Nathan was so helpful on the phone when I called in to schedule service. We called last minute, and were willing to take whatever they had. They were able to fit us in early the next day, which was much better than expected, because the temp had just plummeted big time and the heat would not kick on. Our mom is elderly and at home all day, so this was a big concern for us. Andy was the technician who came out to see us. He showed up at the time he gave an ETA for and was so patient with our 3 dogs, who were instantly fans for life. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He assessed our situation quickly, made the repair needed and ran several tests to make sure things were good. We were very happy with the price we paid. The service was amazing and we are sold on only using Shockley's from here on out. We definitely recommend them!

We have used Shockley's many times for around 14 years. Three times was to purchase HVAC systems for different residences for ourselves or family, and have been very happy with the American Standard products and extremely thankful for the excellent service we have received. Nathan & Andy were first working for Wayne Shockley and kept the business running while Wayne was having health issues, then Nathan purchased the business when Wayne sold the company. Since then the company expanded and has continued to operate the business in great order. They have gone above and beyond when we needed them. It is wonderful to know we can can count on them when needed. We have recommended Shockley's Heat & Air to numerous people.

Rhonda, Nathan and Andy were OUTSTANDING! Our previous HVAC services company has been going through some business gyrations and we have noticed a drop in customer service and an increase in pricing (service contracts, etc.). We contacted Shockley's to investigate services, prices, etc. We like the fact that they are a local Yukon business and quite close to our home location. Their service agreement is less money, with no drop off in services provided. They provide a discount if you use your own filters, while others do not. Our first preventative servicing on our American Standard HVAC was today. We couldn't be happier with the courtesy and professionalism, and the very quick response in setting the appointment. We will execute an annual service agreement with Shockley's and continue to use their excellent company services. A GREAT local business with folks who show genuine care and concern for their customers. Highly recommend!

I woke up at 4:00am and smelled a burning smell coming from my air vent. Turned the AC off, Panicked a bit then called and left a message for Shockley's at 4:30am. Nathan called at 7:00am and said someone would be here at 8:30am. Andy rang the bell at exactly 8:30am although I saw he was actually in the driveway a little before that. Andy was FANTASTIC! He was very polite and very considerate of our situation. I have an immuno compromised child so everything was done to protect him. Andy wore a mask and emailed me the bill so we could remain contactless. Andy explained everything in detail and was extremely gracious. He checked everything out and put my mind right at ease. I will not use any other company ever again! I 1000% recommend them to everyone! Thank you so much guys!

First, I am not one to write reviews, good or bad; however, this company hands down impressed me 100% +++ The technician was actually early, which was great because it was day 4 of my AC quitting on me. My house was up to 96 degrees inside. Cooper was professional, efficient, and spot on w/his knowledge of AC units. He was honest and only replaced parts necessary to get my AC working again. I told him I see why your company has a 5 star rating!! I want to tell others about Shockley’s. Adding to their list of perfect reviews is my way of giving back to them, and to validate for others you will not regret making them your Heat & Air company.

Folks I am here to let you know that shockley's heat and air is outstanding! They repaired my central heat and air unit and it works amazing now! They were on time and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend! If I could post a picture I would to show you that my thermostat is set at 76° and I'm almost freezing! We have had several hundred plus degree days and more expected this week in Oklahoma City and I am very comfortable in my home! They are the best! Thank you!

I called Shockley’s on a Saturday when I discovered my attic AC unit dropping water into my garage through the overflow. They called me right back, asked some questions to diagnose over the phone, and (since it wasn’t urgent) let me schedule for the following Monday. They were extremely accommodating with time and agreed to come later in the day to match my schedule. Andy quickly assessed the issue, gave me an accurate estimate for the labor and repair, and got it done quickly. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

With multiple quotes and offers, Shockley's was the only company who I felt did not overdo or overprice the installation of new ductwork in my home. I was not offered a ton of unnecessary extras or asked to replace every single thing in the attic like all other quotes. He took the time to really look over my house and cared about money savings where it was possible. They gave me a realistic solution, at a good price, and installed new ductwork properly this time so that it will last. These guys were fast, did a great job improving what was very much wrong in my home and I now have what feels like a much more comfortable home as well as cheaper electric bills every single month. I couldn't ask for a better solution. The only complaint I'd have if I had to give a small one, is they left a few of their own tools in my attic that I found about 6 months later when I went to adjust my dampers for the wintertime. A bit more pickup after the install work would be nice, but I understand how employees are when they're trying to be fast and are in dark small spaces. I'm sure it was an accident and the owner probably does not enjoy replacing missing tools. I've been through home inspection courses and am working to be a home inspector myself. I can tell the work they did was proper and of good quality. Would highly recommend for OKC/Yukon area.

Shockley's came out to fix our heating system when it went out during record cold temperatures. They came the morning I called even though we were in the middle of a bad storm and the owner even came out himself to make sure everything was safe after the heater had a burning smell the night before. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism and am very thankful to have a working heater again in the middle of a cold snap.

Cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism, responsiveness and quality of Shockley's service. They replaced our HVAC unit and moved our ductwork to our attic in Oct 2019. They gave us a very competitive bid (we obtained five different company's bids) and very thoroughly explained the process of the installation. We knew exactly what to expect during the installation and there were no surprises. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we knew the ins and outs of using our new HVAC unit. They also took care of the manufacturer's warranty registration and provided us with a copy of the warranty. Since the installation they have come twice for spring and fall routine maintenance visits. We had one issue with the unit in the first year and Nathan Shockley returned our call while on vacation in another state. He sent someone over that day to check out the issue and repair it. We would give Shockley 10 stars if we could.

I asked them to quote me what it would cost for a complete installation, taking care of the site preparation and all the incidentals required for a complete job. They even removed a tree stump that was in the way. The number they quoted me was what I paid. Crew arrived when they said they would. Installation was professional and the site was left cleaner than they started. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family. As a matter of fact that is how I found them, through a recommendation from a friend.

Shockley's quickly responded to my AC emergency during the summer heat. They assessed the situation quickly and laid out my options. They worked with my time frame and didn't pressure me to make any hasty decisions. They had a good selection of options and we were able to find one that fit my finances. The unit was quickly installed and has ALREADY saved my electric bill (compared to previous similar temps). The employees at Shockley's are friendly and knowledgeable. They treat all questions with respect. They even went above and beyond during installation and didn't crush my baby blueberry bush that was planted right next to the unit. Shockleys have been very good and reliable whenever we had an issue with our HVAC! They are reliable and their prices are very reasonable! They are very busy, I suppose that's because they are very good. But once they get to you then they give you a time line and fix everything in that time frame. We had an HVAC issue in Dec 2020 and they were able to get to us and fix our problem on the second day, but that was because all the stores were closed by the time they could get to us. Yesterday it was 110 degrees in OKC. My AC went out so I was pretty desperate to get it fixed given it had been a day and it was now Saturday. My neighbors just so happened to be using Shockley's as I saw one of their work trucks in the driveway. It was my lucky day. I flagged Nathan down as he was heading from his truck back into my neighbors house and asked if he could check out my issues if he had a chance. He said he would be happy to. I knew full well they had many more stops to make that day. 15 minutes later, he and another worker popped over, fixed my issue and went on the many other calls that had that were already scheduled. Super impressive. Nathan was extremely nice, knowledgeable, personable and professional. He squeezed me in to his workload just by me flagging him down in the neighbors yard. HIGHLY recommend them. Great service. We even chatted about music for a bit after discovering mutual interests. Use Shockley's!

We just purchased a brand new furnace and a/c and were completely new to Shockleys before purchase. Before purchasing, we felt like we got honest information about the different systems and Nathan brought His personal and professional experience regarding the different systems. Once we made the decision of his company, the installation process was very thorough. They ensured that not just their new system but all of our systems were going to be running efficiently, helping the life span of the system itself. The previous duct work was not ideal for airflow so they changed it given with constraints of our current duct work. Once installation was complete, he educated us on our new system and older systems (we have three and it is hard to keep all the areas straight). I cannot say enough about this company. It is simply more than a company.

I have used Nathan on my personal property as well as referred to a few different Real Estate clients. I've experienced nothing but honesty, great quality work and fair prices each time. I hear time and time again from clients how a big name company that spends tons on advertising (cough** Air Comfort Solutions) came out and quoted them at 2-3X over what a replacement should cost, and they wont even consider doing repairs to older systems. If you want honest work and honest prices I'd give Shockley's a call. If you want to pay $14k for a system that should cost $5-6k so the other guys can afford to pay local celebs to advertise for them, call the other guys.

Wonderful company!!!! A friend told me she had her AC serviced through someone in Edmond so I called him and he didn’t service my area but he told me that he recommend Shockleys. He said he was so sure of Shockleys that he would have them service his own AC. I called and they came out right away and told me what the problem was. I had four different company estimates to replace my entire A/C and furnace. I had mentioned to every company that we've always had an issue with one particular room getting cool enough in the summer or hot enough in the winter. Every other company quoted me to install additional duct work (one company even said I needed to reverse all the ductwork) without even going into the attic to see what the actual issue was. Nathan with Shockley's is THE ONLY one that actually got up in the attic and found there was no insulation over that room. It was a very hot day and that room is way at the back of the house, but he took the time to crawl back there and even took pictures and showed them to us. Nathan answered every question we had and explained everything in detail. His crew was at my house ON TIME and was very professional and courteous. Shockley's doesn't subcontract the insulation installation and they were competitively priced. I know, because I also got bids for insulation from companies that just do insulation. Nathan went the extra mile and filled out all the warranty paperwork for us too! Very impressed with their services and highly recommend them!

Our house was hit by lightning and ruined all appliances and HVAC board and other parts. Shockley's was on time, it cost what they said it would and everything works great. The thing that impressed me was how the owner of the business and employees came out and inspected our entire house and found extensive damage I didn't know about. The lightening sent a surge thru the house and almost ruptured a gas line in the attic. We left,called ONG and a Plumber. My family is safe because Shockley's goes over and beyond what other heat and air companies do, because they actually care. I was a first time customer too. Now, I'm a Customer for life.

I highly recommend Shockley’s. They are truly a great company that is going to do what is best for you. Our 36 year old HVAC unit left us hanging in the heat. Nathan came out the same day and identified the problem immediately. We were given quotes to fix the problem and quotes to replace the unit. We were never pressured to make a decision either way. He even offered to let us use a portable AC unit so we could stay cool. We ultimately decided to replace the unit. The two gentlemen that did the installment were professional and friendly. I have used these guys for years. They are fair & very reasonable. They’ve never taken advantage of me and have always explained what they were doing. My furnace went out and they were here within a few hours to fix it. They only charged me for a service call! Also, about 8 ago I lost all the Freon in my a/c system. They came out & repaired the line & recharged it. It is still holding (knock on wood) and running like a charm. Every time they come out, they remember what services they’ve done. My heater went out early Saturday morning of last week. I called Shockley’s, they were here within the hour. After the problem was fixed I asked about a new HVAC system because my system was about 20 years old. The price was very reasonable and I asked when they could do it. They were here the following Monday to replace my system. They didn’t charge me for the repair. All crew members were friendly and professional. I very much recommend Shockley’s, and will always use them in the future.

My AC motor gave out on a hot day and I called Shockley’s in the late afternoon. They were able to come out the next afternoon and quickly replaced the motor. The owner (who I spoke to on the phone) and his brother(who did the service call) are both friendly and professional. He also wore a mask the whole time even though he didn’t even come inside, so I can trust that they are a safe company to use during the pandemic.

The first time we met Nathan and his crew was to move our a/c unit. We knew the unit and furnace were old. Neither Nathan or his crew tried to sell us a new hvac system because our current one was working. Fast forward a month or so and the a/c unit went out, we called a few places for quotes, Nathan came in less with a better hvac system, warranty and some extra items over the other company. He also took the time to go over everything with my husband and actually checked to see if the unit could be repaired or needed to be replaced. His competitors did not take that kind of time with us. Nathan even loaned us a portable cooler until our install was complete! The crew showed up on time, everyone was incredibly nice and professional. I would recommend them time and time again!!

Called during the harsh cold spell expecting to have to wait for help, boy was I wrong. Was told they could come out that very day but had to ask about the next day Saturday, was told Saturday morning is available and I said yes. Expecting to be told I had serious problems at a cost, was told very minor repairs needed and the costly items were all in very good condition. Was given $20 off because of first time caller, total cost for service and repairs about $80. Will call again when needed, very satisfied.
