Wow what great service! I was very pleased with the work that was done on our boiler. The entire first floor was not working and Joe determined and fixed the problem in 3 hours. He explained everything to me and what he was doing. The heat works well now. What I was most impressed with was how this company cares about your safety and comfort and providing excellent service. They are very responsive. I would highly recommend them.

My toilet was not flushing properly, and I needed someone to come as soon as possible to remedy the issues. I found them on Google, and I was pleasantly surprised to get a response saying they could come in a few hours. Their serviceman was able to identify repair the problem in 25 minutes or less and I couldn't have been happier with the level of service I received!

Our central air conditioner sprung a leak, and it was bad. I contacted a few companies, but they were either busy or served commercial buildings. Eco Plumbing understood my situation and sent one of their technicians who was finishing up a job nearby. He fixed the leak and the unit is working great since. These guys are responsive, well-mannered, and efficient. I recommend this company.

There was a leak in our HVAC system and I started calling around to get a reasonable quote. Most of the contractors were swamped and weren't interested in new work. Thanks to Eco for fitting us in their busy schedule. The technician quickly found out that the condensate drain line was clogged. It didn't take him long to fix the problem. Very professional and highly efficient. Would love to call them again if needed.

Found out my water heater was leaking...potential to flood the 3 family building in which I own my condo....I was at work with so much to do but had to pop this to the top. Looked on Google, saw good reviews. Called Eco Plumbing and they sent a Tech to my home. He was really wonderful and calming to me in my frenzied state. He met me at my home on time. Checked out the situation, provided a quote and time frame which the job would be accomplished. The tech was a focused guy who got to work and installed my new water heater. He was thoughtful (told me when he needed to turn off the main valve, took his shoes off in my house, asked me to pull the white shower curtain back because his hands were dirty). I appreciated all of this! Price was fair too because a friend had the same issue this past weekend and paid "weekend prices" (according to her plumber) which was DOUBLE the price I paid so all in all...I am happy.

They replaced my gas water heater because it was leaking. Their servicemen arrived exactly on time (not obvious with plumbers). They did a great job with replacing it and answered all of my questions with patience. The price was very reasonable which is very important when you have an emergency plumbing issue. I'd definitely hire them again if needed in the future.

Highly recommended! These guys repaired our ac on a very hot day. They came in fully equipped, didn't care about how hot it was inside, and fixed the ac after a thorough diagnosis. Didn't litter the place, and cleaned up any mess created during the repair. Splendid work.

In addition that one of my bathrooms had a single handle bathtub faucet leak; I was also searching for a new plumber. I'm always doing home improvement & search for good contractors. I text called a number of contractors. Each handed me a minimum & a maximum amount or they wanted to come over for free estimate. Only a plumber from this company responded with an exact diagnosis, pinpointed the part needed & how much it costs! I asked them to schedule me. Their plumber showed up on the dot & he fixed the problem rapidly. He quickly replaced the cartridge & he did not have to replace the valve. No digging & cutting tiles was needed. No beating around the bush, no wasting of his or my time, simple & brief, fast work & good service.

I had them come out to inspect and repair a leak that appeared to be coming from inside the walls in the hall bathroom. Upon a more in depth inspection the leaking was determined to be cause by not having silicon sealing the vanity at the wall and when in use water was running down the back of the vanity. Needless to say I was very happy with this outcome. A less professional and honest plumber would have just charged me to cut through the walls and I wouldn't have known the difference. I would highly recommend this company of honest and knowledgeable workers. Thank you!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Old water heater started leaking. They came out on the same day to take a look. Installed a tank-less water heater the next day. No pushy sales tactics. Just recommended what was needed. The quality of the work was exceptional. Took extra care and precaution with pipes and insulation. Very much worth the price. No more big ugly water tank. The water gets heated only when you need it. Much more energy efficient, saving money on energy bills. Yucky rusty water was flushed out after the old tank was removed. No more water sitting in a tank.

Our air conditioner went out on a hot Friday night. I searched Google for air conditioner repair in my neighborhood & came across Eco Plumbing. I saw that they got excellent reviews, and decided to give them a call. I didn't expect anyone to answer on a late Friday night, before a weekend, but someone answered right away, & said they would be over in 45 minutes. I was shocked. I thought I would have to leave a message and wait until Monday. A half hour later, our savior Moe arrived. He saw that our pipes were frozen and said that we would need freon. I was afraid that we would need a whole new unit since it is about 17 years old. At first Moe said that we would have to wait for the ice to melt over night, but he was able to melt it right away and apply the freon right away. Within a few minutes of applying the freon the air started coming out of our vents again. Moe was a real lifesaver. I highly recommend Eco Plumbing.

They took the time to explain to me what I should do to help eliminate the problem in the future. Great experience!!! Me and my mom live in Rutherford and our heat was not working. They came in right away and fixed the problem. Our house was freezing and by the time they left we already felt the house getting warmer!
