My heater went out during the recent cold front. Hill and co sent a technician out to inspect everything. Found a part that needed to be repaired but also mention my system was on its last leg. Several days later they sent Jeff to come give me an estimate for a new system. He was super helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy about anything. Decided it was best to replace my entire system. The next day they came and replaced my entire system. We’re nice, respectful, and left the house cleaner than when they got there. Couldn’t recommend this company any more
Tim Breslin the consultant was very thorough in explaining every detail and options I had. The crew that installed my unit were very helpful, courteous, professional, and skillful. They finished in half the time they thought it would take. Cleaned everything up. A.J. Explained and showed me everything I needed to know.

Our heater went out recently so we made an appointment with Jeff to provide an estimate for a new system. He spent 2 hours with us & was very thorough and knowledgeable & educated us by answering all of our questions. We replaced the entire system & made some improvements. I’ve had multiple companies Service my HVAC unit at 2 homes and Hill & Co are the BEST! Their techs are clean and friendly, and don’t try to up-sell you the whole time. They always fix the issue and give recommendations for future repairs, but aren’t pushy. And the company sends updates and texts with the pic of the tech that’s about to arrive. They also call and remind me that it’s about to be time for my semi-annual services. You gotta try them!
Fast and professional service. We had a complete system install. The installers were professional and very tidy! Completely cleaned up after they were done. Not even a spec of dust after installing new vents. We will definitely only use Hill & Company in the future.
Our heater was in need of being replaced. Jeff came out and gave us an estimate for a new heater. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had. He took his time and was not in a hurry. Such a nice guy!! They came out a couple days later to install new unit. Very professional. Toan Nguyen came out on Christmas Eve, and a Saturday to fix our heater. What a blessing. So kind, quick, and the person that took our call got us in when I called that morning. After I bought a new home a few months back, I needed my AC and furnace tuned up, and cleaned, and have my new Ecobee thermostat installed. My parents previously had great experienced with Hill, and so I called them without hesitation.
The day of my service, I ran into a couple of snags. Jon, the owner, read about some of my concerns and emailed me back the same day - which was a Saturday! He then set up a call with Chris, the service manager, for Monday.
Ultimately, Hill went above-and-beyond what any reasonable person could've expected (or asked for) to address my issues. Their commitment to a superior customer experience convinced me to sign up for their routine maintenance plan.
There are a lot of choices when it comes to HVAC companies, and I am convinced Hill is one of the top.
Jeff Holloway was the salesman who visited us. He was very thorough in explaining what system we had, which was a 20 yr old unit, and what we needed. Yesterday was the day that AJ and Auggie came out and installed most of the system. After the duct repair under my floor is completed, they will be back the next day to finish it off. I can say the experience has been smooth, which was no surprise, since I have used Hill and Company for many years without a single complaint. These guys are professionals! Courteous, knowledgeable, thorough. I'm very much a satisfied customer!

The technician I had was amazing. He showed me what was wrong with my system and talked me through the mechanics of it. Far beyond any experience I could have hoped for. He was also a great human and very funny. The company is helping me to determine financing options on replacement parts and services. I don’t feel pressured but informed. 10/10.

First rate service! Grace was very friendly and professional. Kenny and Omar came out to our home and treated us with respect and were fair with us on pricing. Everything was disclosed up front and I really appreciate how they listened and made a plan to get us a fix. After many years of system maintenance by Hill and Company, our 23 year old HVAC system couldn’t be nursed through another season. Jeff came out and walked through our systems with us, determined what would give us the best results, and presented us with a few options. Within one business day, AJ and Daniel came to install 2 heaters and 2 air conditioners. They took great care in keeping the house clean while they worked and were very professional. We are thrilled to have Hill and Company as our first choice for yearly maintenance and new system installation.

Scott came in for a heater tune up. He was clean, professional and easy to understand. He was very thorough and really cares about the level of customer service he provides and truly wants to make sure our home is safe.
The same day my furnace went out a salesman was to my house and the very next day the system was installed. The salesman Jeff was very polite and explained the entire process very clearly.

Scheduled an appointment with Hill and company after seeing their television advertisement. We not only were pleased with the service, but extended our service for a year. The price and the work was phenomenal. Ben was our service technician and we couldn’t have been happier with all that he provided for us, which was above and beyond what we expected.
Woke up to no heat. Son replaced tstat but that didn’t work. Joe dx the problem in 5 minutes. He checked out everything and found storm fried contractor and contractor blew out fuse. Joe was here and out 35 minutes. He’s a great guy!!

It was time to update my heater and ac unit so we got some estimates from 2 reputable companies. Dale from Hill & Company went above and beyond with his inspection and assessment of what units would be best for our home. After we reviewed the estimate it was a no-brainer. They came out the next day (Saturday) to do the installation. The crew was AJ, Trent, and Ryan and they did a fantastic job. Those boys had their work cut out for them but it didn't phase them. They got it installed and the heat going just in time before an arctic freeze came through. Everything thing has been working like a dream and we are very glad to have done business with Hill and Company. If you're looking for a great company to work on your central heat and air then look no further.
Hill and Company installed a new HVAC today. My previous unit was 20 years old (they installed the last one too). The freon my old unit used is becoming obsolete. Jeff explained the system and pricing to be installed in a very understandable way, being very patient with my endless questions. He even noticed that two of my windows weren't shut completely and helped me close them. I even got a senior discount! Bonus. The crew that arrived completed the job in one day in a very satisfactory manner. They were tidy and left my place spotless. They helped me program my thermostat and installed surge protectors on both my AC and heating unit. They hauled away all the old equipment. I feel confident in the hands of Hill and Company.

On my third experience, still very happy. Kenny did a wonderful job. He is efficient, and professional. He explains everything and tells me my options and cost up front. On my second repair Blaine and AJ came and fixed broken faucets in my shower, and were perfect also. Unlike some companies I have used, they are wholesome, and do it right the first time. Hill & Co is a little pricier than some, but their technicians are a cut above. They are knowledgeable and worth it.
AJ Mayberry and his crew, Auggie and Trent were Awesome. They were very professional, clean and polite! I have nothing but high praise for them. This is the second AC & Heating unit we have purchased and had installed by Hill & Company. I highly recommend them!
Called Hill & Company after 4pm on a Friday about heating problem. They asked a few questions over phone to get a basis of issue, placed me on brief hold and she found a tech that was able to come service my unit same day I called.
I was able to describe problem and tech knew which sensor to check and fix problem. Tech was professional, helpful and very speedy. He even suggested becoming a member of their yearly service to insure I won’t run into this problem again. He was In and out of my house in under 1 hour. I will be referring them every chance I get
This is my second review of Hill & Co for more work performed at my home. This time the hot water heater broke. Daniel came out the same day I called and gave me a quote for a new water heater and scheduled the install - 3 days away. The best available but it was a Saturday. A little later that afternoon someone called from Hill & Co and said they had moved some things around and could install the very next morning! I was thrilled. Daniel arrived as promised and I had hot water by noon. When he was done with the install, he explained everything to me.
I can't say enough nice things about Hill & Co. and their techs. Great company.

Hill & Co is a great company with excellent employees. We've used their smart service maintenance for 10 years and have always been pleased with their work. When it came time to replace the ac unit, contacting Hill was a no brainer. Estimator arrived on time and was very thorough in explaining the options. Once a decision was made, installers arrived in a few days. They arrived on time and worked efficiently without rushing. The techs were very nice and answered all my questions along the way. We just had our AC and furnace replaced. They showed up in time and had it done in time for us to head out of town. All the guys were super kind! AJ, Auggie and Daniel were very respectful! Our 12 year old system started fading out. Within a week the team at Hill had our system inspected and replaced the major components that were failing… installing a whole new system quickly, efficiently and professionally! Would not trust any other company in the OKC Metro for such a major investment.

I called them out to service my Navien tankless water heater. Same day service, they explained all the charges up front, and when an unexpected issue/unexpected issue arose, Kenny took the time explain the issue to me, patiently listened to my questions and objections, and patiently continued to educate me and even called the manufacturer's tech support team, waited on hold for 10 minutes, and the Navien engineer confirmed everything Kenny told me. He knows his stuff, and I'm grateful that he and Trent took care of us. They even fixed a recirculation issue that the original installer, "Custom Plumbing", overlooked initially, which failed to send hot water to the kitchen and bathrooms. Attention to detail, professionalism, knowledgeable, patient with fools like me, they really were amazing. I signed up for an HVAC service contract because of how great this experience was with their plumbing services.
My heater was having issues and would stay on constantly. I had to turn it on and off using the breaker. I knew it was older and it had been nickel and diming me for awhile. Hill and Company came out to fix the issue. Discovered the heat strips were burnt out and luckily didn't start a fire. Jeff came out and showed me plenty of new system options and was very honest and helpful. Hill and Company service techs were here the next day to install and they were very polite and efficient. Couldn't be happier with my new heater and air handler.

This was a semi-annual maintenance inspection. We had excellent service, that included checking our carbon monoxide alarm. The alarm did not work. Thank you.
Called to get an estimate on the morning of July 3rd (the day before a holiday). Dale came out that morning and did a thorough review and came back with a very detailed estimate. I told him I was getting another estimate and would not be making a decision until later that day. Dale was very professional with his follow up and provided me with some good information that helped me make my decision. I confirmed with Dale at 3pm that I had decided to go with Hill & Company and by 6pm my new heat pump was installed and running. The whole team was very professional and made quick work of the install. I have been very happy with my new Trane.

Brodie Walker and Scott Defoor were very knowledgeable about my HVAC system. I need repairs which are going to be very costly so they suggested I get a new unit. They helped me set up an appointment with Jeff to do an assessment and to discuss the terms and conditions of the contract. They both were very helpful and they found things that needed repair and they gave me quotes on the cost of the repairs. They both were very caring and professional. They were very thorough with the maintenance repairs they did.

This company has taken care of our repair issues since we moved into our new home, the home had several different issues arise over a few months, they were very good to send someone as soon as possible to help us. We were impressed well enough with them & decicided to purchase a maintenance agreement with them to continue routine care & inspection of equipment, it definitely paid off to have that in place before the next issue that came up a few months later... Our most recent visit was due to a problem with our existing ac unit that is upstairs in the attic, special Thanks to AJ, Auggie,& Jace for their diligence & hard work replacing it for a whole new unit.

Our tech was Very knowledgeable today, he was polite and covered everything with the operation of our furnace to make sure we stay warm this winter.
Not only was Kayla super responsive, but helped in the inspection and fixing of issues from a previous poor job from another HVAC company. She pointed out all the things they missed, fixed them, and stuck around to ensure any other issues were addressed. Never going back to the other company.
We used Hill and Company to replace our heat and air system after a nearby lightning strike caused the unit to fail. During this process, we worked with repair techs, office staff, sales staff, as well as the system installers. We found all of the personnel we came in contact with to be quite professional and easy to deal with. The company is genuinely interested in doing the right thing for the customer. Note that the system failed on a Thursday night and Hill and company sent a tech the next day to inspect the system. Once it was determined that a replacement system was required, we were able to talk to the sales team on Saturday and get a new system installed on Monday. Admittedly, they were able to move the installation up a little because a job ahead of us was finished ahead of schedule. While things moved fast, the company worked hard to fix the old system and customize a new system to meet our needs at a reasonable cost. This is a company we like to deal with and highly recommend them to anyone for HVAC service and replacement. They also do plumbing which we plan to use them for soon.

I've been with Hill & Co. for several years and they've serviced two of our homes. Recently we had a flooding incident from an outside faucet that busted. Blaine was the tech that came out and he was prompt, courteous, helpful, and had our plumbing issue fixed in no time. They are always my first call with plumbing or HVAC issues.
I had Hill & Company out to quote and install a new air conditioner and heater. Their team impressed me first with the thoroughness, and then with their professionalism and attention to detail during the install. Tim was fantastic during our quote, and AJ, Jace, and Auggie were very quick, detailed, and professional throughout the install. Recently (Oct 2022) we needed a repair vs upgrade on our main HVAC unit. Jeff gave us a written consultation and quote. Given our experience with Hill and Co., we decided to go with the upgrade. A.J. and Augie installed the complete replacement in 6 hours. They were a couple of very professional and friendly guys. We are very happy with the new system.
Just a 1 Month Update: We have had a Honeywell Thermostat that reports how often the unit runs year to year. Average August 2022 temperatures for central Oklahoma were 1.6F degrees warmer than August 2021. This new unit ran 59 hours less in August 2022 versus the old one in August 2021. Our household electric consumption went from 2621 KWH for August 2021 to 1854 KWH for August 2022.
No issues with the install have cropped up yet.

I replaced a Trane 3.5 ton HVAC system that was 29 years old, functioning still but was showing it's age with some minor issues with furnace occasionally not detecting the NG flame and subsequently doing a fuel cut off and this year we had the some issues with the outdoor condenser unit with a stuck power relay switch and bad capacitor.
I contacted Hill and Company has they had provided some services in the past and I had a good experience with them. I scheduled an appointment to have outdoor condenser unit looked at but also asked for a replacement quote and consult for the entire system replacement.
The scheduled maintenance was scheduled for an 8AM to 12PM window and the Tech (Can't recall his name) showed up at 9AM with an advance call from Hill. They provide the ability to track the Tech's position via your cell phone. The tech was professional, provided screenshots of all of his diagnostic tests on the system and assisted in getting a consultant out to the site for my questions about replacement equipment.
The replacement consultant appointment was at 2PM the same day and the consultant, Jeff Holloway, was on time and called in advance of arriving. He conducted a survey of the existing equipment, house specifications (size/existing ventilation) and provided details about what kind of options for replacement they had, what sort of changes in code they would have to meet, cost and finance options and available installation dates. They actually had 2 open slots the same week, one the next day.
The installation techs, Jace and AJ. were scheduled to arrive at 9AM and they arrived right on time. They laid down plastic floor covers through the hallways to the interior work area and conducted a complete site cleanup both inside, the garage area and exterior work area. They didn't appear to encounter any work complications and completed the job by around 1PM with a walk through of all the work they did including changes to meet new code requirements. They repeatedly asked to make sure I didn't have any other questions before leaving the site.
The entire customer service experience was a positive one from the initial phone call to the company to the end of the work project.
Professional service, technician was very polite and knowledgeable. Outstanding prompt service and reliability.
EDIT : 2/1/2023 It's been a few years and it's still working great. Roman has been very thorough with all maintenance. He moved my furniture back for me, and i did not realize until after he left. They let us know when it's time for a tune up. We've had zero issues withbour heat and air. It's also really nice to see the same people who remember you.
As these so often happens, our very ancient AC unit gave up the ghost ...at 12:30 am-Sunday, July 4th. 😂😂😂 Home Warranty said they would not even send someone out for 2 weeks (guess who isn't renewing). It was a sweltering, miserable weekend, or in other words, Oklahoma in the summer.
Hill and Company got us in ASAP with a tech that next day. We knew what the news would be, but the tech was still very thorough in explaining our options. Our unit was way passed it's expiration date. Putting more band aids on an old system was not doing us or the electric bill any favors. We had been putting off the inevitable and suffering through summers.
They got a rep out within 30 minutes to go through our house. They were thorough and professional. We discussed our options for units and more vents for up stairs. We did not feel rushed or pushed into buying more than we needed. In fact, they took out this weird zone control system from the 90's and replaced it with an easier to use regular thermostat. We were so happy to get rid of that.
The very next day they started installing our new unit. They arrived on time, and had their own tarps to put down. There was no mess. They had to do some duct work as well, but they only swapped out a couple of joints for the new unit. Fast and efficient.
We really appreciated everything they did for us, and would highly recommend them.

They took the time to show us what maintenance they were doing and shared their maintenance checklist with us verbally. They saved us a lot of money with sales and rebates on the heat and air unit we purchased too.
Completed both A/C and Furnace Maintenance. Explained specifically what was accomplished and informed us of preventive near in the future. So polite, professional and able to convey everything to us on our level. Highly recommend Ben.
During a bout of below freezing weather my furnace failed and was deemed unrepairable. Supply chain shortages made choosing a desirable replacement challenging. I consulted with 2 companies and choose Hill & co. Consultant Mark Thompson came out within hours of my Friday call, answered all my questions regarding TRANE replacements and quoted the job. I choose HILL because I wanted an install from an experienced company that could deliver the product on short notice at a competitive price.
I was not disappointed. Mathew, head installer, came out the next day, a Saturday and successfully installed a new furnace and AC unit. All in less than 5 hours with excellent cleanup by the crew of 3.
I called Hill & Co to service my air conditioners. My systems were old and were starting to fail. They helped me analyze my situation to come up with a solution that worked for me. I believe they gave me the best deal they could too, applying several credits and incentives. I am happy with the price, although it was very expensive. I believe they tried to help me out as much as they could. The installation was very efficient, getting it done all in one day, clean up and everything. I know I will be able to count on them for my heat and air services.
Their people -
Kayla came out first, the first lady service technician hired by Hill & Co. She was very thorough and explained everything to me. She helped me understand the risks and challenges of my current systems. (I think women are taking over the world! Just saying!)
Then Jeff came out and quoted me a price on new systems. He very patiently explained to a non-electrical person all of my options and helped me get the best deal on the system that was right for me.
The installers - AJ, Luis, Colt, and Jace - All great guys! They worked hard until the job was done. No slackers here! They were very efficient and appeared to be knowledgeable and properly trained.
My system works great and I believe I can count on HIll & Co to help me take care of my home.
On another occasion, I need their expert plumber Kenny to come out and help with a hot water installation and water softener problem. He tested water and checked many things out and diagnosed the problem and then corrected and resolved all my issues. Thank you Kenny for your great work.

We have used Hill & Co for 22 years for HVAC replacement, hot water tank, plumbing needs and annual maintence. We have been well served all these years.
The estimator arrived as scheduled and performed a complete evaluation on-site, including taking pictures and making a recommendation to add an additional return duct. He explained to our satisfaction the reason and justification for all equipment and labor included in the proposal. When we made the decision to go forward with the install, he was able to get it scheduled the following day. It was a complete replacement of the entire heat and air conditioning system, which was far more efficient than our existing system. The installers were completely professional and courteous and always answered any questions we may have had during the install. We are very satisfied with the entire process and have used Hill & Company for routine maintenance for over 16 years. Would recommend them to anyone needing heat and air service or equipment.

I recently used Hill and Company to replace my 2 A/C units as well as new heat exchangers/heaters and plenums. This was a large job that took 2 full days to complete. I initially called and had Hill and Co fix an issue on my old A/C and picked them because of their great reviews.
I have absolutely no complaints about the install team or the guy that did the estimate. In fact the reason I selected Hill and Co was Jeff, the guy that did the estimate did such a thorough job (took almost 3 hours) and showed me that although I had a current system it was poorly designed and had way too little airflow. I got multiple other estimates, but no one took near the time that Jeff did. Hill and Co was the most expensive (by a little) but felt that Jeff did such a good job designing everything that this was definitely the way to go. The install occurred shortly after the estimate so I didn't have to wait long.
The install team was very professional and cleaned up nicely. In fact they swept my garage multiple times and was left cleaner than it was before. As I mentioned initially this was a large job with 8 guys the first day and 6 the second and they worked all day till past 5pm. At completion 1 of the furnaces wouldn't light and it was determined it was a faulty gas valve and I was told that I would be contacted with someone to replace it once they ordered one. That was no problem as there is no need for heat till october or november.
A few days after install I noticed a slight gas smell in my upstairs room so I went up to attic and definitely noticed gas smell. This was a Sunday, but it is a gas leak so figured Hill and Co would want to fix immediately because the leak involved black pipe that they had assembled. I called the number and explained that this was installed 4 days ago and I have a gas leak. They immediately said this would be a charge because it was a weekend. I was shocked that the person answering didn't understand that a gas leak like this should be fixed immediately. Eventually someone came out, but by this time it was well into the afternoon and it was a terribly hot/humid day. We found the leak and it required taking apart 12 or so fittings to fix then rebuilding it. The tech had several other calls to get to so he asked if I minded if someone showed up the next day. I said no problem and shut off gas to the house. The next day no one had called me by 9 am so I tried calling to figure out what the plan was. I called the office numerous times, and never got an answer. I waited a bit and called again, and still no answer. Finally I called Jeff and he answered and he did take care of the problem, but mentioned that there were miscommunications. A tech came out later and fixed the issue and they did not charge me.
I called a few weeks later to inquire about the gas valve for my heater that was never working from the install. No one I spoke to had any idea of what I was talking about. No one ever reported that the gas valve was bad. It seems as though miscommunications are a common theme. I really liked everyone that I met from Hill and Co, and felt they did good work, however it disappointed me that I had to continue to follow up on these details. Hopefully my experience was a 1 off.

We recently had an evaluation of our HVAC system. Jeff thoroughly and professionally inspected upstairs and downstairs units and made 3 options for improving upstairs heat and air temperature control and air flow.
After discussing each option, we opted to replace the 19 year old system and make several changes to feed and return ducts.
Three technicians installed the unit in the upstairs attic in one day. All the technicians were professional and efficient.
Installers put down drop cloths in the work areas and paths leading to the work areas. They cleaned and vacuumed the areas after installation and demonstrated operation of the new system.
We highly recommend Hill & Company for HVAC installation and maintenance.
Hill & Co (Top of the Hill Air Conditioning) replaced our HVAC system on the hottest day of the summer and we couldn't be happier! Their professionals delivered comprehensive quality service. They did what they said they would and worked with us to accommodate our special requests. I had a kitchen sink clogged and backing up that we were unable to fix ourselves with our own snake so I dreadfully went searching google to find a plumber like anyone else does when problems arise. I stumbled upon Hill & Co and they were able to come out the same day without any crazy extra fees (kudos for that). Blaine was incredibly professional and polite through the whole process and was able to fix the issue promptly. This was my first time using Hill&Co and they probably received a lifelong customer out of their genuinely perfect service. I definitely recommend them!
I use Hill and Co. for seasonal maintenance on my furnace and AC. It’s excellent service. Repair service is great too, I had to have an “emergency “ heating repair during some very very extreme cold weather and we were well taken care of in a timely fashion. Hill & Co. recently installed a new heating & air conditioning system in our home and we were very pleased with their work from the beginning to completion. The estimator, Jeff Holloway, was extremely knowledgeable & thorough. Jeff was meticulous in analyzing the heat load factors in our home in order to recommend a properly sized cooling unit. I saw first hand how thorough he was because we had other estimators at the house and Jeff was the only one who took the time to count all of the air vents, determine our duct size & length, examine the attic insulation among other things in order to properly size our system. Jeff was able to explain exactly why the unit he was recommending was the proper size. He was also very patient & responsive in answering a multitude of questions. The installation crew (Matt, A.J., Jace, Ryan, Colt & Skyler) was excellent. They were very careful to take excellent care of our property during the installation process. In addition, Matt & A.J., as lead technicians, were so patient, knowledgeable and responsive in answering my many questions during the installation process. Our home presented a number of challenges for the installers. We have a crawl that the techs (Colt) traversed a number of times to insure the ductwork & condensation drainage was in good working order. In addition, we have a split attic where entry is on one end of the home but to reach the work area the installers had to crawl across a narrow 33 foot beam. Throughout the day the technicians handled these challenges with expertise. I highly recommend Hill & Company for all of your HVAC needs.
Ben installed my new thermostat and fixed the vent. He took the time to show me how the thermostat worked. I was very satisfied.
The technicians that come out always do a great job there are just a few minor issues that are understandable. The most recent checkup we had we were told a window of 12-4 (typical window, I understand) for a tech to come out.
I call noon the day of the appt to get a better idea of how to allocate time and the office person said yeah looks like they will be to your house around 12:30 or 1, ok great. 1:30 p.m. rolls around and I call again and they tell me a tech will be there in the next 30-60 minutes. 3:30 p.m. I call again and they said only one person in front of me. 5:00 p.m. comes and the tech eventually arrives at 5:30. I also had a small issue misunderstanding my issue and thinking I said the complete opposite of what I said and she seemed a little disconcerted and maybe it was an off day, it happens.
I do seem to have an issue with my AC that wasn't addressed in the most recent visit (AC will not turn on if set lower than 72 and when set at 72 doesn't get lower than 75+ inside) and explained this over the phone and to the tech and nobody can seem to diagnose or fix the issue so it looks like I will have to get that fixed elsewhere.
I do recommend their service package where they come out twice a year to tune up the mechanics and 9/10 the service will be great and everything running well.

My old system, YORK, has 20 yrs old and started leaking, so I decided to have new system. After searching I inclined the Trane brand and went with Hill & Company.
Jeff Holloway, estimator of Hill Company, came in and looked at the scenario of my existing system , measured, calculated … carefully then he recommend me a new system with more details to increase the efficiency HVAC system. He worked as professional.

After few days, my system has a minor problem. I called Hill company and they response quickly to send a technician (Joe Driskill) come in to look over. He solved problem immediately. The problem fixed. Joe is a professional technician.

We needed an older a/c unit (one of several) replaced on our home. I got quotes from about 5 different companies before deciding on Hill and Company. The consultation was by far the most thorough and the conversation with the technician was the most informative. You could tell right away that their interest was in helping me get the right system instead of the most expensive/efficient system. We will need two more units replaced in the next two years and I already have my A/C company picked out, Hill and Company.
He came out and tuned up my heater. It is on an annual check up basis. I want to get the most life out of my unit.
They installed a new HVAC, ducts and vents. However, we still having to bring technicians to work issues with airflow balance between rooms on the Northside and the Southside of the house. We talked to Becca when we payed for the upcoming year's maintenance service contract. Very helpful. Because of this issue, she helped us secure an extra year of warranty work with her superiors.
After a few hiccups at the beginning of our "friendship", the company dedicated itself to repairing the damage initially done as a result of a misdiagnosis. They refunded the amount I had paid for the visit, sent a senior technician along with a manager, adjusted the HVAC, and did not charge for the service.
I can't give a higher rating at this point, because I have to wait a little longer to be sure that the service (done two weeks ago) will actually turn out to be well done. In the future, if all goes well, this assessment could be improved.
For the moment, as a way to give them even a chance to redeem themselves, I might take advantage of their tune-up service (twice a year), which they said I can get for $144.

My HVAC system needed replacing, and these guys were fast, clean, professional and patient. They created and revised a number of estimates and options for me, and clearly explained what was going to be done and why. There was zero pressure, which was a completely different experience compared to another local company I've dealt with. As the job progressed (my house is about 1600 sq ft and they did the entire job in one day), various people checked in with me to let me know a new face was in the house, and what they were there to do. I could not be happier with Hill & Co's work, and will be hiring them again in the future.
I have been a customer of Hill & Company for many many years and they have always provided excellent service in HVAC and plumbing services in the four homes that I have owned in Oklahoma City and Edmond. Blaine, the service technician that was here today to install a new kitchen faucet did not disappoint me! He arrived in a timely fashion and worked very efficiently once he did arrive at my house. He was polite and considerate when asking me if I would prefer the one handle faucet control to be placed on the right or left side. I am left handed and I really appreciated him asking me about my preference. Thank you!
As Oklahoma City hit a record 110 degrees today, I'm glad that I made the decision recently to replace my hot water heater and replace my HVAC system. The team of A.J., Matt, Jace, Noah, Daniel, and Joe were very professional with both of the systems being replaced. I was reluctant to replace my HVAC system in the heat of the summer after being told by another company that they could not help me as my units are located in the attic. The soonest they could come out was in October sometime. Hill and Company didn't let that be an issue at all. I wish I had made this decision years ago in hindsight, they have earned a customer for life. A special shout out for A.J., at the end of the day, I wanted to see what they had done in the attic, he climbed up there with me yet again in the 140 degree attic space. Wow! I will definitely be recommending Hill and Company going forward.
We had a great experience with Hill & Company during shopping and installation of a new HVAC system for our house. The sales representative spent a good amount of time looking over our existing system and calculating our needs based on size and usage of the space. He provided us with multiple options at different price points and pointed out some of the pros and cons of each. There was absolutely no pressure to go with any particular option, just honest suggestions.
Once we decided on a system they were able to schedule installation within a few days. The install crew showed up on time and worked very hard to complete the install in one day. They left our home and workspace just as clean and tidy as when they arrived. I appreciate the great job they did and the good communication from their sales team to the installers to the receptionist! I’d highly recommend Hill to anyone who wants to feel confident that the job is being well done and the system is right for your needs/budget.
Wonderful company - we have used H & Co. for years at our current address. Most recently we had plumbing issues and the young man that repaired the problem was friendly, knowledgeable and gracious. Mike was absolutely wonderful and we'll ask for him again when we need service from H & Co. From the first visit from Jeff to the install, great experience. Jeff offered me three choices, was very knowledgeable, and absolutely no pressure. He also offered payment options including 0% financing. Then he provided great communication throughout the process.
The gentlemen who did the install were so very nice, professional , did quality work, and left everything incredibly clean. Of course my 40 year old house needed one of the over and above services Jeff said it might need, plenum repair, but he had told me in advance it was possible and told me the costs in advance. They showed me the issue and then the repair. I will be honest, I groaned a little at the cost but the patient was open and on the operating table and the work was beautiful, should get me another 40 years.
Hill and Company put our a/c unit in 27 years ago (a Trane that lasted incredibly long). Reputable, established company. A new hvac is a large investment and I know they will stand behind their work.
I compared prices with a neighbor who had just had a similar install from another company and the prices were comparable, which was great to see. However, the estimate Jeff gave was much more detailed which I very much appreciated.
I would highly recommend Hill and Company. I know this new system will be much more efficient but more importantly, for comfort, it has a much stronger air flow than my old one, we are ready for summer.
Glen came out and explained to me about about my 16 year old system and the cost it would take to get it working, quite a bit. I made a appointment with Jeff, a air comfort solution specialist and he went through my house and my hvac needs to get it running again. I knew going into this investigation I was going to need a new unit. Jeff and I talked about what would be right for my house and myself. I was very happy to come up with a affordable unit and I was very pleased when it could be installed in only one day. The installation crew was very careful to cover my storm shelter in my garage to keep as much dirt and dust out. There were no surprises and no additional charges. I have finally found a company I feel I can trust. Everyone I spoke with and everyone who came out was courteous and professional. John listened to my concerns about the cost of replacing my HVAC system and worked with me to find the right solution. Since my AC was out, they quickly put me on the schedule and Matt and Darren arrived the following morning. They did an outstanding job, and when done, their clean up was very thorough. Excellent customer service and excellent work. I highly recommend.
Our AC went out (summer in OK is not the best time for that), so we started calling various places to get someone to come out and service our system. Hill and Company was the first and only business to answer our call AND send someone out the same day. Our technician, Chad, was wonderful - knowledgeable and friendly - and helped us get the best choices for our dollars. We look forward to having them continue to service our system for the years to come.
I don’t have a single negative thing to say. They were so wonderful to work with. Our AC went out and our home warranty refused to cover. I put in a request through Angie’s list for AC pricing and they were the only company to call back. And they called within an hour. They had someone out that day to give us pricing. We signed with them the next day. They started the following day and worked for 11 hours in the 100 degree weather. They replaced our unit and all our duct work. They didn’t leave until they were sure we would have Some AC that night. They came back the next day and finished everything up. They were so efficient. The workers did not stop. I did not see a single person take a break or goof off. The head worker was so respectful with the crew. You can see they really value and take care of their workers as well as customers. When they left each day the house was cleaned better than when they arrived. It was an amazing experience. Jeff was a wonderful sales guy to work with and Carlos was the head guy on the crew. They walked me through every step and made sure I knew everything that was happening. Their products and warranties are top notch. They also offer a great maintenance program.

After signing the contract they showed up the next day for install
Installers were Dustin, Jace and tristen, hope. I got there names correct,
was told about what time they would be done,
Throughout the day was kept informed on status, was even notified when they were leaving for lunch.
After installation was complete they tested unit and ran me through the unit.
Installers were all professional and did a good clean install and cleaned any mess from the installation.

I have been so happy with Hill and Company. We have used them for several years for their annual maintenance and just had our AC/Heater replaced. I appreciated that they understood that this was a HUGE investment and I never felt pressured or encouraged to buy something that wouldn’t fit my needs. I was given options and the pros and cons of each option. They were upfront with pricing and I did not have any unexpected costs. They were respectful of my house during the install. They’ve always been punctual and will notify me when someone is on the way. I recommend their yearly service to anyone I know who doesn’t get their AC/Heater tuned up regularly and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a new HVAC system.
My friend recommended Hill & Co when my AC wasn’t blowing cold last night. I submitted a request online at 7:30am and they arrived by 10am. Done by 10:30am. Great price, very clear and professional. I happened to be there but they would have still come if I had to be gone (which I love! Called late day they came out after close then came back 8-10pm to walk through to see what they could plan for new unit and squeezed us in next morning at 9 am. Very clean and very nice employees. Excellent response time and excellent work environment. So clean you would never know they were here. I have ice cold air and new Samsung split commercial unit. 5 stars seems to little for my experience. The entire team has provided a great service of HVAC installation. Especially I would like to thank the technicians who worked diligently, with an attention to the details, and on time. Even though we had some issues with papers, John Hoffman, the Comfort Consultant, resolved everything quickly and professionally. He spent a lot of time for our case before and after an installation to make us satisfied and happy.

The crew that installed our new Air Conditioners was very good. Courteous, knowledgeable, kept the area floor covered with tarps, and cleaned up after installation. We would highly recommend Hill and Co.
Our air conditioner was not handling the hotter summer days so a service call was made to check the 16 year old system. The system was low on refrigerant that is no longer made so some expensive refrigerant was added to see if that would improve cooling. Three days later the refrigerant was low again, so Dale came out to evaluate the home and system replacement after discussing the continued issues with Amanda. Dale also personally assisted with the outdoor shutoff switch that had melted some of the connections. A decision was made to replace the entire system due to the leak and we were fortunate that a crew was available the very next day. I appreciate that Hill & Co. gave a credit in the new system pricing for the original service call. The crew arrived on time and promptly went through the tasks to remove the old system and reconnect everything using primarily the existing ductwork. The workers had a challenge to carry the new system through a door opening that was just barely large enough. Getting the job done in one day by having all the right materials was very helpful. The new system cools much better and the new compressor unit is much quieter than the original unit. The warranty for the system is pretty strong and we know this company will stand behind their work. We know this unit is more efficient than the original but we also hope it lasts even longer as well.
My former heat and air contractor installed a new unit in July 2020 that was oversized for my home. For five months I endured short cycling, loud noise levels and uneven circulation. He was adamant that he had made the right choice and I was very uncomfortable in my own home. When I called other well known H/A businesses for a second opinionno one wanted to "get in the middle of the situation". Fortunately, I called Hill & Company. While my circumstance was unusual, Natalie was able to arrange for John Hoffman, comfort consultant, to assess my home. John spent two hours examining every area and was able to provide an extensive report that day confirming the unit was inappropriately sized. He was also very kind about the tough situation I had been tolerating. This assessment was an important step when making this major decision. That evening I purchased an excellent product at a fair price. The next morning my service team, Matthew and Luis, showed up promptly and worked very hard installing my new H/A. They were super friendly, very knowledgeable and fully masked! Dale Holloway, sales/marketing director, stopped by to meet me and check on the progress. After the installation, I had a question regarding the thermostat and they dispatched a service tech, Mark, within an hour. My new Trane unit is very quiet and my comfort level is perfect. Honestly, you can't put a price on peace of mind and comfort. I am so grateful they were willing to help me.

In the middle of an Oklahoma heat wave, our 12-year old AC unit started acting up. We called Hill & Company to give us an idea if it needed to be replaced. They sent a gentleman out to inspect our whole system, ducts, etc. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions and concerns we had with patching our current unit or potential replacement. We'd rather be without AC by choice rather than have another surprise and decided for the replacement.

Our gas furnace went out and I contacted Hill & Co. Jeff came out and did a thorough review of our system and gave us recommendations and choices. We chose to have a new furnace installed and A.J. and Jace came out the next day and installed the furnace and did some other maintenance work. Everyone involved was professional and courteous, and each of them explained the work the work they were doing and answered any questions we had.
Jeff provided us with several options on our replacement system. He explained all aspects of what they would do and what we could do to complete the installation. Dustin, Jace and Colt were polite and answered our questions and listened to our concerns. For having to replace a complete system at the last minute at the end of the year the whole team made this as painless as possible. We have used Hill & Company for frozen pipes and a slab leak and will continue to use and recommend them to friends and family.
There’s a reason why we only deal with Hill & Co. since 1995. Handpicked by our builder. Trane products are considered the best industry-wide (look it up yourself). They are always prompt, courteous and completely thorough in every interaction be it phone calls, scheduled or unscheduled service calls, service estimates or installations, etc. When they say they’ll be there, they’re there. They arrange for everything during an installation. No need to call an electrician or carpenter; they take care of it. The service estimates have been spot on in regard to price. The old phrase “you get what you pay for” totally applies to their products and services. See for yourself.
They provided us with a detailed estimate so there wouldn’t be any surprises about what needed to be done installing a new system. During the install, the crew was professional and quick to answer any questions or concerns we had while working within our 100-year-old home. I would have no problem recommending them to family or friends.

While used to their former employees, who are now retired, it is nice to get to know their replacements, whom appear to share the same work ethic and professional standards. I recently got a new AC system from Hill & Co and things were *mostly* smooth with a few unfortunate incidents.
Pros: The installers showed up more or less on time, were courteous and professional, and everything with the system was functioning properly when they left at the end of the day. The house is much cooler than it had been and i like the fact that the access to change the filter is now inside the house instead of in the garage.
Our salesperson (sorry "comfort consultant" or some other nonsense) was initially responsive and attentive and made sure we got answers to our questions and even managed to get us a bit of a discount.
Cons: Our salesperson claimed that they would be our contact for any issues so that we wouldn't have to deal with a bunch of different people but this quickly fell apart.
After the sale was finalized and the install was proceeding, our salesperson was suddenly much harder to reach.
During the install, while work was being done in the garage, our garage door openers became disconnected. It was not discovered until after the installers has left. This turned out to be no more than an unplugged power cord and I was able to resolve it myself but it still shouldn't have happened in the first place and our supposed point of contact shouldn't have left us hanging to the point I had to diagnose and fix their installers' errors.
Overall we had a good experience with Hill & Co but there is definitely room for improvement.
I recently had my heat and air replaced by Hill and Co. and was very impressed with everyone. Mark was the technician. He was extremely nice and took his time to explain the need for a new heater that was 25 years old. John, the comfort specialist, also took his time evaluating my home and then giving me recommendations for a new unit. He got the installers and electricians scheduled and always kept me informed on each step. The installers were nice and conscientious about keeping my home as clean as possible. Additionally, the people in the office have been very prompt in calling to schedule whatever needed to happen next. I would highly recommend Hill and Co.

Scott was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing while doing maintenance check. He found a capacitor that was going bad and replaced it.
Short version: service was great; worked with our schedule, kept the house clean, fair pricing, handled a last second change by us, and efficient at getting everything done.
Long version: Disclaimer: we get an extended warranty benefit for providing a review. We were in the nether world of having to choose whether to spend a significant amount of money to repair a 20+ year old furnace and air conditioning system or replace it. The comfort engineer did a thorough job analyzing our house, coming up with some options, explaining them clearly and answering all of our questions. Right before they started the installation, we decided not to do one thing and they handled that last second change well. They put down plastic throughout our house and used shoe covers frequently, leaving the floors clean. I found 3 metal screws left, but you should have seen how much stuff was around. They cleaned up all of the paper/packaging. The installers were polite and efficient. The comfort specialist met me at my work location to deliver the warranty paperwork, which was already filed for us. We continue to be pleased with the service provided by this company.
I’d recommend Hill & Co - our new AC and Furnace were installed in a couple of days, and it has been running great ever since. There was a bit of damage caused during the install but the company made it right. All of the staff I’ve interacted with have been friendly and professional.
Trouble shooting leak from water softener. Checked outdoor faucets. Looked to see if refrigerator plumbing can be moved inside the wall.

The Sales Rep, Mark, was very thorough in explaining our options for selecting the best system for our needs. He patiently answered all our questions and ensured we received all available discounts and incentives. The installation team, AJ, Skyler, and Tobin arrived promptly and began working immediately to install the system. They checked in with us along the way to explain what was happening and see if we had any additional questions. They ensured all systems were working properly and we knew how to operate it before they left. They were all very professional and we recommend them to everyone.
We had a fantastic experience with this company. The technicians were all professional and courteous and we even got service earlier than planned. Got our diagnostic, quote and repair within one day and their team did a fantastic job.
We got a new AC unit installed 5 days after old unit went out. AJ and his helper worked 10 hours straight until unit was operational. Timeliness was very important to us as temp hit 110 the following day. One negative -- hot water heater did not get lit after gas furnace was installed.

Before making a decision, I had 2 company’s do a service check to understand the condition of my system. Based on what they found I had 5 separate companies provide estimates and options. These were everything from doing an overhaul of the existing system, replacing just the A/C unit, to a complete system. My main focus was efficiency. If the system is efficient, it will save money in the long run. All five companies were pretty close in cost and options.
What made me ultimately choose Hill & Co. was the customer service. After the service technician and the consultant talked to me, I decided to take the service photos and look at things myself. When I saw something that didn’t match, I told the consultant. The Service Manager came out personally and double checked everything and a little more with me. The discrepancy was cleared up, it depended on how you looked at the photos.
I decided to go with Hill & Co. and scheduled the next available day. It turned out to be Friday the 11th. To my surprise, even though it was scheduled to snow they still did the install. The crew was professional. They introduced themselves, asked where the units were and set to work. Six hours later I have a new heat and air system. Matt even showed me a trick to keep the return air filters from moving.

Very professional and through. I needed a new condenser and the rep explained fully what needed to be done and what they would do, He covered all aspects of the installation so that I had a complete understanding. When I asked about getting even a higher efficient rated unit the rep explained to me why i didn't need one and why in my case it would cost more and not save me any money.
The installation went quicker than was expected and the install crews were professional and cleaned up completely. Customer service was also great. The called me to check that everything was working properly. Will look to use Hill & Company for all my AC/Heat needs in the future !
After our AC unit had to be replaced, called 3 different companies for quotes. Received a wide range on cost. Hill and Company was right in the middle for cost but what separated them from the other 2 companies was their thorough walk through. They were the only company to offer a solution as to why our compressor went out after only 7 years. Installation crew was professional, clean, and efficient in their work. Jeff Holloway explained everything in detail on my estimate and was thorough. Answered all my questions right then. When the crew showed up the first day it was Matt, Tobin, and Luis. They worked so hard to get my new AC and Furnace up and running before the weekend. They did a great job and stayed until it was done on a Friday! Monday AJ and Colt came out and finished the rest. They went above and beyond on the final clean up too. I will be using them again and highly recommend. What a great job they all did!
I called Hill & Company on a recommendation from a fella I work with who had another company quote him $12k for a new system, when Joe at Hill & Company fixed it with a new part for a few hundred bucks.
I didn't know what was wrong with my A/C, but Joe came out same day and was able to identify it and fix it right away. He and the lady I spoke with on the phone were both very friendly, and answered all my questions. Joe was a cool and professional guy, and because of a great experience, I will continue to use Hill & Company for my A/C and furnace maintenance.
Ask for Blaine, he’s not just a pro….he’s a bro!😎 we had a ridiculous leak in which a nail sticking out of the framework of the house caused a decades old line to the hot water heater to spray a steady stream that soaked the carpet of an adjacent room. Blaine came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, ran back to headquarters to grab a part, then repaired the problem! This situation could have been far worse, so Blaine saved us additional costs and headaches by dealing with it quickly. I hope we don’t have to use them again, but if we must, we’ll do it in a heartbeat!

Jace arrived on time and was professional and cordial. He performed routine maintenance and investigated a potential problem. Although the issue of debris entering the blow wheel is still unresolved, he was able to rule out some possible causes. The system is working and clean. Just prior to the July 4th holiday weekend earlier this year, Hill & Company came to my home to check my AC system on their $49 checkup special.
The technician was a young lady by the name of Kayla. She started working on my 30+ year old AC unit and encountered difficulty. She had never worked on such an old unit.
She reached out to the office and before long a young man named Chris arrived to assist. They worked on the unit for a period of time before Chris wanted me to take a look and explain their findings. The bottom line was I had some frayed wires (fire hazard) and the compressor was not kicking in properly. Chris outlined some options to me in terms of repair. He stated although very old, my AC was still serviceable if some parts were replaced.
I approved of the repairs. These two technicians worked very quickly and professionally to make the repairs and then began testing. I'm not very familiar with HVAC, but I can make the statement these two knew what they were doing and the unit began blowing very cool air in a short period of time.
Soon while wrapping up, Chris stated I might have a freon leak. He also stated "it could be a loose valve stem" where freon is added, but it could be worse than that. He retrieve a tool from the service vehicle and low and behold - it was a loose valve stem which he tightened and no more leak was detected.
After witnessing the friendly, professional manner displayed by both of these technicians, I agreed to enroll in the Smart Service for checkups twice annually.
I have recommended your company based on my experience with these two outstanding technicians. If you are looking for honest, professional HVAC service, this is the company to call in my opinion. Jeff gave the best estimate I ever got. Matt and company were on time professional and bent over backwards to accommodate our time crunch. They found several small unrelated issues that they didn’t need to address but did so at no charge and without being asked. Kenny from Hill and company came out and spent over an hour trying to help me find a solution to a busted water heater that helped me avoid calling a electrician out and increasing the amps needed for a newer model. I filed out a form online at 8pm on Sunday and received a call by 8am on Monday! Kristle from the office was very nice and as promised she called me 30 minutes before the technician was to arrive since i have to be in and out of the house, which i mentioned to her on our initial call.
Jeremy arrived and offered to use a mask if it would make me more comfortable since I was covered up myself. He was also very patient answering all my questions as he was looking through the unit to figure out why it was not cooling the house.

Today they replaced my 3 ton upstairs air conditioning unit, and I am very pleased with the entire process. The Comfort Consultant,Jeff, came to our home yesterday, and luckily I was able to be scheduled today. Since I have visitors, that was a big relief.

The best company to deal with. They recently came out and recommended an expensive repair on an aging furnace but recommended I replaced the unit. We scheduled a time to get an estimate which was at 11 AM. The price was very reasonable for a new Trane furnace and I had an install team at my house at 1 PM the same day of the estimate. They knocked it out in two hours. Jeff the salesman even came by my office the next week for me to sign some papers. Unbelievable experience and the people that work there have always been the best to deal with.
Great service and always friendly. Blake went above and beyond to find out why part of our house is cooler/hotter than other and even fixed the problem. Explained what he did to fix it and even gave a suggestion as to where we can purchase air filters at a much better price.

For 15 years, I have trusted Hill and Company. They were selected by the builder of my home, and I was new to Oklahoma. We've had a service agreement with Hill & Company for about a year now to get regular tune-ups on our air conditioner and furnace. My wife and I are relatively new homeowners with an older home. We've had multiple routine checkups, and a few service calls over the past year.
Hill has been a great company - their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly patient with any questions I have about preventive maintenance. Their customer support has also been incredibly helpful and prompt.

I have been having issues with my hvac heater not able to heat the house with the filters in the unit, when removing the new filters the heater was able to heat the house fully, I had already done alot of troubleshooting on my own, replaced blower motor, blower motor capacitor, heat strips, etc but nothing would work, one of the heat stips would always trip off due to overtemp.
I called out another company (my first mistake) and when they sent their tech out I tried to explain to him what the problem is and tried telling him what I have done so far and he wouldn't listen to me and just said that it was different parts that was causing the problem. After about an hr of talking with him and him not troubleshooting the issue I just gave up and let him leave without fixing it and taking their service fee.
Fast forward to today, I called out Hill and company to see if they would be a better company to help me with my issue. They were able to get a tech out to me within that day (thumbs up) and the tech Brody was an awesome guy/tech, he listened to me explaining the issue that the hvac was having, I showed him what it was doing and he fully agreed that it shouldn't be doing what it was doing and instantly started to troubleshoot the system, he was able to put a static pressure meter on the system and was able to show me exactly what was causing my issue in my system and we brainstormed what we could do to solve the issue. After we did some brainstorming we had come up with a solution to solve my problem.
I am a very happy customer and I will now be recommending Hill and Company to others. Again, shoutout to Brody, great tech and an awesome guy!

I asked Hill & Company for a quote and an appointment was made for 2:00 PM the following day.
On the following day at about 1:40 PM, a representative called to say that the quote specialists were running late. The quote specialists, John and Mark, arrived at 2:10 PM! The inspection took a little less than 2 hours and the installation agreement was settled in a little less than an hour including the 30 minutes I took to consider the options.
The Trane installation specialists arrived the next morning a little after 9:00 AM. Removal of the old air conditioner and broken furnace and installation of the new Trane heat pump and carbon monoxide detector were complete a little after 5:00 PM. The installation specialists, Dustin and AJ, did excellent work and left my house in cleaner condition than when they arrived.
The price was reasonable for the high quality of installation and high quality equipment.
I've had Hill & Company install new heat and a/c units at 2 different houses now, and each time they've been wonderful. The initial contact and estimate process was very easy to understand, and all our options were laid out on paper so we could compare and choose. Then the technicians who installed it were beyond professional. Very courteous to me and my family, very nice and willing to talk with us and answer questions as they worked, and even wore masks during the entire install process! I have used Hill and Company for 10 or more years now. We bought a new Trane H/Air unit, they did repairs on and added some ducts added a return air.
We also bought a mini split unit from them a rew years ago. I always keep the maintenance service contract with them, it's totally worth it.

The estimating techs were fantastic. They took their time and were meticulous. I really appreciated that they walked me through everything, listened to my preferences, and worked with me to determine the best solution to fit my needs. Their price ended up being very close to that of the main competitor that I was considering, so it was their excellent customer service that ultimately swayed me towards Hill.
I didn't really interact much with the installation techs, but they seemed like nice guys. I'm no expert, but I think they did a good job on the install. They arrived and finished on schedule, and they cleaned up afterwards.
Since I had a new A/C and coil installed during the winter (to save money during the off-season), I won't really know how well everything works for a few months. If it's past mid-summer, 2019, when you're reading this, then you can probably assume that everything works great. Trust me, if it doesn't, I'll come back to edit my review. ;-)
Our AC unit started going out around 4th of July and the first company we contacted gave up on our problem. Then we called Hill & Company at a very odd hour and got a very fast response. The technicians they sent out were not only knowledgeable but friendly and very happy to answer questions we had. After a couple of attempts to service the old unit, it was decided to get a new unit and John Hoffman helped us pick one out. He explained everything about the different units and prices and answered any questions we had. We were very happy with the professionalism and service of everyone involved in the entire process, and we are extremely happy with the unit that was installed. There was never any pressure to upgrade or spend more than we were comfortable with, and we were informed of any discount or rebate we were able to qualify for. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a reliable and trustworthy company for their AC needs!

Firstly, I'd like to say that the person that handles the phone calls and appointments is a wonderful representative. She is very pleasant to talk to, informative, and is good on keeping in contact for changes. The package prices that were offered to me were a very good price and value for what you get. My tech was pleasant, informative, and timely. He made really good suggestions that I appreciate very much. Would definitely suggest this company.
SERVICE- Winter Tune-up
Our heater died on us Friday morning during a bad cold spell. They got here quick as they could, checked out the heater and told us what was wrong with it. They then had another person come out and assess what it would cost to fix the problem. The guy, John, looked over everything and every possible angle to make sure things was done right. Then gave us multiple options and thoroughly explained them to us. We chose one and Matthew and his crew was out here Saturday morning. By around 4pm we had heat and they had installed a completely new heater, extra ductwork and a new AC unit to match our needs and house size. They did a great job and you couldn't ask for a better crew that did the installation.
Update to August 30, 2022 Today we had our summer AC check-up. The technician that came out, A.J. Mayberry, was also one of the original installers. That's why I'm updating this it's because again I couldn't have asked for better service. He's a really good guy that has no problem answering your questions and explaining to you what's going on. Definitely FIVE STARS.

We woke up one morning sweating- The AC was dead. One call to Hill & Company and help was on the way. After getting the AC up and running the repairman recommended, we have a free estimate on a new unit since the current one was on its last leg. Talked to Jeff Holloway of Hill and Co. on a Thursday when the weather had turned cold. We decided to replace both of our 23 year-old systems after Jeff had done a thorough review of our house. Jeff explained the replacement process to us and provided an excellent presentation of the financial aspects. Two crews arrived at our house the next morning and completed the installation of the systems by about 3:00pm. The crews were all very courteous and helpful. The plumber did a great job replacing our gas lines to the stove and hot water heater, after ONG informed us that both were leaking and that the way the builder installed our stove lines was not up to code. He was very professional and efficient! We also had Hill & Company replace our air conditioner recently and they did an amazing job. We will continue to use Hill & Company for our heat and air as well as plumbing needs in the future!
This was the first time I used this company but I was very happy I found them. They came to do my preventative service very quickly. They did a great job and sent me notifications about the technician who was coming…. Even a picture. That was reassuring for me. He did the services very quickly and explained everything. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Highly recommend. Hill & Co is family-owned and focused on customer-service. They responded quickly and worked with us on different plans. We really appreciate the diligence and persistence this company put forth in ensuring our 2 year old split air conditioning/heating unit was fixed right and in a timely manner. It began flashing error messages after a routine maintenance and their team came out 6 different times to make sure every last problem was addressed and attended to. They went above and beyond to try and make our Christmas as seamless as possible (even though we lacked heating in the family room the unit services). They are very good at communicating when they recognize a problem and we look forward to using them again in the future.

Jeremy was awesome. He was quick to determine what our problems were, detailed in his explanation of them, and clearly had our best interests in mind as we discussed options. My parents have been customers for year and recommended we call Hill and Co. when our AC went out. I called on a Sunday at 8 pm and they answered immediately, tried to get a tech out that night but he called and asked a few questions and determined he didn’t have the necessary parts on his truck. He said he could still come out but asked if I’d rather have him come out the next day with the right parts. I said sure and they called the next day and arranged service. The tech came out when he said he would, diagnosed and fixed the problem, answered all my questions and was very polite and professional. I signed up for their annual maintenance plan, which is a really good deal, and I am looking forward to being a customer of theirs for many years. Towards the end of last year, my husband and I made the decision to completely replace our entire heat and air systems along with new ducts. Our furnace failed and needed to be replaced. Hill's estimate was midrange, but they were very specific in what was needed and what they would do. Their installation team was courteous and efficient. They had to work when it was 20 degrees and sleeping. Everything worked fine. Couldn't be more happy with Hill and Company.

Hill and Company was very thorough and Jeff was wonderful in explaining everything to me. Although they were a little more expensive than some other quotes I got, I feel like I got more for the money and they had a good financing plan. The only negative thing was that it took a week for them to replace my broken down AC, which is not ideal. They did say they would try to move it up if able, but we’re ultimately not able to. However, outside of that, I had a great experience.

I woke up to water running from my kitchen and washroom ceilings, down the wall and onto my floors. It had also began to run down the wall and onto the floor of my master closet. A pipe in the attic had broken. After turning the water in my house off, I called everywhere and no one had an opening until next week. I found Hill and Co. on the internet and when I called they had nothing until tomorrow morning. I was crying. The receptionist was so polite. I hung up and 5 minutes later she calls me back and said she could send someone out rite away. It was after 4 at this time. LES was at my house in 30 minutes in this terrible weather and assessed my situation. Turns out its not as bad as I expected. He is very polite and knowledgeable and patient with me since I was still very shaken by the whole incident. He explained to me what needs to be done and made sure I understood. It meant everything to me that Hill and Co. came out this afternoon when this is a very busy time with the weather and broken pipes. I will recommend them to everyone, any chance I get.

My experience with Hill and Company began with a promptly scheduled visit from Glenn to inspect the entire system after my AC stopped working on Memorial Day evening. Glenn was at my home by 3pm Wednesday and was so nice and professional He explained the problems he found with both heat & air. Glenn arranged for a company salesman to visit that same day. John Hoffman, the sales representative, spent a considerable amount of time presenting their company's options for resolving my HVAC problems. I felt John was honest and very considerate of the financial investment of an almost completely new system which is what I needed to replace. Friday morning Carlos & Luis showed up promptly to begin the huge job. It was hot in the attic, and took them all day to complete the job. I was able to go into work while they installed the system. Carlos & Luis were very professional and performed a beautiful job. They left everything clean and tidy. Carlos explained the system and the different options in using the new thermostat. He instructed me on what I should expect from a properly working system and reminded me of the warranties on the new system. I really liked each of the company staff members that helped me in getting this new system. I will be taking advantage of the routine maintenance service twice annually. We needed to replace our 19 yr old HVAC and shopped around before deciding on Hill. They by far had the best customer service and pricing both. John walked us through everything and we felt very informed. We did a complete rollover moving the ducts from the floor to overhead. Clean and well done. I highly recommend Hill with no regrets.
Jeff worked with me to select the system that offered the best value, I went to a less expensive system than I originally though I wanted. The install crew was very professional, courteous, and the workmanship was very good. I had a very good experience and plan to use them again.
Unfortunately we were caught in the R-22 refrigerant dilemma. Our two HVAC systems were serving acceptably well (originally installed by Hill & Co in our newly built house 23 years earlier). But the R-22 dilemma was looming so we opted to have two new systems installed. We appreciate the professional analysis of our needs and also the efficiency of the installers.

I originally called Hill & Company because of the reviews I saw online. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner that was hard to get too. The equipment was installed professionally and all areas were cleaned up afterwards. They also fixed the ducting so the system will run efficiently. I am extremely happy with the work that Hill & Company performed on our home.

Hill & Company replaced my AC unit 10 years ago, and I’ve had a service agreement since. Techs have always been top notch. One tech noticed I had a smoke/carbon monoxide detector but hadn’t installed it yet and asked if he could install it for me while kindly stressing the dangers of carbon monoxide poisoning.
I’ve always had a great experience with Hill & Company until recently when I wasn't presented all of the options for a job which resulted in my dissatisfaction. I spoke with Chris Gentry who was quick to make things right.
Mark and Austin came to fix the problem. Austin went into my tiny, dirty, spider-inhabited crawl space to run a new condensate line while Mark facilitated the job, cutting pipe and assisting Austin from the outside. They were both amazing and didn’t complain about the unpleasant job once, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their work.
Some companies are content to let you go when faced with complaints. I will continue to be a loyal customer of Hill & Company because they have been loyal to me.
We had a great experience with Hill and Company. Our air conditioning system went out in the afternoon of July 3rd. We called several companies to try and get it repaired before our July 4th celebrations. They either didn't answer, or were too busy to come out. Luckily, we called this company and they sent Austin out. He repaired our air conditioning system. Since our system was getting old, we asked Austin to send out a sales representative to talk with us about replacing the entire heating and a/c unit. Rick, the sales rep, and Carlos and his helper, were very professional and did a great job. We are very happy with Hill and Company.
100% satisfied with Hill & Company services I received from start to finish. I called for an estimate to replace my AC/Heat unit on a Sunday and they sent Dale out the next day. He was very professional & explained everything in detail. He done a thorough walk through and inspection of what would have to be done to replace the unit. He was there from beginning to end walking the installers through what had to be done. He filled out all paper work for me to receive my $1900 rebate. I highly recommend them above any other company.
Matt and Jon installed a new heating and air system and did an excellent job. Jeff gave us all the information we needed to know beforehand. I liked the fact that they checked the operating performance on both heat and air before they left and made sure that we were happy with everything.
I called Hill and Company late this afternoon around 4:15 with a issue concerning my HVAC. Their service department dispatched a technician ASAP. Blake Steel was the tech and he arrived about 6:00. Blake replaced a fuse and corrected a thermostat problem. He was very professional and courteous. Hill and Company installed my new HVAC system 6 years ago and I can always count on them to respond in a timely manner.
I am so glad that I had Hill & Company install my new system. I have yet to find an HVAC company that could work around my schedule, but Hill & Company did.

I first came about Hill & Company a year ago when my furnace stopped working during the winter. They showed up the next day to diagnose the issue. Once the issue was fixed I signed up for a prepaid semiannual tune up/ inspection so they could make sure I'd never be without comfort. At the time, it irked me because the recent repair was costly, but I am so glad I did it because they have not failed me and have made sure that I'm up to spec on how my home heats and cools. I'd recommend this company every time!

We have used Hill & Co for over a year and have been very pleased. They are timely with their service calls and their techs are always courteous and professional. They give you honest assessments of your systems. We would recommend them without hesitation.
They were very fast friendly and knowledgeable about my problem with my air conditioner. The compressor was out he said n since my unit is 20+ years old They would not be able to get parts to replace my compressor. But They were readily available to have an associate schedule for a estimate to be done on replacing my unit today. I would recommend them in a time of need. They were fast n friendly and they're ready to help with a back up.
Update:
The guy never showed up to do the estimate on replacing my unit. Then I called my brother who is part owner of a heat n air company that does it for commercial and industrial. He asked me some questions asked me to get some numbers then he came and checked my unit out. And to my surprise it was the capacitor and the bridge that was bad. So it wasn't my compressor at all. He had it up n running within 15minutes.my house is still cooling since it got up to 89 in my house with windows open fans blowing thru the house. So please if you are told the compressor is bad (which is about 600-900$)please try n get second opinion if you can. It could save you the cost of a new unit $6,000-$12,000 I might add is not a drop in the bucket nor loose change. So please make sure your correct in what you all tell your customers. Because it could be wrong and cost someone their life saving or you a law suit.
Kenny came out to look at our hot water heater and spent the time detailing our various options for replacement, even explaining it again when my wife got home and had questions. After our decision was made, they were able to get us on the schedule for this Friday. Great job so far!
Hill & Company installed a new heating/AC unit at my house. They did a very thorough analysis of our house and gave us three options to choose from. They steered us toward the one that they thought would meet our needs, not the most expensive option!
The best part was when they made a mistake, they took ownership of it and promptly corrected it. One of the workers stepped through the ceiling when he was in the attic. (Easy to do in our attic. I have done it once myself.) This happened at about 9:30 AM, and they had someone working on the repair by about 1 PM that day. For me that was the epitome of professionalism. The repaired ceiling looks great, by the way. We will continue to use them for servicing our units and any repairs.
Blaine Hill was extremely professional. He took the time to explain what was going on and to answer my questions. He was on time and very polite.
We recently had a regular maintenance call/check up on our 20+ year old system. The agent came out promptly, was extremely friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions. We went ahead and decided to go ahead and put in for a replacement system because the cost of repairs on our antiquated systems would have been a waste of money. Within the next few days we had our estimate, scheduling, and installation all done promptly and extremely well with no issues. Just in time for the worst of the summer.
The only "downside" if you will is when they came in and installed the new thermostat inside, its not level.. i mean.. its not like its completely sideways but its still noticeable.. and with someone with OCD its kinda like "I know its only 5 degrees tilted but STILL!"

Hill and Company installed a gas furnace and new HVAC unit at my house. They were professional from start to finish. They explained the best combination for us for our house ahead of time. The install crew did their best to stay out of our way and were very professional in their interactions with us. Everything was installed up to our expectations and has been working great!
We are so glad we called Hill & Company. When our heater quit we decided we had put off purchasing a new HVAC unit for too long. Our HVAC was 16 years old and on it’s last leg. Consultants, Jeff Holloway and John Hoffman came out that same day to assess our situation. Their visit was no quick sales pitch. They were at our home for 3 hours inspecting every inch of our current system. They found several issues that were very close to being code violations. They gave us all of our options with no pressure, but genuine concern for what we actually needed. After making our decision they gave us a very detailed proposal (4 pages) containing absolutely everything about our new system, and what work they would be doing for us. This being Saturday, the crew was at our home on Monday morning with Jeff who relayed what had been discussed with us. Jeff had in hand the ONG Rebate application, which he had completed for us, along with an addressed, stamped envelope. All that was needed was our signature. Installers Lam and Alvaro were so professional and their work was done perfectly. Jeff returned after the completion to look over the installation and to deliver and explain our warranties. It’s so nice to have done business with a service company who delivers top-notch service. Rare these days.

We were Very pleased with Hill & Co. from start to finish. Jeff did a great job explaining the system & our options. The two men that came to install our units worked tirelessly until it was completed & working properly. All were very professional.
I am very happy that I made the decision to use Hill & Company to replace my entire upstairs and downstairs HVAC systems recently for several reasons. When I originally called in for service, my upstairs unit was completely down. That same day, a service technician came to meet me after I got off work and checked out my system. My cooling unit (coils) and furnace were original to my house (30+ years old). He explained, in detail, the cause of my problems and gave me 2 options as solutions. Due to the fact that the system was so old, I was interested in discussing the costs associated with total replacement. The technician was very helpful and offered to contact a sales person to see if he could come out to help me with this information.
Fifteen minutes later, Dale Holloway, my sales person pulled up to my house and discussed various systems available to replace my old system. He was very knowledgeable and professional and gave me 3 different quotes within an hour of our discussions. Keep in mind, it was almost 9:00 pm and he was still working. I decided on the upper end system and an installation date was set.
The installation crew arrived on time and worked almost non-stop enduring extremely hot temperatures in the attic. They were very professional and friendly during the process. They put down drop cloths on the stairs and around the unit to keep everything clean. They were not able to complete the install in one single day, but came back the next morning and finished the project. The two installation technicians were Lam and Alvaro. When they finished, they trained me on how to use the new thermostat which was really helpful.
During the installation, Dale came by at least three times to check on the install and the project manager also came buy to review the work. It was apparent that they all cared that everything was done correctly. There was a huge difference between the efficiency of the new system and the old system. It was so noticeable that I decided to go ahead and replace my downstairs unit too.
The installation of my downstairs unit went just as smoothly. Lam came back to work on this project, and Dennis was the second tech working with Lam. They were both top notch professionals in every respect.
I want to summarize my comments by saying that Dale and the Hill folks were very easy to deal with and made this experience painless. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional installation done from a company who does what they say they are going to do....and this is becoming a rarity in today's market. Hill and Company was out today to replace heat and air which we were scheduled to do on Monday but our unit decided it didn't want to wait until then to die so the company rearranged to fix it today. Great crew with Nick and Tyler and they told me they would have it done in around 5 hours but they beat their estimate by 30 minutes! Our furnace blew an ignitor on Monday morning after Thanksgiving. I called Hill & Company, expecting not to see a technician until later that afternoon if we were lucky......long holiday weekends always create a backlog! Glen arrived about 30 minutes later and fixed our furnace in less than an hour. As always, I am thrilled with the above and beyond service we receive from Hill & Company. You guys are the absolute BEST and I wouldn't think of using anyone else!

Austin solved a problem with my HVAC system that had existed since my system was installed by a different company four years ago. It took him 30 minutes to correct the problem.
Dale seemed very knowledgeable and did a really thorough job of inspecting our furnace. Provided a bid for repair, but made more sense to replace the unit. It was 18 years old, so it was time. Dale scheduled a salesman to come out the following morning to discuss options. Which was great, because it was VERY cold. We had Hill & Co install a new furnace and AC unit and are very happy with our decision. Love everyone we’ve dealt with at Hill & Co - they’re knowledgable, have great products, excellent service and fair pricing. Definitely recommend these folks to anyone looking for a company they can trust with their HVAC system!

So…my air conditioner went out. It was old, so I figured this day would come. I called some companies based on their reviews. They came out and did not seem to be as professional as I would have liked. I tried Hill & Company next. This was the pure definition of the “difference between night and day.” Wow! They worked with my schedule to get someone to my home to help me with my air conditioner. They indicated that it would take approximately two hours. I didn’t understand why they needed so much time, because the other guys took about 15 to 30 minutes. Anyways, my Sister assisted me with this process since I needed to be at work. Jeff showed up and was extremely courteous and thorough. She said he checked everything. He talked to my Sister, but explained he wanted to talk to me in person, since I had some issues. Again, Jeff worked with my schedule so that I could meet with him. He explained my problem areas, showed me pictures that he took and took the time to answer my questions. Again, thorough and I felt I could trust what he was saying. They discovered issues that the other companies didn’t even mention. Jeff left me with several invoice options that explained exactly what they would be doing. I appreciated that. I got nothing like that from the other guys. I didn’t hesitate to go with Hill & Company.
The day of install went smoothly; Jeff stopped by and made sure everything was going well. Scott and Wells were my installers for the day. They were nice guys and efficient with their work. It was the best feeling to have that cool air blowing through my house!
A few days later, Jeff stopped by my house to give me my warranties, make sure things were going well and answer any questions. I am so grateful that they took care of my warranty for me. My life is so busy that it is difficult to make sure I get everything done.

They were very nice and quick in responding to a broken heat/ac unit. I called them on a Saturday, they came out that afternoon and then came back the following Tuesday to take it apart. Despite not giving me good news, they are still an excellent company and I now have a new heat/ac unit (all in the space of 4 days as it happened right before Thanksgiving). After checking consumer ratings, I selected 4 companies to obtain quotes to install a completely new system in the attic to replace the current system with water seepage and rusted out ductwork under the concrete slab. After getting quotes from 3 of the companies, I was pretty much ready to proceed with the first company but went ahead and requested a quote from the fourth company, Hill & Company. I am so glad that I did! Not only were they experienced in doing this type of work and cost competitive with the other companies, their sales manager, Dale Holloway, was more thorough and detailed in putting together the quote which was reassuring to me that they knew what they were doing and that I knew what to expect. He kept me informed and worked with Jeff and the rest of the installation crew throughout the installation process to make sure everything was done correctly. Based on Hill & Company’s extensive experience, professionalism, fair pricing and quality work in relocating my system to the attic with new duct work and Trane equipment, it is without hesitation that I recommend them to anyone for this type of work.
Our air conditioner started to have intermittent service – it was a 20 years old Trane unit that had lived a good long live and never required any repairs over that time. I felt strongly about replacing it with another Trane unit, but thought it was probably best to get a few quotes. I met with 3 companies and my experience with Hill & Company was the best by far. The information was very detailed. I knew little to nothing about HVAC systems until my conversation with the Hill & Company consultant Jeff Holloway. He came prepared with my home dimensions and other things in order to give me my best options. We talked through each one, which helped my wife and I make the best decision. After the conversation I was sold. They estimated the installation could take a day and a half, but completed it in one day. This included duct work as well. As for the new unit, it’s amazing. It doesn’t feel like mid-July until I walk outside. My first full month on the electric bill was much lower than that same month last year. I actually can’t wait for winter to see how the new furnace feels now.
Hill & company responded very quickly to my needs which my heater had frozen over all the pipes were frozen due to being inadequately installed by Home Creations. They were very kind and helpful and very thorough and explained everything that was going on. Naturally, my A/C went out on Friday evening which was also one of the hottest days so far this summer. I called Hill and Co. on Saturday morning. Since I was a Smart Service member they came right out. Less than three hours later the service tech was at my home. It was determined I had a large leak in the condenser coil which was unrepairable. A whole new coil would be necessary which would be a very costly to repair. Since my unit was over 14 years old, I decided put that money towards a replacement unit. One phone call and the salesman was out that same Saturday afternoon to discuss my options. By Monday morning before 11:00, I was up and running with a new A/C and coil. It certainly pays to be a member of the Smart Service Program with Hill and Company.
Dale came out to give us a bid. He was very thorough in inspecting our existing HVAC system in order to prepare a quote on a replacement system. I'd had three other companies out to give us quotes on replacing our HVAC system upstairs and he's the only one who noticed a wiring issue with the existing system and helped us make an informed decision on how to solve the problem. If the installation goes as smoothly as the inspection and quote, I'll be so pleased. Installation was faster than I expected. The installer laid down plastic to keep our stairs and carpet clean, and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. Also, I know an air handler is nothing pretty to look at, but visually, as the homeowner I can appreciate how much better the installation appears now vs. the old unit, which had been band-aided together by a prior homeowner. Overall, a great experience.

They came out to there checkup every 6 months they had told me my unit was going bad about a year ago. They told me it might last a year or 2 before needing to spend a lot to repair it as it was 18 years old instead of me spending a few thousand to repair they suggested getting a replacement quote before doing repairs the difference was not as much as expected and now I have a warranty.had spent a few thousand to fix over the last few years wish I replaced before now.

We are very happy, satisfied customer of Hill & Company. We had a 20 year old Trane system that we wanted replaced with another Trane system. Hill & Company presented three proposals for consideration and explained in detail the differences of each proposal including costs and financing options. There were several discounts available by Hill & Co and Trane. The system installation was completed in one day, including furnace, a/c, thermostat and enlarging two existing ducts for improved comfort. The installers were polite, considerate and thoroughly cleaned up the work area, plus hauled away the old units. There was one slight mishap on installing one new ceiling vent cover, but Hill & Co quickly made arrangements for repair and paint touchup by a very professional and talented painter. We are now enjoying our new system and happy we chose Hill & CO.

While taking bids for a new HVAC, I was impressed with Dale, the Hill salesman. He was very thorough and did a complete inspection of all the components of the system to see what was needed. Other company's salesmen just took a look at the Furnace and A/C and gave an estimate just from a cursory look at the system. Plus Hill's estimate was very reasonable and because of his thoroughness, we knew we wouldn't have an "surprises" that would raise the estimate.
He was also here when the installers performed the installation to answer any questions. A pleasant surprise!

We replaced two complete systems in our home. The entire process was very professional and detailed in the estimates and proposal. Our sales contact, Dale, was very knowledgeable and meticulous in the estimate inspection. Not only was his estimate very detailed and comprehensive, he identified a few install corrections from the previous installer that ultimately solved long-standing issues from our original systems. Our system replacements included conversion to natural gas and electrical panel modifications. Dale coordinated all of the required technicians and permits to complete the job within their stated timeframe, with little interference or disruption to us. And, upon the final quality inspection, we were given our rebate paperwork and warranty forms pre-filled with all required information, ready to drop in the mailbox.

I had John Hoffman as a sales person. He was very through. They did my heat and air and also my hot water tank. They came out and did it all in one day. I had to work so I would just come back and check on them periodically. They put in a damper system that took some adjusting but overall this has been a great experience. I plan on staying with them for all the maintenance. The install guys left absolutely no mess whatsoever.
We were really in a bind. July heat wave and no a/c coming in to a weekend. A/C service guy said I had a leak and needed a new A/C system. I considered his bid over the weekend - while we fried. On Monday morning I called Dale and he had an installer crew at my house in 3 hours!! What amazing service! Hill and Company recently replaced my old busted AC unit and the experience couldn't have been better. They did a great job with the installation and the clean up afterwards. I know a guy who's AC also went out and he went with another company. He ended up paying more, got a lesser unit and had trouble with it about a month later. Needless to say I avoided that company and I went with Hill and Co!

We are very pleased with our new Trane HVAC system. It has made a noticeable difference in cooling its zone and easily maintaining the temperature. We called because of the special advertisement for $49. We were told on the call they would not be installing a new filter because of the special. That was fine. However, they did not explain that they would not be providing anything else. We expected that all else would be the same. That proved not to be true. Several things that were said to be needed that other companies had provided in their maintenance. When we enquired about those things, we were told there would be an extra charge for each of those. Better communication on what to expect would have eliminated a lot of initial frustration.

First of all, customer service is everything to me. I give it in my business 100%. It's kinda nice to receive it. Ricky Hunter comes out checks everything and gives me an honest, accurate assessment of what is wrong, what the codes are, what they need to do, the specials and costs. I had 1000 questions and Ricky was so patient with me. We decided to go with Hill. They are locally, family owned, operation. I checked around. Great warranty 2 years spring, fall service no charge. So two guys came out. Pure customer service answered my questions. Showed me their work the xtra safety features, gas shut offs etc. They worked non stop. Took a short break for lunch. They were excited and liked their job and more important, they liked who they worked for. The county inspector came out and found 2 breakers were in need to be replaced. I barely got off the phone to Hill and 2 electricians showed up. "Seriously?" whow. So far the experience and customer service is above and beyond. Trane conditioners are great. My advice folks. Just do it. Your worries are over. These guys have got you covered. Bravo to the family owners. I can't help but think you treat your employees like family. Thank you.

While employees I worked with were kind and courteous, they failed to fully diagnose my problem. The description they gave was that there was a restriction but wouldn't look any further because i had an older system. They recommended me to replace my entire A/C system.
Still suffering from a warm house and a sweating family, I got a second opinion a few days later from another source and found that the fan above the compressor in the unit was too low and couldn't pull the heat out. He raised the fan higher up to help move the heat out of the unit. He also saw i was low on Freon so he filled it back up. The house cooled off immediately. Hill & Company charged me 119 dollars to basically be told my A/C had a problem and gave me quotes on how much it was going to cost me. Yes, my system may need to be replaced, but I asked for it to be repaired, at least so I can give relief to my family.
My husband and I have been customers of Hill and Company since 2001. We have always received excellent service ranging from a technician coming out on Thanksgiving when we had no heat, to coming at the end of a very hot day to service a broken air conditioner. The technicians and office staff at Hill and Company are always courteous and very professional. I always feel comfortable having them in my home and have never had a negative experience.
Over the past year, we have replaced and installed three new heating and air conditioning units. The first one in September 2015. This install was a necessity as the A/C unit quit working. The experience was very pleasant and the installers were efficient, polite and professional. I unfortunately do not have their names in front of me but they were very professional, personable and left everything clean and in place when the install was complete.
We knew the time to replace the other two units in our home was coming. At the end of June 2016, Dale Holloway came out to give me an estimate. Dale was extremely professional and congenial. He worked quietly around the chaos of my four children - ha! He was very thorough in his explanation and went the extra mile to get us an additional discount if we replaced both units at the same time. Dale understood the crazy schedule I have getting kids to and from activities and was always willing to communicate via email in the evenings or early mornings when talking on the phone was not an option for me.
On the date of install for the two new units, Scott, Lam and Alvaro arrived early and finished at the exact time they said they would. They also worked quietly and professionally. They left all areas very clean. Dale came by that day as well to check on things and went the extra mile of replacing the filters in the unit that was installed in the fall at no additional cost. To a busy mom of four, something that saves me 15-30 minutes means the world...

We recently had our upstairs a/c go out. Through our past servicing
with Hill there was already trust factor established. From the estimate of repairs to the decision of buying and installing a new a/c and furnace, we were happy with all those involved. Dale was extremely thorough and informed in inspecting and recommending options. There were no last minute costs or changes that came up in the process. Being a night nurse and a light sleeper, I was especially worried about my sleep being disturbed. The workers were conscientious of this and the work was done and cleaned up before I woke up.

Hottest week of the year at the 100d mark, woke up Friday AM with no AC. Had estimate from another company, not impressed with their guy or estimate. Called Hill & Company. Dale was super from estimate to installation. He was all around the house, inside, outside and in the attic (100d outside....) and was VERY thorough in his estimate, the explanation of the estimate and answering of questions. Even went around with us to show exactly what he was talking about. I'm in a related business so I know how complete his estimate was. And it was a fair estimate. Two days later Scott and Frank (and Dale) were on site and by 3:30 were done and the site cleaned up. Highly recommend this company.
They were very punctual, and fixed the issue quickly. The tech, Chad, did a great job informing me what was wrong with the unit and keeping me updated on what he was fixing and what potential issues to look for in the future.

The scheduled maintenance tech discovered a freon leak. Jeff was prompt to visit for a consult. All options were explained and all questions were answered. I decided a new system was needed. The present system was old and used the old freon type. Jeff scheduled an install in a prompt manner. The install crew was on time very courteous and on task. Everyone I spoke with - from the technician who first investigated the problem to the estimator/sales rep who took the time to write a complete proposal to the installers and the office staff who helped coordinate the efforts - I say thank you for being so knowledgeable and well-organized. During the Feb 14th, 2021 winter storm, we went to put a fire log in our fireplace. It has a gas line but we never use it. However, this time when we opened up the doors, we smelled gas. Immediately called ONG who turned off our gas. We have nowhere else to go and called so many other plumbers to come fix the line, to no avail (7pm). The next morning I called these guys and they bumped me up in line since we had no heat in -6 weather. The guy told me the whole process and these guys came out within 2-3 hours (with terrible roads!). Fixed the problem in a couple of hours and called ONG to turn the gas back on. They explained everything in detail, were so thorough, and so friendly!!!!! I will definitely be using their services again and recommend them!
If your looking at reviews, then here is the bottom line with details below. You can trust Hill & Co. to give you quality components and you can count on an installation that will be done as best as humanly possible. The main reason I chose Hill for my replacement is that most other companies in the metro area have to many poor reviews, or spotty installation. Specifically, the company 15 years ago that installed my other Trane unit (two in the house) went to pot about 3 years ago according to reviews.
I called Hill & Co on a Monday morning, their representative, Dale Holloway, came out and showed me all the available options. His determinations where exactly what my brother had recommended a few years earlier (my brother installed and serviced Bryant products for around 15 years before starting a remodel company with a friend in northern Illinois a few years ago). It was very confidence building to see that Dale recommended exactly what my brother had recommended. In other words, I wasn't getting sold something that wouldn't work.
Installation also was top notch. Dale came out to help, but Lam and Jeff did a superb job. As a DIYer, I can tell you these guys did a really good professional job and had great attention to detail. After the install was done, I found out just how poor my old (40+ years) equipment had been operating. The whole end of the house finally felt comfortable in the hot fall afternoon. It basically proved the equipment choice recommended by Dale was the correct one.
After the install, my wife said she smelled gas while I did not. This install was in an inside closet with heater and water heater. During the change out there was some natural gas that came out of the old unit and the replacement of gas pipes. I felt it mostly went away in 12 hours, but not my wife. A call to Dale gave me a choice of an immediate service tech dispatched to the house a 7pm (which is confidence boosting for service after the sale) or the choice I elected was someone in the morning. The tech came out, sure enough found the leak on the old, original cooper line ( now no longer used for gas connections) to the water heater. Replaced and no more gas smell reported by wife.
I generally do everything myself if I have the time no matter what the repair. I have alot of skills most home owners don't. I totally dreaded installing a new heater and A/C unit. I have had zero problems with my 15 year old Trane unit on the other end of the house. Look on the web at Trane dealers. There are only three in the OKC metro area recommended by the company. Not so with any of the other manufacturers. Now I know why. Hill was top notch start to finish I am totally satisfied with the work they did at my house. I would highly recommend you give them a call.
Our 20 year old AC froze up on us and having previously used Hill & Co for a heater repair we called and were immediately set up with a service visit. Adam came out, diagnosed the problem and got the AC limping along so that we could at least sleep comfortably. Dale came out and did his mad scientist calculating to hook us up with a new system. The technology changes alone were enough for us to move forward with the replacement of the east side HVAC unit. Our west side unit still works like a charm but Dale went ahead and left us with an estimate for that as well. Lam and Alvaro came out to do the install and Lam went us into the attic and I swear I didn't see him again for 4 hours! Alvaro assisted in raising the pad for the new unit which was much appreciated. We got a lesson on the space shuttle worthy thermostat and were able to set our schedule to marry up with OG&E Smart Hours schedule. AC working like a charm! Hill & Co comes through as champs!

Very professional and super nice. Blake was really knowledgeable and explained things in a way I could understand. There were some recommendations for my system but no pressure to make an immediate decision.

New heat and AC unit along with new attic ductwork. Have had to have 3 service calls for items that should have been addressed during install. 1- AC unit plastic pad was poorly leveled with levelling stones. 2- Evaporation drain PVC was not properly glued and leaked into garage. 3- Duct was not properly secured to plenum and came undone allowing a 6" hole to be open to the attic hearting it.
Dale was nice and came out in Saturday to give a quote. Better price than other competitors. Did have to have them come out 2 time after installing new AC & heat unit to fix various things that was missed or not done to the level one would expect when spending large amount on new units being installed. Will see how units perform and ensure no other installation issues before referral to friends and family.
This is the kind of HVAC company who asks you questions before sending a technician so if it's something minor, you can fix it yourself. Our thermostat quit working upstairs one time, and when I called for service, she asked me if I'd checked the batteries in the thermostat unit on the wall. Tada - I put new batteries in and A/C came back on. Now most companies would have gladly taken the trip fee just to come and tell you that you simply needed to replace a battery. Our experience with them has been 100% excellence from the gals who answer their phones (they are courteous, friendly and efficient) to the technicians who know what they are doing. They always get us scheduled immediately. I can't say enough good things about Hill & Company!!!

A technician came to my house to look at my air conditioner within 2 hours of me contacting Hill & Company. The technician, Jose, was awesome! He was very professional and explained why I was experiencing a loud noise when my A/C was on. He then explained exactly what he was going to do to fix it. There were a few options for a fix, and he said that he would go ahead and try the less expensive option to see if that would take care of the problem. It has worked so far, and I am extremely pleased.
I called Hill & Company as a second opinion after another A/C repair company came out and told me I just needed to replace my unit (which is only 7 years old) at a cost of $12,000.00. I was very relieved when Jose at Hill & Company was able to offer a $300 solution.

Came out same day we called. Gave us an estimate for the system that would work best, not just trying to sell top-end equipment. Installed new air/heat and tankless water heater the next day. Took 6 hours, left the place cleaner than they found it. System works great! I very highly recommend a tankless water heater. That thing is nice. Hill 's intallers and plumber were very professional and nice.

Today is Sunday, and sometime during the wee hours of the morning our AC's capacitor went out. I was concerned that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed till tomorrow (Monday) at the earliest, but after calling Hill and Company, they had someone here within an hour. The serviceman was on time, very professional,and quickly fixed the capacitor (or changed it out?) .I am no sitting here in the blessed cool when it is 95+ outside. I highly recommend these guys and we will call them first when we need our HVAC things serviced/replaced.

I know my A/C unit is aging, I appreciated technician serviced my unit without trying to sell me a new one. He was very efficient and courteous. I appreciated he wore a mask to protect us, we have pre-existing conditions.

Despite a full schedule they squeezed me in when my furnace igniter failed. Diagnosed issue and fixed problem quickly and at a reasonable price. Only issue I had was, I asked tech about some other work, which he said they could easily do. When I called to schedule that next job they wanted to charge me $50 to send someone out to do an estimate! The tech had never mentioned this charge nor offered to do the estimate while there. According to their desk clerk, they do not reduce the bill by $50 if you decide to have the work done either. Took the next job elsewhere to a company that waives the estimate / call out fee if you have the work done. Sorry Hill & Co., you lose one star for that one.
I very much appreciate the friendly office staff, but I really appreciate my service technician Glen the most. He always remembers I’m a day sleeper and gets my tune up done quickly and efficiently. He also remembers and is kind to my pets and for that I’m eternally grateful.
