Ed was so accommodating. I was so anxious about a smell I had at home. I thought it came from air conditioner. I asked if he could come over right away to put me at ease about the smell. He could d the source of the smell. It came from the garage. He also gave such a good price. He came two days later to do the work. He was on time and showed what he was doing every step of the way. I highly recommend him.

My AC died out the blue with the heat at 94 degrees!! I went on google to find a repair service and clicked on Platinum Heating & Cooling. Andrew answered and couldn't have been more helpful and kind! He said the schedule was full, however, he said he would come that evening!! He showed at 9 p.m and fixed it!!! So happy!! He had another appointment in Jersey City!! Andrew and his brother were great and competent! They quickly diagnosed the issue and they saved the day/night! I would strongly recommend this company! The price was right too!!! They get a big fat 10!

Words cannot express how pleased I am with this company and its employees! He has been doing a huge job for 4 weeks now, and I must say that I have not had a single day of disappointment. EVERY DAY ALL THREE are kind, polite, respectful, helpful and pleasant. They always smile and NEVER complain, even though they worked at a temperature of 90-100 degrees with strong humidity mixed with days of torrential rain. Not only will I use them again and again, but I will use them and recommend them to everyone I know! You can't go wrong with this amazing team!

Back story, I was literally struggling getting a firm answer as to why my HVAC system wasn’t working correctly and blowing hot air. I had several hvac companies come in with feedback ranging from your system is fine to your system is underpowered for your home. Obviously none of those answers were sufficient nor was anything explained to me. My last effort before pulling the trigger on a full system replacement was calling Platinum Heating and Cooling and saying that was the best call I ever made would be an understatement. They were able to fully diagnose my system and advise of the exact problem within 20 mins of arriving. Clearly laid out the remediation steps and also tips for keeping the system running efficiently. When they left my system , no exaggeration was blowing 53 degrees and running better than ever. Do not hesitate to call this company for your HVAC needs, you will not be disappointed. There have been problems with the heating system in my house for a couple of years. Any other company would have taken a quick look, said they couldn't help, and left. It took the platinum people HOURS to figure out the problem. They were very nice and knowledgeable people. I highly recommend it!
