We have an old AC unit and were worried we would need a whole new system as ours was not keeping the temperature down in this 90-100 degree heat. (Other companies seem to jump at the chance to sell a new system.) Isaac from AireServ was really great. He explained everything he was finding and he figured out that our problem was an air flow issue. He cleaned the evaporator coil, the condenser coil (?; not sure that’s what it’s called. The outside unit) and the blower fan, and he changed the filters. Our system is now working really well. We avoided the costs of a new system and also of adding more coolant. A very pleasant surprise and I feel like we saved a lot of money. I highly recommend this company.

Called Aire Serv after another company told me for a 2nd time we just needed to replace the entire system. Clint was our service tech for Aire Serv and he was great! He did a much more thorough job of inspecting our entire system than the company we had been using. He was up front and honest about cost and what needed to be fixed and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to get the part needed to fix our furnace the same day he came out. Furnace is now working again. We have now moved our yearly service over to Aire Serv and it was all because of Clint.

Our older outdoor heat pump stopped working and was only running on em heat. Called them late in the afternoon but they made it out the very next morning. Clint was our service tech and let me say he was the best service technician I have ever met. Very knowledgeable and explained the exact issue. Had to go get a part but it was replaced within the hour and it was back to working perfectly. Even spent some time discussing future plans with my HVAC system and what all is involved with that. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend Air Serv to others.

Matt came last week for the yearly check up on my old furnace. He carefully checked all parts. He fixed loose insulation in the fan enclosure of the unit. Now the fan is more quiet than ever! He made sure all parts of furnace were clean, vacuumed and safe. Matt is professional, polite and happy to answer questions with clear answers. I recommend Matt and Aire Serv for hiring him. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Isaac from Aire Serv. Issac came out and fixed a gas valve issue on our furnace late on a Sunday. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He had the issue diagnosed within a few minutes and verified that the part should be under warranty. He had our heat back on very quickly.

AirServe has maintained my HVAC system for several years. They have always been prompt, professional and very reasonably priced. My system is very old, ~30years. The tech, Isaac, detected a heat-exchanger crack, which could’ve turned into a CO leak. I ordered a new system. Isaac and another tech, Austin, did a fantastic job with the installation. Unfortunately my AC unit just have out. Matt tried to replace several parts to get the unit back up and running and was successful, but low pressure in the lines might but have been a problem for long term feasible. Purchasing new HVAC system with improved efficiency over very old system, and during the short wait for install was able to borrow loaner portable AC unit setup. Price is NOT the lowest of surrounding competitors, but the service is quick and friendly, and still feel like they try to repair before suggesting up sales. This was the second time they tried to repair this unit with the last time being successful 6 years ago. Update: Had full HVAC system installed today (7-21-22) and the crew of Austin, Brycen, and Zac did an efficient, quick install. New system is doing a great job. Loaned AC portable was great, but so much nicer to have my full AC back and be prepared for winter as well. Thanks again!

Aire Serv has been our go-to for years. They actually just left! Our AC went out and with 100 degree Temps, we were so grateful they could make it out so quickly. Everyone we have worked with has been great. Today, Austin and Bryson worked for several hours in hundred degree Temps to get us back up and running. They were polite, professional, and friendly. A gentleman named Matt came out to my hot home when it was over a hundred degrees same day I called. It was miserable. He fixed everything right up. He fixed multiple issues that I knew needed done but had been ignoring. He charged be less than other companies quoted me for just the service call fee. He was fast, worked professionally, was very respectful and most importantly he was a really nice guy that just wanted to do a good job and make sure my house cooled down and it did almost immediately after he arrived. I literally called 14 companies I can prove it my wife kept notes on all of them. This company stood out in very way. This company and the tech I had, Matt from Iran, I guessed Armenia but was wrong. This guy was the most kind and hard working and understanding and empathetic and knowledgeable and Pleasant company worker I’ve ever had. Period. He was awesome got in did his job quickly and charged below the standard jacked up extortion prices most companies try to charge because you’re in a pickle with no A/C and they know it. This company actually is different. They have actual ethics and morals no joke call Them and wait if you have to they are worth it!!!! Especially Matt!!! THANKS MATT The house is cold all The time now thanks for your rescue!!! Ten Stars!!! I had a guy from a different company come in right before you guys came telling me my blower motor went out and it would be very expensive. Matt from Aire Serve didn’t even mention the blower motor and I suspected he wouldn’t. It wasn’t broken. That other company tried to scam me. And everything works better than it did before without a new expensive blower motor and days of waiting for parts and not being able to stay home because of the profound heat. Watch for scams with those get rich quick companies. Thanks mainly for your honesty Matt with Aire Serve. That’s what made me a customer for life. Trust. I still don’t have a new blower motor for a thousand dollars but my a/c works awesome for under 2 bills same day service and I know honesty is promoted company wide By he owners Matt told me. I believe him because he didn’t try to scam me like the company that come one hour before. I knew Matt was the real deal seeing this unfold right before my eyes. Realizing the blower motor never had any issue at all. It just froze up. I never gave a clue to Matt that we had another guy look at it already but I needed to see if two people diagnosed the same thing because i was suspicious of the first guys demeanor and diagnosis. Sure enough Matt fixed it and never mentioned the blower motor. This was weeks ago and the air still works like new in this heat wave. If they say you need an expensive blower motor get a second opinion and don’t say someone else already said you needed one. Just have them try to fix it. If two people say you need a blower motor it’s probably true. I only had one say it and the second didn’t and saved me so much time and money and hassle and hotel costs etc It’s a big deal That’s why I’m writing this at 3am. Just advise. Real life. Call Matt with Aire Serve. Thank you Matt I’ll call you if needed but you fixed is up good so I’m not expecting to need you anytime soon. Good job man!

We’ve used several HVAC companies over 20 years of home ownership and after finding Aire Serv a few years ago we won’t be using another company again. Our first experience was Clint coming to do some repairs on our central system and he suggested a mini split for our bedroom. We got the mini split and Clint and team did a great install. Clint 100% knows his stuff, is super friendly, will answer any question you have, and pet your dogs. We had T come for a maintenance check and she was great. Then we had a repair needed and Donnie came out and he was great. My AC stopped blowing cold air. I called Aire Serv and they sent a technician within a couple of hours. Isaac called and told me he was on his way. Upon arrival he diagnosed my issue. I chose Aire Serv to move my furnace & coil from an indoor closet to the attic, and to install a new ceiling-based duct system since my metal floor ducting in the slab had rotted through in several places. The install team did a great job - Jake, Zach, Isaac, Austin & Jared were always respectful, tidy and responsive. Clint stopped by multiple times to keep an eye on the project and help where needed. Everyone was always happy to answer my questions thoroughly. There turned out to be an issue with the electrical supply which resulted in a huge pop, scorches and sparks, but Clint was able to get the problem figured out, the wiring fixed and a new plate put on. Clint and Matt did everything possible to get replacement parts and repair our HVAC unit in the shortest possible time. Very professional and thorough service professionals! July 2022 Update: Two Aire Serv teams (Austin, Brycen, Jake and Zac) Installed two new units in the middle of a heat wave. They installed both units in one day, removed the old units, cleaned up and left our house feeling cool and livable again. They did excellent work and were able to do the install with less than a week's notice. A couple of minor tweaks to the new systems were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Clint about a week later. As usual, excellent service at a fair price.

This company knows what they are doing! From the salesman Andrew that came out to the install team(Clint, Jake, Jake, and Issac). The salesman came to my home and was not pushy. He told me all of my options for repair or replace. Of course i had a 12 y/o system that made sense to replace instead of repair the coils at $2000. All that said. Everyone who came to my house was very respectful towards my family and my home. I could have left my wife and kids home and felt safe. I cant say enough good about this company. The guarantees they offer and the staff made my decision easy to go with them. I will be using them for any maintenance performed on my system. Donny from Aire Serv performed excellent service on our two A/C units. When the upstairs unit didn't perform as anticipated, they came back and fixed the issue for free. The technician Donny was polite and professional, wore shoe covers inside, and was very patient to explain the issue at hand. We decided to go with AireServ for our new HVAC and their customer service has been great. Andrew gave us our quote and made sure we understood the process, the costs, and the guarantees. Then on install day Jake, Jake, and Clint came out to work. They got to our place around 9am and left just after 6pm! It took them a while with how old and outdated our system was! They took the original from 1985 out, and now we have a brand new system that works wonderfully! They installed a third return, replaced our worn out returns, and upsized them all to 14". We are very happy with the product, install, and customer service. We talked mostly to the two Jakes, and they were kind, professional, and just seemed like good people! We had a good experience with AireServ, and though their cost was higher than we wanted, the customer service and guarantees made us comfortable with the decision. We would recommend them again!

Heat went out in the middle of the night on one the coldest nights we’ve had in a while. Was able to call an overnight number where I talked with a real person and was told I’d get a call when the local dispatch opened at 8am. I got a call at 8am exactly, with a technician here by 9:15am. My technician, Clint, was professional and knowledgeable and helped explain the issue after diagnosing the problem. I have had Aire Serv maintain my 30 year old unit for the past couple years. Donnie does a great job, is friendly, and will give you an honest assessment on issues. This winter I decided to proactively replace my old unit instead of losing it in the summer. Aire Serv came out, gave me options, gave me a fair price, and was ready to install very fast. The install team did a good job, but Clint, who seemed to be the supervisor of the install team, did a fantastic job. Even after the install team had finished, packed up, and left, Clint came back to look over their final product. He saw something he said was not up to his standards (even though it would have worked) and fixed it himself. I was very satisfied with the entire process. My satisfaction did not end there. Through no fault of Aire Serv, after the new unit was installed, I discovered I had some dirt blowing out of my underground ducts. I contacted a third-party company, Aircare Master, to check out my ducts and they determined some of my underground ducts had been compromised. Turns out this was a long-time dormant issue that I did not know about because my old unit was not powerful enough to blow the dirt out. To address the duct issue properly, I needed to remove the freshly installed coil. I contacted Aire Serv and advised them what happened and they came back out, removed the coil, and reinstalled it after the duct work was complete, all for no charge. I will be going back to Aire Serv for years to come.

Had them service my system then set up an bi-annual service plan. Donnie did great, found it was having a carbon monoxide problem so set up to have it replaced. Older model unit almost 20 years old. They were able to get me an appointment for the next day to totally replace my system. Issac L., Jake L. & Jake B, had a timely arrival. Explained what they were going to do and got to work. They were quick, polite & professional leaving my home as they found it. Not sure why but they have gained my trust and will be with them for a long time, if they continue with the caliber of workmen and customer service. Nothing is more important now with covid-19 than to shop your local businesses. I am so glad I called them. I have some rentals and needed somebody to help me with a rental ASAP. Aireserv installed a Daikin zoned quad minisplit (4 air handlers) system in our attic addition this week. As you can imagine, this is a more complicated and challenging job which requires higher level training, experience and precision. Our experience with the entire process was refreshingly excellent. Andrew visited us first, inspected the space in detail, patiently listened to all that we had to say and answered many questions. He showed knowledge and genuine care. In a few days, he delivered an estimate and was available for several rounds of additional questions and clarifications. Within a week after we opted in, Aireserv sent Clint, a lead installer to carefully inspect the space. He also listened and he actually worked with us over a 45-minute discussion to co-design(!) the system according to what we needed. I can't recall many contractors or service providers in the past who approached their job with this level of intelligence, care, and by involving the customer at every step. I have never heard any other installer say what Clint said after his inspection: "I will probably install this system in my head like 30 times this week before we install it for real to find the best options." He must have done that, because the work they did was great. In general, communication with this company is superb and it reflects the use of 21st century technology (great website, automated and interactive text reminders/alerts for all visits, agents and techs available via cell or online, etc). Clint worked with Isaac and Jake for 2 days, practically non-stop (8 am to 6 pm on the first day and 8 am to about 1 pm the second day). They were always available to consult at each step of the way, show us what they were doing and why, discuss adjustments to the install plan due to emerging challenges and so on. They then cleaned up after themselves(!) which many contractors don't even bother to think about and walked us through the new system and its features, things to look out for, etc. I can highly recommend this company for your future heating and air conditioning needs. Yes, they may not give you the lowest estimate you can find, but if you need high quality service for your heating/cooling equipment that lasts (with potential long-term savings due to quality parts used and durability) and a good experience, this is the way.

When Aire Serv come to service my unit for Spring they found that my capacitor was damaged. They replaced it at a reasonable price then test everything to make sure it was all working correctly. When they removed the capacitor they showed me the old part and explained what the problem was. They checked in the attic to see if my unit was draining properly. They changed my filters and discarded them. Aire Serv employees are alway very friendly, truthful, punctual and professional. Aire Serv prices are very competitive and reasonable. Clint from Aire Serv was AH-mazing. We had our AC go out (in June because of course). My husband called a competitor (won’t name names but rhymes with Smair Smomfort Schmolutions). Their solution? Replace the whole thing. We told them we could not afford to do that because we had to shut down our bar during the pandemic so money was tight. Was there anything else they could do? Nope but they could get us a “good deal” on a new one. We just needed to meet with one of their sales rep and they would take care of us. BIG cup of nope for us. The great freeze of 2021 decided to freeze out our home furnace. I called Aire Serve and made an appointment to have it repaired. Due to the weather, it was going to be a couple days. I understood and we had alternatives. However, being a long time customer, I received a call later in the morning letting me know Tenisha would be arriving later this afternoon. As scheduled Tenisha arrived, in great spirits despite the weather, and quickly figured out the problem. She had our system up and running within no time. Here is the great thing about Aire Serv, not only do they fix the primary problem, if they encounter other concerns those are always addressed. This isn't a one time occurrence, the technicians do this every single time. In my book, this is service well beyond the call of duty and why I'm a long time Aire Serv customer.

Our heat stopped working and we called another big name company to fix it - you've all seen the commercials with the Heisman quarterback...they LEGIT quoted us $4,500 to replace the furnace or $2,700 to order new parts and fix it. A relative said we should get a second opinion and told us about Aire Serv. We gave them a call and they were out quick. They said though the furnace is old, none of the parts needed to be replace (not yet at least) and it definitely didn't require a full replacement. And when the time comes for that, they could do it for less than the other company. I'm not an expert, but the technician said something about a dirty sensor and a tube needing to be cleaned. And that was literally it - fixed! That $89 service call saved us thousands. Clint was the technician and he couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Will be happy to tell others about this company and use them for all our future heat and air needs. I knew that I wanted to have an Amana A/C & Furnace installed in our new home. Aire Serv of OKC is one of the few, well-known and well-loved dealer-installers for Amana in the OKC area. I had them come to our house and give us an estimate on install for a fully new system. Ended up getting a fantastic price for a top-of-the-line system that could fit in my home given my current setup (it isn't setup to allow for 95%+ efficiency furnaces to be installed without the extra work and labor needed [aka $$$]) but still got the best 80% furnace you can get along with a fantastic A/C unit (fully 2-stage, 18 SEER system overall). The 4 younger guys, I can't remember their names :(, were on time, professional, and walked me through once completed to show me the units and were able to answer all of my questions! They did a great job installing the systems and did it quicker than I was expecting. It was done fast BUT done right! The system is performing extremely well and will most likely last me for a couple decades at the least. I highly recommend giving Aire Serv of OKC a call even if you're just wanting to shop around for quotes and estimates especially if you want to look past the more consumer-known brands such as Lennox, Trane, Carrier, etc. Amana has a lifetime warranty on their exchangers and condensers and Aire Serv gives you a couple extra cherries on top of the Amana sundae by giving you a 10-year parts AND labor warranty! Give this place a call and give them a chance!

Andrew was the contractor that came out to look at my broken HVAC. He looked at the inside of the home and then the outside. He went next level by saying,I cannot give you a good idea of your replacement needs without looking at your ductwork. He could have sold me anything at that point! I had three other companies come for replacement estimates and he is the ONLY one that looked at the ductwork. I even offered going to look at it with another contractor and he said that it was not necessary. Clint and the install crew (so sorry I forgot your names, two guys and one lady) were amazing.
