When the air conditioning company I usually use had a full mailbox and I couldn't get an emergency call in I called Pronto. They called me back fast and the repairman was out in about 2 hours. ☀️Professional,Timely & Dependable ☀️ We contacted Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning LLC for an estimate regarding our A/C as we heard loud noises coming from the unit in the attic. Upon inspection it was assessed that Our Unit needed 2 parts a blower & fan motor. This was during Oklahoma temperatures of 91 degree heat & humidity 😅 We called them a week later to install it within 24 hours a Pronto Heating representative had ordered our A/C parts and booked a next day appointment. Once the 2 technicians arrived on time they immediately got our unit back online within a hour!!!! They cleaned up their boxes& Trash☀️ 🌞

I woke up to no heat in my house. After calling around to 10+ companies in the area, Pronto was the quickest to respond. Kevin came out in no time, diagnosed the issue, and was extremely helpful in explaining the situation. While all we can do is wait for it to thaw, he did put me in contact with Darek who is helping me get new units installed to avoid this issue in the future (frozen units due to incorrect placement in the house - 90%'s in the attic!). They have been very empathetic to my situation and are great to work with! I will be using them for all my HVAC needs from this day forward.

I’m impressed with their service. Danny was thorough and observant. Darek clearly explained all of my options, even ones that would not earn them any money. They identified my unique issue. Update: These guys did a major overhaul of my system and did a fantastic job. They are responsive to communication and they make sure the job is done right. I highly recommend them. Fast, Local, and people you and TRUST! So amazing to have a great locally own and run company that you can trust. I had them first take care of my mother when she had been given the run around by another company, trying to get her to spend thousands she didn't need to all just to avoid replacing part of her ac that was under warranty. Pronto came out within the day and got her setup and the parts replaced under warranty and i cant thank them enough for that! But thats not all my AC went down 2 weeks later i gave them a call after work when i learned it was out and 30 mins later Clayvin was at my door and figuring out what was wrong, He didn't have the part on him and it was after hours but he still found someone that did and went above and beyond to try and get us working. Unfortunately the part was dead out of the box but first thing the next morning David, and Darek came out and got it up in running as the first call of the day. NEVER have i had the Lying used to be local but isnt anymore big companies care like pronto does and their response time cannot be replaced! There is no one better in the OKC metro doing Heating and Air... Don't call the big names that have all the commercials and billboard call a local and honest company and i thank them!

Shopped around for a new AC unit and furnace and Pronto had some of the better pricing out there. They also had financing available which was helpful, other groups said I would have to go out and handle my own financing. Whenever I called, they were very responsive and was able to hold a unit until I was ready to move forward. Trey & Sean were extremely professional and polite. They arranged for inspection with the city and afterwards one small thing needed to be adjusted and they were out here promptly to take care of it. Good family owned business that I would recommend to others.

We were very impressed with Darek and Danny! I called one company before trying them, but the other company didn't answer, so I called the next recommended company on our list. We just purchased our house 6 weeks ago and our HVAC system/thermostat started having issues and wasn't turning on most of the time. My husband works out of town during the week and is only home for two days out of the week, so I requested that a service tech come by when my husband was home, so that they could properly communicate the issues to him since I would have no idea what they were saying. They were able to help us out with our request and quickly diagnosed/fixed the issue upon arrival. Danny expertly explained their awesome Maintenance Program, where they will come by twice a year to service/prep our HVAC system for the change of seasons and give you 15% off any other repairs. We were sold and promptly signed up! Darek was able to quickly service our system and show my husband what to do if the issue repeats itself and also pointed out some other possible issues with our system that may come up because of how it's been rigged up/repaired before. That was helpful and informative. Danny and Darek were quick, professional and knowledgeable and we should never have to use another company again. We live in Noble and we weren't sure which companies would service our area.

Pronto Heating & Air came to my home when I contacted them about 2 weeks earlier. My air conditioner had stopped. My system is only 4 years old (not old enough to have problems). It was on a Friday afternoon and very hot/humid. They told me when I called that they are available 24 hours which is awesome. The two employees Danny Cazares & Darek Welp came out that evening when they completed their other jobs, within 20 minutes they found the problem and within a total of 45 minutes my system was running again. +Great service! Our AC went out in July (no one's favorite circumstance) and we called first thing in the morning and they were able to work us into their schedule, when others couldn't. Kevin came over within a couple hours and diagnosed our compressor fan went bad. They were able to get a new OEM part ordered and then worked us into the afternoon schedule for the first technician available to install it. Trey and Sean swung by a couple hours later between other jobs to install it and after about 15 minutes we had cold air again!

My heater stopped working on a Friday, and I had to go through home warranty. I was worried that it wouldn’t get fixed before the weekend and freezing temps. They were quick in contacting me and getting to my house. They wore masks and were polite and got the job done. They even rushed to the parts store within minutes of closing to ensure they could fix it before the weekend. It is an almost 30 year old heater so I am thankful that they were able to fix it in such a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!!

The guys did a great job inspecting my heater as part of my maintenance plan. They arrived on time, spent 20-30 minutes at my house cleaning and performing adjustments on my furnace, and did a final CO2 test prior to wrapping up. I called Pronto Heating and Air and the Technitian, Tre arrived to fix my problem in a couple of hours from me calling. He diagnosed what was wrong, and fixed the problem in less than thirty minutes. He showed me the problem and the part he had to replace to get my Air Conditioner up and running. Again it was an awesome professional experience and handled perfectly. We have a service agreement with them and they came and did our maintenance checkup and filter change and cleaned our outside unit to get us ready for turning on our air for summer. Kevin and Trey were very professional, friendly and wore masks, gloves and shoe covers when they came inside to change the filters. About a month later our thermostat stopped working and I called and they came in between jobs to change it out and put a new one in. I am so glad that I found a company that I trust. Furnace stopped working right before winter storm -- the guys came next day and replaced the main motor. There was a further problem with the condensation drainage, though, and it kept shutting off. Over the next day the Pronto guys came back twice to figure out the problem and make sure it was fixed right. I appreciated their good attitudes and dedication to finding the solution! I have used Pronto Heat and Air twice. Kevin, the owner and his brother Trey serviced my old AC unit last summer when it quit working and were great, fast and efficient. This week during this crazy cold spell in OKC my old central heating unit went out. I called Pronto and found out that Kevin's wife Alicia now is his customer service representative after working years in the heat and air business. She really is an expert in heat and air and took care of all the details on this call and answered alll my questions. Kevin came out yesterday to assess my heater problem and I decided to go with all new American Standard Units. Kevin, his brother and now his son who also has joined the business all installed my new units TODAY and they work perfectly. Have a nice warm home tonight. I highly recommend Pronto Heat and Air. I will used Pronto for all my future HVAC needs. My heater failed, and these guys were able to come out and see me same day, while every other HVAC company were backed up by days. I called in the morning, and they were hear by lunchtime. The heater was diagnosed and fixed in about 10 minutes.
