When our air condition unit went out during the night on a Tuesday, I called Waggoner’s the next morning. The young man who came out to try to repair our unit (installed in 1995) told us the fan had burned out and the coolant that unit used was no longer being made, so rather than getting expensive repairs we should probably get a new unit. We agreed. He told us he would ask their sales rep. to come over and show us some options. The Sales rep. came over the next day, showed us some different models, and asked us what we needed. We told him the AC we had was struggling to keep the upstairs cool, so he showed us a Trane unit that had more power. Instead of trying to upsell us a more expensive product, he asked, “Are you sure you want to do that, because it’ll be more expensive?” We had to convince him that we wanted the bigger unit! Waggoner’s sent a four man crew over the next day (2 worked outside and 2 worked in our attic). They did a great job, the install went smoothly, and they were careful about the cleanup inside and out. We love our new AC unit and it works SO much better than the old one did. I highly recommend Waggoner’s for heat & air needs! They are reliable, honest, highly skilled, and their prices are reasonable. We’ll probably need to replace our downstairs unit next year (the coolant both units used has been banned, so it will be hard to find and expensive). I’ll definitely want Waggoner’s to do that job for us. They are a company you can trust!

I got quotes from 8 different HVAC companies to replace my 16 year old AC that went out. This company was the most professional, they were on time and polite when replacing my entire unit. They also cut in a new return. They were by far the best price and had the 10 year labor warranty for around $1000 on the 14 seer (lowest seer available) whereas every other company wouldn't offer any extended labor warranty on that seer level. They also cleared out my condensation pipes because they were clogged. In total I paid around $12,000 for all new AC/heating. I highly reccomend them.

I noticed our air was not working at 11:30 pm July 3rd. Turned unit off and called at 8:00 am July 4th. Cody arrived at 11:00 am and inspected the unit. Cody showed me the readings on the bad capacitor and how it was bulged out compared to the new one. Cody was happy to answer all of my questions and even hung out to make sure the unit kicked back on correctly after I changed my filter. All work was completed by 11:30 am. There was a 30% surcharge for holiday work which is very fair in my opinion.

A couple of years ago my system was having problems so I had them install a new energy efficient system and I am very happy. Our heat went out at about midnight and these guys were the only ones who had actual staff on hand to answer the phone (not a call center like the 20 other places we called) and booked us for the next day. The tech even showed up an hour and a half early. He diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes and had the the blower motor replaced and up and running in an hour. These guys are professional life savers for my family when it's 20 degrees out. Will absolutely be using them for any HVAC needs.

Kind, professional, and honest. The folks from Waggoners worked with me, my spouse, and our landlord to make sure we got our broken AC unit replaced, find a coolant leak, and then went out of their way to set up a reasonable payment plan so that we could afford the expenses. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly and explained their work in detail, helping us understand the problems as well as confirming their competence. Having broken air conditioning in the middle of summer is never a pleasant experience, but working with these guys was. They definitely get my recommendation!

I’m the person who usually only leaves a review when something went wrong. However, I was extremely pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone. I had water flood the duct work in my foundation. I called just about EVERYONE who would install new duct work in the attic. They were very reasonable and had the best price by far. Only 1/3 the cost of some companies. Not to mention, they installed all new duct work AND a new unit for the same cost as it would have been for another company to just seal the old ones. After their service, they even called back to make sure everything was working perfectly! They not only do a great job at installation but also make sure their work is done right! Reliable company at a fantastic price! I would highly recommend them over ANY HVAC contractors serving the Norman area.

I have used Waggoner a few times, but they are getting 2 days behind before they can send a tech. I realize it is summer, but 2 days wait is not an option this time..I waited the last time, but it is the same problem again. It was fully service 1 month ago, and same problem...After I left a review, they called and offered a tech early the next morning, so I am pleased. Their work always seems good, but getting an appt might be more difficult in very hot weather. They DID WAVE THE SERVICE CALL BECAUSE IT WAS WITHIN A MONTH OF LAST SERVICE, so that was kind that they want to make service right.

We have never had a heat pump and he made sure we understood how the system worked and what sounds were normal for our unit. He even came back our FOR FREE after our gas was turned on in our new home to make sure we knew how to operate it and that all was working well. Highly recommend their service! We moved to the area last year. Our home has a Lennox system. When we turned on our AC this year, it would not run. I called Waggoners and set an appointment for 9am the following day. The service tech called at 8:45 to tell me he was five minutes away. He was polite and asked me a few questions. He checked both the furnace and the ac. The furnace worked fine. When he changed the thermostat to ac, he said it tripped the little circuit breaker in the furnace control box. He suspected and was correct that we had a short in the thermostat wire that when to the the unit outside. He had it fixed within 15 minutes..Thank you.

Called Waggoners because my a/c unit wasn't keeping up with the 95+ degree temperatures outside. They arranged to have a technician troubleshoot the problem and he called me the next day after inspecting the unit. He quoted me a very reasonable price for labor and parts and repaired the unit that day. I was very happy with the fast and professional service I received and highly recommend this company.

Excellent! Our house was sideswiped by a tornado in 2012 and our air conditioning unit had to be replaced. The unit was old, and had an old heating unit, but our insurance would only replace the AC. Waggoners responded to our call immediately and had our new unit in almost immediately. Their technicians were friendly and professional and they scheduled a follow up appointment a few days after the installation to ensure we were satisfied. There was no pressure to replace the heating portion of the unit, but they gave us a fair estimate on it. In addition while they were in the attic, they re-taped some of our duct work at no charge. This year, 2013, our heating unit went out. We called Waggoners back and had exactly the same experience. I would highly recommend them for your heating and air needs.

I recently had to get my HVAC unit partially replaced due to a bad a-coil and they did an excellent job on the installation. I am extremely impressed with their work and I would have zero hesitation to call them for help again. They went above and beyond to remedy our problem and they were very professional and nice the entire time. 6/28/2021 we have had some issues with our Lennox HVAC system since our initial post about our service, and unfortunately they were not able to remedy it, we have since moved on to a different company and have had much better results with the new companies service and expertise on Lennox products.

I am not petty. I try to be fair. I was out of the country and my AC went out in a rent house. My tenant could not get a hold of me so she called Waggoners. They came and fixed the problem and were fast and nice about it. The problem is they use the book to bill you. The problem was a dirty system, Coil, filters, etc. I think they also did the normal checks and replaced a fuse not sure, tenant said it was small and round and the receipt is hard to read. Bill $315, time on ground 30 minutes or less according to tenant. They charge 100 for clean coil, 115 for 35/5 compression( I think thats what it says). maybe thats a compression test. and 94 for something else I can't read, tenant says it was fuse or something. I am sure they are competent but they are pricey. 3 stars is all I can do and I rate every service I use. I just had my regular guy come over and replace a fan motor that cost 239 ( I saw the receipt) and a fuse, and clean everything and run the checks and my bill was 325. He came twice and probably worked 1.5 hours total. He is fast and good. If Waggoner did the same thing he did I imagine my bill would have been close to 700. Waggoners seems to know what they are doing and move quickly. Just pricey. not dishonest because the book is what the book is.

Our upstairs AC unit gave up the ghost last night - nothing like waking up in a sauna. I called Waggoner's at 8:00 this morning, was told a repairman would be out between 1:30 - 4:00 and would call first. He got done with his other jobs early, called, was here by 11:00 and had everything up and running within a half hour. It was a capacitor. Jay was professional, friendly, and efficient! It's already cooling down upstairs (was 84) and I highly recommend Waggoner's to everyone! Total cost was only a few dollars more than the cost just to come out by Air Comfort! Used them once and got gouged. Wagoners is great and seems to care.
