Audie and Kevin were both pleasant workers and both did work in different areas. I had 2 toilets replaced and 1 toilet had the parts in the tank replaced. Then I had the system installed that manages the calcium etc. and controls it. It was a busy afternoon for them but they were always happy and very pleasant. If they saw me as they were working they always had a smile on their face and said something nice. I enjoyed having them in my home. They did an excellent job!

ACS replaced my heat and air system. Response was prompt by salesman and easy. Advised I wanted to see permit copy prior to start of work. Crew showed up without permit. Office staff were not able to send me anything to show proof of permit. Disappointing. Install crew was not familiar with the unit being installed and assistance was needed to program the control board. The crew seemed more anxious to move to the next job and didn’t feel they had time to install my provided smart thermostat. I called the business and they sent service tech Andrew who did a great job installing a smart thermostat! He was familiar with the task and completed it quickly and made sure the system was cooling before leaving. Thanks Andrew! The installation failed the first inspection for a vent stack problem. ACS was prompt resolving the issue. However, this necessitated me taking additional time off work to be present for the second city permit inspection. The second inspection passed and now I’m interested in seeing how much energy this new unit saves.

The technician called 30 minutes prior to his arrival and actually arrived within that time frame. He was polite and friendly. The technician was informative about what he was doing and why and answered all of our questions. He also reminded us about our upcoming appointments and how we could change things if needed. This was a great service call with a company that always seems to treat us with respect and dignity.

So happy we switched our annual maintenance plan to Air Comfort Solutions from another provider. Ray Durant was our tech today and he was so focused on getting us squared away. A permanent repair was not possible but he created a credible temporary repair and did a great job educating us on the system. He showed incredible customer service as well as high level critical thinking/problem solving. 10/10 recommend!

Over all my experience was very good. They were fast and on time. Our sales man Shawn was very nice and answered all of the questions I had. The next day they came out to install my new A/c and heated units. They were here early and had it done pretty fast considering what they had to work with. Jared was our technician and he was very nice and had a lot of information. We had our system installed on a Wednesday. On Friday our system would kick on but wouldn’t get to temperature. I called and they said they would call to set something up for someone to come out and look at it for me. I was very upset seeing that my system was only two days old. So Brittany calls to tell me they can’t have someone out until tomorrow. It was 6:00pm. I understand that appointments fill up but we just paid a lot of money for a new system that isn’t working correctly and it was getting hot in my house and I felt like I shouldn’t have to be hot after getting a new system. She was very rude and I did not appreciate the way she talked to me. She said she was doing me a one time courtesy and would have someone come out that night. I felt as if I shouldn’t even be calling them because my system was only two days old it should be working flawlessly. Either way Brian came out figured out the problem fast and had my system working 100% before he left. He made sure I felt comfortable with how things worked and answered any questions I had. Over all my experience has been very good. I just think there office staff needs to work on there customer service.

We called with an emergency on a Saturday, and it was taken care of within a few hours . The company has a good communication system set up where you will know where your plumber is, and when they will be there. Our plumber Brian was knowledgeable, respectful, and kept a good communication with us. He took care of the problem quickly. We will use Brian again without hesitation. Initial communication with the office staff for scheduling was easy, and she was pleasant. The price was fair for the emergency, and we appreciate the quick response.

I would like to start by saying you get what you pay for remains a true statement. Yes, you can always find someone to do a job cheaper, but in doing so, you normally sacrifice quality and professionalism. ACS has a great warranty, good quality and great service. Audie Sullivan was my Tech. and he and his crew were very professional and paid attention to detail. They went above and beyond. I inspect plumbing and mechanical jobs for a living and I can say I was very pleased with the work done in my home.

When i need to have my Ac Unit checked out i called Air Comfort solution. They came out in a timely manner to check it out. My unit did need to be replaced and they showed me everything to make sure i understood what was going on. Then within the 1hr had the sales man come and show me a few options i could go with. once i made the decision with the next 1 somone was here to put the new one it. They did a great job installing everything then went over everything with me when done. Every i dealt with was amazing. Again they all did a great job.

This company was AMAZING starting with the first phone call. The phone dispatcher was thorough in getting all the information and special instructions from us. We received a phone call and a text letting us know who was on the way and when, along with his photo. The tech arrived well before the estimated time. He was on time, had a great attitude, and listened to our concerns. He addressed only the problem we were having and didn't try to upsell us for something we didn't need. We could not have asked for a better, more efficient or timely experience! We will absolutely use them for any future needs. Side note.. I don't usually leave reviews but this business was definitely worthy!

Was scheduled for a heating system check up. Was contacted by tech as promised and he arrived shortly after. Got right work and once my check up was complete we discussed my thoughts about the unit including adding a cold air return and replacing some supply runs. Found a leak under my house that I’m sure they will handle with as much care as the first part of the repair job. Speedy service and very professional knowledgeable technician thank you guys for taking care of us! Update: within 12 hours my toilet had the same problem. We have been trying since the day after the appointment to get the technician back out. My landlord has placed several calls as well as I have today is the second missed appointment and we are still waiting now I’m scheduled for repair next Tuesday. This will mark 2 weeks and a new toilet later that it is still not correct. I am not changing my rating yet because I will post another update when/if the problem is resolved. Right now it’s all very disappointing but I’m trying to remain cool about it as I understand we have holidays right now but this is reaching a point of being ridiculous. Hopefully the technician makes it out Tuesday and rectifies this issue.

Robert was very professional and prompt. He was considerate of our newborn and minimized the interruptions in our day to day to accommodate the craziness of being new parents, all the while providing quality service. He and Jared replaced some gas piping for us and capped an old line no longer in use. Obviously this is a sensitive job with safety on the line. I was quoted on Thursday and service was performed the very next day. I am sure the quality of the work with withstand the test of time. I had a water leak that had causing some damage for some time in my kitchen which resulted in needing to have sink and garbage disposal as well as replaced pipe to resolve the issue and ran a snake to clear any clogs in the line. The plumber did an excellent job of explaining issues caused by leak, included pictures to show damage, and explaining how new faucet would work. I'm an older woman and I have a hard time hearing and understanding things, but Dane did a wonderful job in assisting me with my repeated questions. Thank you, Dane!

Our old thin copper water line running to our humidifier in the attic (installed 6-7 years ago) started to leak right above our water heater over the weekend. Robert Hall came out that Monday to look at it and get it all fixed it up. He had to run a new water line and remove the old school copper line. Also installed a proper water valve (so glad for this). Humidifier also had some serious hard water build up that Jimmy Nelson hopped on to figure out for us afterwards. Super glad to have the leak fixed and the humidifier working! Very pleased again with ACS. 👍

The guy did great. No problems. My only complaint is I don’t like having to pay $18 a month for a service I can pay for in full when the work is complete. This is not the service guys fault. Air comfort has to change this or I will have to look for another company. It’s too bad because I really value air comfort solutions services

Minor repair on furnace tubing. First time anyone has checked for carbon monoxide with furnace on and checked the CO alarm/batteries. Also determined that air filters were fairly new and did not yet need replaced, but left new ones which he brought. Chase was personable and listened to my concerns about thermostat, and gave assurances that it is working well. An excellent service agent.

I was so nervous when I found out I had to replace my whole HVAC system. It's to easy to get ripped off especially in the summer when you know these people are exhausted and so so busy. I had 4 different companies come out and give me estimates. Air Comfort Solutions was not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. But they were the ONLY ones that had so many options. An outdoor GFI outlet needed to be replaced. Jason installed a bubble cover with holes at the bottom for the cord. The biggest repair needed was the outlet for the dishwasher & garbage disposal underneath the sink. The leaking faucet was right above the outlet & totally destroyed it. He replaced the outlet & put a bubble cover over it! The leaking problem has been fixed but won’t destroy this outlet.

This spring I decided to save a few bucks and had Gordon’s Heat and Air come do my AC checkup. They said I had a Freon leak in my coil and pressed hard to get me to buy a $17,000 unit. They showed up at 9 am and didn’t leave until 1pm when I finally said I’d have to sleep on it. Then I called Air Comfort Solutions and actually got to speak with Jason White. He sent Gary out the next day. He was very professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Gary found no leak in the coil, but did find a suspicious leak at a loose Freon fill valve. He repaired it and filled my system with Freon for no charge. Due to the situation, Air Comfort Solutions ate the cost of my 2 pounds of Freon (thank you Jason). I am once again signed up with them for my heat and air maintenance.

We just purchased this home and I called originally because we had a leak on an outside faucet. He was here early in the morning and fixed it very quickly. He then let me k ow that part of their service is to walk around and do a quick inspection of all of our plumbing. He found that one of our sinks upstairs leaked when the water was running. The faucet was a pain to remove (likely installed 50 yrs ago), he tried to fix the internal parts and even went as far to take to a local plumbing parts store to find suitable replacements. Unfortunately he was unable but he did replace the entire faucet with one that is from this century :). Overall I’m very happy with his service, he even apologized to us several times for how long it took, but we were happy to just get the system working properly. I could recommend him more to anyone because he’ll work his eat to ensure when he leaves your home your in good working order and his work area is cleaner than when he arrived.

They told me a tech would be out between 8a and 4p. An 8 hour window to stand by in a hot house is crazy, not to mention I had to cancel a Dr's appointment at 1p when the tech showed up at 3-330p. I have had Air Comfort Solutions come out to my house three times for plumbing. The first time was for a leak to be repaired. Gary fixed the problem and I haven't had a leak since then! The other two times were for a clog. Taylor was very informative when he was there for the first one, took photos to show me some plumbing that may cause problems in the future and gave me a rough estimate on what it would cost to fix. Unfortunately, a month later I had another clog. Seth and Brian came out to clear the clog again, they worked very quickly and got my water draining and were able to answer more of my questions about the plumbing that needs to be updated. I asked for the formal estimate and I'm pretty sure I still only got the ball park estimate with nothing written down. Overall I have been fairly happy with the work that has been done and with all the technicians that have come out so far, but I have not received any receipts for my payments, so I can't review them for what was done or see a breakdown of the cost. My last appointment was supposed to have the service charge waived, but I don't think they did that. An emailed receipt would have been great since everything else was done through email.

The AC unit they installed works great. However, the person that installed the thermostat did not set it up properly and i had to look up installer manuals to unlock it so I could actually program the thing. Edit: 9 months after installation i had to call them back out for issues that turned out to be unrelated to the unit. However, in the process it was discovered that a splash guard was not installed and it should have come with the system. I've updated my review to 4 stars because this tech did a great job and seemed to be trustworthy, but I am still not impressed with the original instalation and the lack of professionalism at that time.

We scouted a number of services in the metro and ended up going with ACS to install a new AC system as our old one was failing. Their prices were competitive, but their hardware, time table and warranty support were the best. Cale was very straight forward and to the point in our inspection/estimate and we were able to get the job started very quickly. The winter storm interrupted the project, but without that, their speed and quality of work was impressive. Very happy with the new system. Our home now has an even climate throughout and the air quality is great.

Drain was blocked for AC- effecting our ability to use AC, Aaron Wilson accurately diagnosed and diligently repaired the issue! It was stubborn, but he was detail oriented and followed through options until it was completely resolved. He demonstrated the difference in functionality and tested it for 15 min to ensure completion of work. I greatly appreciated the final test as we have had other companies who attempted to resolve this issue, told us it was repaired and left it untested, we discovered it was not. Aarons good nature and diligence will allow us to sleep comfortably knowing water dammage isn't creating mold & weaking our houses structure- the price was much lower than expected or charged by prior attempts. Air Comfort is honest! Money value is hard to find these days, and important!
