give me bids in the best top of the line equipment they could offer, in fact I decided I also wanted a Tankless Water Heater and a Water Softener. As one could imagine the price was high. The most pressing was of course the A/C. Those companies could not do anything for two to three weeks. I decided to try one more. Thermal Services was similar in price and said they could do the whole job the next day. Service after the sale includes they have service men whose regular hours are at night. So 24/7 issues are no problem. Their staff and technicians are excellent.

I've been a customer of Thermal Services for more than 30 years . The company has been servicing my HVAC and Plumbing system ever since I bought my house. They provide the best professional people who are knowledgeable and thorough. They take the time to understand my concerns, answer all my questions, and never have to call back for a failed repair. They get it right the first time. Take my most recent visit The company sent Joe to service my plumbing system. As a home owner I'm concerned about any plumbing issue I may have as some can be very serious. I generally look for issues but in this case, Joe discovered several issues I have because my house is over 40 years old and the plumbing code in certain areas has changed due to the change in technology. He suggest several ways to over come the problems. He answered all my questions I had in a way the was easy for me to understand. When he left I felt I had the best plumbing inspection I ever had and directions to solve some problems I had that would be easy fixes. I was a very happy customers as the problems I had were not as significant as I thought.

I cannot say enough great things about Jacob who helped us with our plumbing issue this afternoon. My elderly mother's pipes were frozen due to the lovely -44 degree wind chill temps. Thermal Services sent Jacob within the hour where other companies told me the earliest they could schedule a visit was 3-6 days later. Jacob arrived on time, followed CDC protocols for COVID 19, and communicated with me remotely via cell since my mom needed to maintain her distance. He fixed the problem, called me afterward to explain what he had done and then advised what to do so the problem would not recur. Jacob also pointed out some issues with some corrosion on some of the valves on the water shut off and explained why it would be a good idea to have those maintained and fixed in the spring. Jacob was honest, efficient and trustworthy. I would recommend him (and Thermal Services) to anyone (especially friends and family) who needed emergency plumbing help. Thank you for making what could have been a disaster of a day much better for all of us.

I have had two recent experiences with Thermal Services; the first to repair our A/C and now, with our furnace. With record low temperatures we are seeing this week (Feb. 2021) now was not the time for our furnace to be acting up. I called and a technician was at my house the same day both times. This summer when our A/C was acting up, the technician was fast, went through an entire diagnostic overview of the system, and walked us through everything and fixed our issue. With the furnace, again, the technician was wonderful, he even spoke on the phone to my husband to answer his questions as he was not home at the time of the service call. Both visits were extremely thorough, quick, and the technicians were great to work with!

So it was 8:30 on Saturday night the day before Easter and the AC was not working, temp in the house was climbing towards 80 degrees and I placed a call to Thermal Services. We have the Platinum plan and they said they'd be out. I was not thinking that they'd be out yet in the same evening but at about 9:50 the tech called and said he'd be arriving in 15 minutes. He was at the house as promised, extremely professional and had me up and running in about 20 minutes. I cannot say enough good about John Suarez and Thermal Services. Our furnace developed an intermittent problem with one of the blower motors and it needed to be checked. John S. came out and quickly determined it needed replacing and it took him no time at all to track down a new one and get it installed. We have used Thermal Services for many years and have always had excellent service from them. I had Doug come to the house to determine where our water issue was originating from. He arrived on time (actually early) for our appointment! He was respectful of the virus issue and presented at the door with his mask on...thank you for that, we have a family member with asthma and trying to prevent exposure of outside contact as much as possible. Doug listened to what I explained that i saw dripping from the exhaust pipe. He checked the issue out, when outside to look at the vent cap on the roof and determined that we needed to call a roofer. The issue is not related to the heating system or boiler. He then asked how the system was performing overall. I explained to him that we've had multiple people out to check the new furnace since it feel cold in the house when we have the heater on. He checked the thermostat out and did an adjustment since the reading was off by a few degrees. Their due to return in a few weeks for the AC maintenance, but in the meantime, try the heater again and see if the adjust seems to improve the house temperature. We've always been very satisfied with the Thermal team and the people they've sent to the house....Doug was a ROCK STAR!! He went above and beyond what he originally came out for, and was able to give direction with what we need to do next with the leak. Thank you and as always Thermal and their team is outstanding!!!

Service tech John came to my house to repair the unit in a short time, looked at the electrical components and diagnosed the problem, changed the bad part for a new one and the system is working great. Our pressure relief valve had blown and water was discharging from the hot water heater. Thermal called to let us know our technician, Joe, was on his way. He arrived on time and was efficient. I am pleased with his service. Our shower handle was stripped and no longer under warranty. Joe suggested we contact Moen and get free replacement parts, which we did. I have never taken the time to write a review, but it’s my duty to share my experience so it could possibly help others who want to know who to trust in heating and cooling repairs.. When I called on the coldest day on record, I didn’t expect there to be much availability for service. My heater wasn’t working at all (it was 40 degrees in the house and dropping) and Thermal Services was able to send a diagnostic technician, John, that same day. His expertise led him to quickly, efficiently and correctly diagnose the problem and get the heater working-crucial on such a dangerously cold day. Woke up at 4:15 this morning (New Years day) to my furnace not working, and of course it was the coldest night in over 20 years. The epitome of professional customer service! Thermal Services ensured that we received a same-day service call (Friday) to handle our non-functioning A/C. They even asked for a convenient time for us! The tech, John Suarez, arrived right about that time (around noon). He quickly diagnosed the problem and knew what part to get. Unfortunately, that part was not in stock. It would be days before it would arrived. For several reasons, health being the major, we could not go without the A/C. I called Thermal Services because I have been experiencing this loud water pipe noise when I turn on a faucet. I recently had a new furnace installed, and it started right after that. Layne came out and checked it out for me. He was so nice and so thorough, checking all the pipes and connections. He finally found that the water pressure valve was possibly adjusted a tiny bit too far, and was leaking. When he redid the adjustment, the noise stopped! He listened to my concerns and did a very thorough check of every thing, especially my hot water heater and regulator. He checked water all over the house and the laundry back-up. In 2011, the Hilton Omaha went through a 150 room expansion and a 450 room renovation. We had also added the new Black Stone Ballroom to the hotel plus expanded the parking garage. The timeline on this project was very aggressive and the hotel stayed open with full services. Thermal Services was a major player in this projects success. Thermal had to deal with many hurdles to stay on the timeline and meet their deadlines such as room occupancy and shut down scheduling. Thermal Services stayed right on track during the entire project. Jason H was the point man on this project and was the go to guy for the Hilton. Jason did a fantastic job keeping the general contractors and the Hilton informed with the status of the project and keeping his end of the project on track. Jason and his team always came to the hotel looking and acting professional and made such an impression on the Hilton that we now use Thermal Services on a regular basis. Here at the Hilton Omaha we expect that our contractors look and act very professional at all times. We have used Thermal for years. Recently our heater was nearing its end and we bought a new one from Thermal. The guys who installed the new heater were very professional, left the job site clean, and even corrected other issues with the pvc piping which they could have left as-is.
