Jackson’s is the best. There team are so professional, punctual and well trained in any line of work you required. My spouse just got his boiler fix two weeks ago and they did a fantastic job. They even when and get the parts that was needed and came back the same day and fix it. They are very reasonable too. I would highly recommend this company to anyone at anytime.

When we had issues with hot water heater we did an online search for contractors to help. Jackson was our third phone call and the only contractor who made time to help. He was at our house within two hours of our call. Jackson is extremely professional and really delivers on customer satisfaction which was so very refreshing. We are so happy with his service, we shared his contact info with our closest friends. Should we ever need similar services in the future, Jackson will be our very first, and most likely our only, call.

I was referred to Mr. Jackson by a friend I trust and I see why now. The gentlemen arrived on time and were very professional. I explained what the previous evaluation was and why I thought it was off the mark. Mr. Jackson and Justin diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Excellent service provided! Jackson Contracting arrived on-time and gave us a full overview of everything that required repair. They installed a new boiler, thermostat, new hot water heater and over 50ft of piping that needed to be replaced in our basement. Cost was more than reasonable for the quality of services we received. We suffered a lot of damage from storm Ida, plus other past storms. I highly recommend them and have plans for them to return to our home for additional repairs. Thanks to Jackson Contracting we have heat and will make it through the winter! Jackson's Contracting and HVAC exhibits the epitome of professionalism, efficiency, honesty, and kindness. My boiler stopped working after it broke down and flooded the basement. After contacting a previous plumbing service, we decided to call Jackson's Contracting and HVAC for a second opinion. When my husband called a kind and professional woman took our call. She explained that although the business was closed the next day, on Christmas Eve, they would make an exception to help us. They understood our concern of a broken boiler in freezing 30-degree winter weather with small children. Shortly after the initial call, we received a call back from Mr. Jackson requesting that we provide a few pictures of our antiquated boiler to determine the cause of the issue via text. He assessed the issue and showed up today, as scheduled. Mr. Jackson went to work straight away and repaired our boiler. The previous plumbing company told us that we needed a new boiler and said that it was impossible to repair due to substantial corrosion. Mr. Jackson possesses extensive experience in repairing older boilers like mine and recommended repair over replacement. The quality of his work is top tier and we appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Jackson's Contracting and HVAC has gained a client and we will never use another plumbing company again. We really appreciate the kindness and professionalism during this holiday season!

Our experience with Jackson’s has exceeded our expectations. We had had them come out because our system was going to need replacement soon since it was leaking and having issues staying on. We wanted to upgrade our system to have AC and they created a plan on how to execute it since we were limited on height and out ductwork needed to be modified to fit an AC unit on top. Fast forward a few days after and our system actually stopped working before we could set a date for them to come out to do the work. They were able to come out less than a week from notice and get our new system installed in one day. The workers were nice,respectful,knowledgeable,and passionate about their work. You can tell there is a gold standard when it comes to their work because they made sure to walk us through the finished product and ensure we were happy with everything. Their pricing is fair and has been the best out of all the people we had come out to look at our system. We are extremely happy with our new system and will always recommend them to our friends and family!

We had a leak by HVAC system in the basement and notice the central air was not blowing cold air. Mr. Jackson was able to figure out the problem with in 10 minutes and explained to me exactly what was wrong and how he was going to fix the problem . 2 week later the air is still blowing ice cold air and no leaks in the basement!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Jackson's is a professional, reliable and thorough company. I scheduled my appt with Tracey and got a call a few hours before my appt to verify what my issue was. I had a 1-2pm appt window and someone arrived promptly at 1:30. He (Ibn Jackson) checked my HVAC unit & thermostat, walked me through what the potential issues could be and within an hour and a 1/2, my vents were no longer blowing cool air. Reasonable pricing for amazing service. I wanted my vents cleaned too but they don't offer that service (YET). I'm so glad I found them through the BONJ group on FB and highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services!

Scheduled an initial appointment to assess the problem, which he did and then scheduled a subsequent appoint for the required repairs. Mr. Jackson and his assistant were very thorough and knowledgeable about the system itself. They kept the appointments and even called the next day as a follow-up which I really appreciated. Needed to service my HVAC unit (basic maintenance and cleaning)..... who knew that you were supposed to service this thing twice a year...definitely not me 🤷🏾‍♀️. The service and professionalism provided by Ibn Jackson was great. He explained everything to me and took time to answer all the questions that I had. The charge was very reasonable. I had did a little research on the cost for this service to ensure I wasn’t going to be overcharged...and his rate was lower than what I saw with other companies performing the same services. I’m supposed to receive a report in a few days detailing everything all of the services rendered. I would definitely recommend his services to others. My boiler went on me after Christmas and before the New Year. So I went without heat for 1 week while contacting other companies for free written estimates. A friend referred me to Jackson's HVAC and he was able to come out the next day to replace my boiler and get my heat working properly again and all at a reasonable price that I could afford. They were very professional and I would definitely be recommending them to friends and family as well as using his services again myself.

Ibn and his wife are amazing!! Prompt, professional, reasonable, and skilled!! I found Jackson Contracting on a facebook page and requested a consult through the website. I had a faucet in my house that needed to be replaced because it was very hard to turn due to hard water build up and corrosion. I was contacted and scheduled promptly. I was so pleased with the service that I then requested 2 faucet replacements at a condo I rent. I asked if he could get the faucets and he did and I was pleased again. In the midst of this, I was experiencing AC issues and NJR Home Services, with which I have an annual service contract, had been out 6 times this year!!!! I also had 2 other companies out. All had made a variety of “repairs” yet and still my AC failed and my unit was leaking water onto the attic floor that was coming through the smoke detector on our master bedroom!! Needless to say, I was beyond aggravated! Also, the motor in our attic fan had died and determined there was a crack in the interior drip pan in the unit. NJR said it wasnt included in the service contract so there was an exorbitant charge to repair it. They also wouldn’t fix the fan motor. Ibn came and fix everything, determined that the motherboard had failed and ordered it as he couldn’t find it on the ground. He returned a few days later to replace it only to find that it was too large. But he refused to leave us without AC, so he figured out how to make it work until the correct one arrived. He has since been back and put in the correct one and our AC, which has failed repeatedly every summer of the 5 years we have been here is working like never before!!!! I am astounded and so happy!! I will recommend Ibn to everyone I know and will use him for every AC and plumbing job I have!! I already have at least 2 more jobs in mind for him!! He is going to get tired of seeing our faces!! Don’t hesitate to schedule your appointment with him if you are reading this!!

I reached out to this business to find out if he would repair the copper water line connected to my refrigerator for making ice and filtering water. When I explained to him what was happening he assured me that he could take care of the problem. He not only took care of my problem but was able to come sooner than he had thought he could and the problem was solved in a very few minutes. I highly recommend this business because, to him, no job is too small nor too big. He takes pride in what he does and customer satisfaction is what you as a customer will receive for any work he does for you.

On Saturday 06/29/19, Mr.Ibn Jackson traveled to Paterson to check my central air conditioning system that has not been working for over 5 years. In the past, I have had other contractors come to look at the unit in a rush and none could find what was wrong. Ibn was very positive he would find the problem, he took his time checking the entire system exterior as well as interior and soft spokenly explained to me what the problem was! Outstanding customer service and reasonably priced!! Ibn fixed my central air conditioning system so well, all who visited me over the summer, complemented on how good the cooling system felt in my entire home!! My old enerjet boiler was hitting 30 years when the burners began acting up. I was told that Crosstown Plumbing Supply would have the burners, but when I got there they were all sold old... Nevertheless, they provided me with the contact information for Jackson's Contracting and HVAC. The rest is history. I had a new boiler installed at a reasonable price. Jackson will hook you up...

Ibn was a lifesaver!!! I had an electrician over on Friday, July 17, 2020 to install the Ecobee Smart Thermostat with Voice Control. On Saturday, the thermostat was no longer communicating with the AC unit, mind you it’s a heat wave going on. The electrician came back on Sunday, July 19, 2020 to fix the issue (so I thought), and drops the bomb that one of the wires that is supposed to be hooked up to the thermostat from Ecobee’s PEK was not hooked up because there was no place to put it. Contacted Ecobee support, and they attempted to help. What they instructed us to do worked until sometime after 12pm today (Monday, July 20, 2020). In reviewing the app from my phone, I was able to see the thermostat was not connected to WiFi. As I suspected, there was no power going to the Ecobee. I found Jackson’s Contracting and HVAC on the Black Owned New Jersey Facebook group. I contacted Ibn on my way home from NYC and he was able to stop by and fix the issue. I sure wish I would have contacted Ibn when I first got the Ecobee thermostat. Thank you again Ibn for all your help!

I met Iban’s wife at work she told me the work her husband does so the valve and pipe from my furnace was leaking water, my pipes were clanking real loud and hard and my radiators were hissing and it was on a Sunday, I called him and he came right away new what the problem was and fixed it, giving me and my family a peaceful piece of mind 😊. Again something went wrong where water was dripping really bad into my basement called him again in the evening and yet again he came right away and fixed the problem.
