Catlin did a wonderful job fixing our gas line for our stove! He was friendly and very informative, and was more than happy to walk me through any extra steps I needed to take to properly use my new stove. When we bought the house, the gas shutoff valve was in the basment, and we needed it in the kitchen. Catlin worked quickly and efficiently and was done within the hour. Our stove is finally ready to make an excellent dinner tonight!

The serviceman even installed a new toilet seat for my potty training daughter when he did not have to. This gentleman was simply excellent and was highly professional.

My upstairs has never been as cool as downstairs in 38 years until Falso installed my new A/C and Furnace. Cori and James were excellent installers and totally professional, very impressed with their work. Also had Tankless Hot water installed by Sam. He was alone and needed help and did a good job with very lengthy install. Not too impressed with General Manager telling me that someone was going to finish a few small items the next day and I had to call several days later and they sent a very surly young man that thought he was doing me a favor and had no idea of customer relations. When I asked him if he had an estimate on how long this little job was going to take (3 hours into his stay) - his reply was "it'll be fixed when it's fixed" - I was expecting a better answer of "I am having difficulty and should be done in 45 minutes. Cori - James - Sam - and sales team of Rhonda and Travis get five stars. The other tech would be at best a three so thus a four star rating.

I used Falso for plumbing and for furnace maintenance on a couple occasions. They are always kind, professional, knowledgeable, fast, and on top of what needs to be done. I needed a new garbage disposal and he didn't have one in the truck - ran to the office, was back in 20 minutes, and the whole job done in less than 2 hours. Always super friendly, and very communicative - easy scheduling too!

Nick and Tim arrived early, in bad weather, were courteous, professional and skilled. They replaced the ignition on my boiler, suggested other ways to improve my system and cleaned up when everything was done. All with smiles on their faces. They are a great team and when I have more work done (and I will) I will be calling Falso. The problem was initially identified by Derek and two other technicians whose names I do not remember. They were great as was Dotsy (sp?) And Virginia on the phone. Falso hires great people that do great work. I highly recommend.

Falso is the best in all heating/plumbing issues in this area. I bought a very old house that required a completely new heating system as well as hot water heater. Despite many challenges due to my 98 yr old house, the technicians patched together pipes, did extremely detailed work, and worked close to a 12 hr day to do all this for us. My very experienced master plumber was Corey, who was simply amazing, & together with his assistant plumber/ HVAC Dominick,( also great) showed wonderful skill, endurance and professionalism like I have never seen before , although I have owned several past old houses in upstate New York, and have worked with other Master Plumbers. I can’t thank them enough, nor say enough about their skill & level of professional experience. Falso is #1 in my book in this area. You could not do better.

The initial objective I had was to add a humidifier to my HVAC system. I had the residents built nearly 19 years ago, so I did not initially consider replacing the furnace at the same time. In the hot Covid-19 environment of 2020 my home air conditioning unit was not repairable. I had Falso replace it with the Lennox AC unit and updates to the connection within the home. That summer was so hot! Thankfully, that update worked extremely well. This year I looked only to have the humidifier to the existing furnace. The inspector gave me a quote on adding humidifier to a brand new furnace followed with a complete ductwork vacuum/cleanse. I accepted the offer and have been very happy with the decisions. I am happy with the products and quality of the folks involved in the labor. Talented nice young men.

I have been using Falso Service Experts for many years and we have never had an issue with their service. Today they went above and beyond with their front office staff and Catlin who came during our plumbing emergency and helped us. He was calm, cool and collected. Catlin also repaired the “leak” and advised us throughout his work. A sincere thanks to Catlin, his partner, and office staff. We’re glad to stick with Falso Service Experts!

Niko was on time, professional, and friendly. He arrived got straight to work and let me know what was going on every step of the way. Niko also let me know that a collogue would be stopping by to get readings and made sure that was ok. I had a few questions about the system and the surrounding space, Niko answered all of my questions and was very professional while doing so. Charles arrived introduced himself and got straight to work. He looked at my system and made one recommendations to me. He did not push the recommendation, but gave me the pros and cons of adding the humidifier to my system. I said I wanted to discuss it with my wife and he was very supportive and gave me his card incase I decided to go though with the addition. I was supposed to have my Tankless water heater also maintained today and asked if someone else would be coming. Niko immediately made a phone call and found out he was supposed to do the water heater also and got straight to work. All told I am very satisficed with how this years maintenance was performed and would like to say that every Falso servicing I have experience has be excellent. Niko and Charles did outstanding work and deserve to be recognized for their performance.

Due to the weather my pipes froze and burst. I called Falso because I have used them in the past and they do good work. Bill came in and assessed the situation he suggested that we update the water lines to pex to resolve the issue for good. I cannot say enough about how good of a job Bill did and how experienced he is! He had me up and running by noon and now my water pressure is excellent! If you need an experienced plumber I'd highly recommend Bill he is your guy! Dottie at Falso is also great she always called me and kept in the loop as far as scheduling.

Falso was the only company to get back to us in a timely fashion when our furnace died on us. When I say timely, I mean within an hour they returned our call. Our furnace broke down at night in late December of 2021. It was after regular hours. They showed up that night to look at our furnace. Only charged us $99 for the service call. Other "companies" answering services told us it would be $200-$300 just to come out after hours as an "emergency" call. The other "companies" also said they'd have some get back to us within 24-48hrs. Well, that wasn't going to work for us. It was 20° out and no heat? So, Falso figured out the problems with our unit and discussed our options with us. We decided on a new furnace/ac system as our units were almost 30 years old. Falso showed up the NEXT morning! Spent 12 hours straight taking out our old units and installing the new ones. They even hauled away the old units! They did a great job and cleaned up as if they were never there! So, I will tell you, I am very impressed with Falso. I would recommend them to anyone needing new furnace/ac or just service work! Thank you Rhonda for your quick response and professionalism!

Purchased a new hot water tank from them. After a month the tank had an unexpected gas issue. They gave a 2 hour window to have someone come out and look at it. Their plumber was here before the time scheduled and had the gas line replaced and hot water running within the 2 hour window. Excellent service call, would recommend them. Update from a previous review: after some miscommunication on a diagnostic visit, all of our concerns were addressed and resolved in an extremely timely and efficient manner. During severe rains we had a sump pump failure. Was able to book same day service and Catlin repaired our sump issue. He was extremely professional and performed a quality job under less than wonderful circumstances in a basement corner with a very deep sump. We came home from Thanksgiving Vacation and for some reason my husband installed our new gas detectors as soon as we got home(he still had his coat on!) When we opened the basement door it was filled with a odd odor. As soon as the alarm was activated it had a high gas reading and was flashing gas! We tried the upstairs detector and it too went crazy. Long story short, basement was filled with carbon monoxide!!! We called Falso Heating, they responded within a half in hour!!! Alexander and Raymond came in, assessed the situation, cleaned out the inside of our very old boiler and restored the gas to an acceptable level. They were very thorough and patient with this process. I am confident all is well with the furnace and can sleep soundly at night! We highly recommend this company and we will use them in the future.

Service rep and tech were very professional and provided good advice regarding options to replace aging HVAC equipment. A Post- appointment phone call with the service rep cleared up technical questions regarding carbon monoxide test location and other items noted on the report. Rep agreed to prove estimated costs for two options to replace the HVAC equipment currently in place. Homeowner would prefer an actual appointment time that could be met w/in a 15 minute window as opposed to what became a 2hr “window”.

Bill and Justin arrived on time to assess concerns about a gas leak in the home. They arrived on time and were helpful from the start. Although they could not fix the issue that day as I hoped (did not have proper equipment on them), they returned 2-days later to get the job done. Bill went above and beyond to communicate details of the job as I was not in state at the time, as well as fixed an item free of charge, as it he said “it was the right thing to do”. Bill and Justin made quick work of identifying location of gas leaks with a pressure test and fixed all successfully!!… Grateful customer. Highly recommend.

He was very thoughtful about not just replacing our sump pump but providing a better solution that was quieter and cycled less frequently, and, installed a better quality backflow check valve. On the hottest day of August, we came home to a broken AC and indoor temps in the 80s. We called Falso because their sticker was on the unit (we’re new in town and had no idea who to call!). The technician was very nice. He arrived late but there was heavy rain fall and flooding in my area. Sorry I do not remember his name. The saleman Nick was nice. However he only offered Lennox brand furnaces. He gave me 3 different quotes. The quotes were high in price. I had to go with a Carrier furnace from another HVAC company in my area. Falso plumber did install a hot water heater. Justin the plumber was a pleasant man. He installed it quickly and answered all of my questions. Thank you...

Changing service company to Falso was a good decision. Steve and Ethan performed the most comprehensive inspection. Steve explained in detail what had to be done in a clear and concise way. They both were courteous and efficient. Very happy to have a service contract with Falso.

UPDATE 5/7/20: I had a follow up call and I spoke with Paul about my review and recent service experience. We discussed the service And my concerns, he listened and offered some ideas. It was a good conversation and I felt he listened and cares about the work his techs preform. He also did not try to sway me to change my review, he did thank me for it. PAST REVIEW: Being new to the area we went with Falso because we saw a lot of positive reviews and a neighbor uses them. To be honest we have had two experiences with them. The first a sump pump that the tech installed crooked and not level. I had to call and they sent a master plumber and a tech out the next day to fix it correctly. Which they did a very good job. The second was an AC service 4/27. I got a call they were running late By an hour and the tech would be there soon. The tech arrived and switched the thermostat From heat to cool. He didn’t realize there’s a delay and AC did fire right up. He automatically said it was bad and called a sales rep to quote a new unit. As he was in his van I told him the unit was in fact running. So he did the service/cleaning on it and he was very polite and checked it all over and said it looked good. And to be honest the AC quote was almost twice the competitor price for a new replacement So you can see in a month we’ve had two somewhat rocky experiences with them, so I will give them 3 stars. Not sure if we will continue with them or not. I will say the Customer Service people were great to deal with. This is just my review from out April 2020 services preformed by them.

Thursday early morning, 4:00 AM, I noticed a leak on floor of furnace room. Was not sure if leak was from air conditioner or humidifier. I have a service contract with Falso Service Experts. I called Falso and was put on the Thursday schedule. I received a call at 7:30 AM and a technician, whose name is Travis, was at my home at 8:30. Travis is an excellent technician, very competent, very knowledgeable. The problem was with the humidifier and he explained the problem and the best way to fix the problem. As you can imagine, I was so relieved to have a technician at my home so promptly as the leak could have caused a lot of damage. I have been a Falso customer for at least 25 years and have been extremely pleased with wonderful service I have received from the Falso Service Experts staff and technicians.

Tuesday 6/21/22 routine maintenance service was performed on our Lennox furnace and a/c unit by Travis who arrived within the scheduled appt time, introduced himself, (friendly, humorous and professional). He did not waste a moment prepping the units located inside and outside. Travis was joined by Brandon who looked at the condition of both units advising me of replacement options for the 18 year old a/c unit. When I asked, Brandon shared information on his background and how it led to his current position in the company. Today the units were cleaned, checked for function, performance and efficiency. Travis found a damaged exhaust pipe and arranged to replace the parts the same day. He informed me of the cost before the repair was performed. The technician was polite, knowledgeable and professional. She identified the problem quickly and replaced the defective part. She also repaired by splicing, two wires that showed animal biting wear signs and probably would have become a future issue. My only complaint is the price charged for the new part....over 10 times the cost if I bought it online myself. The breakdown; $99 for the service call, $78 “fault” check with meter, and the big one...$247 for the faulty part, a contractor. Online prices for a new contactor were between $17 and $30. The tech spent approximately 45 minutes on the call. A more reasonable charge for the entire job would have been in the ball park of $325 - $350.

It was 4th of July weekend and our home's central air wasn't blowing any cold air. I called Falso late Sunday afternoon and got a tentative appointment for Monday morning. About 7:30 Monday morning I received a call back confirming the appointment. The Falso team showed up exactly within the window they said, diagnosed my AC's problem, procured a replacement part, and I had functional AC by lunch time. My first interaction with this company was calling their office here into which they have the most fantastic representative answering and directing your call. I'm speaking about you Dotsie. Aside from being extremely professional she is so down to earth that you just feel incredibly comfortable. My normal service technician is Nicole. For all of my service calls I tell them *make sure* it is Nicole you send. No question. She and I were discussing the last time that she was here on the age of our furnace and AC unit, that truthfully I just cross my fingers and hope it lasts. She suggested to have Falso's new salesman Nathan come and speak with me while she was working down stairs so that if I felt uncomfortable or was getting confused. Which happens. Too often. She would tell him what the house needed. Nathan was kind, patient and so considerate to make sure that we could afford to go ahead and upgrade the over 20 year old system. So at least I do not have to be terrified of the possibility of having to make an emergency call of oops it died. It's taken care of. Now anyone that you deal with at Falso in my experience are pretty darn awesome. I was so lucky that they sent John and Sean to my house to do the installation of the new system. It is practically unheard of that when a contractor of any sort comes into your home, when they are finished everything is immaculate. I tried to sweep in the basement while John was finishing up . And I still laugh when ever I think of it because he told me... "No. That's my job. We clean up after ourselves." I don't know where Service Experts / Falso's finds the people that work for them, but they are an absolute pleasure to do business with.

My furnace quit late one afternoon, and Falso offered to come out that night to work on it. I told them to wait 'til morning, and the service man showed up very promptly and found that I had a dangerous carbon monoxide level coming from the output pipe (thankfully not inside the house). He had to shut off the furnace for safety reasons, but the sales rep appeared soon after and did a thorough job of explaining my choices. I ended up purchasing a new furnace which was installed the next day. The installer went out of his way to ensure my comfort, even correcting a small problem with the existing gas line to my fireplace so I could use the fireplace for heat. He stayed well into the evening finishing the job, and was very competent, professional and courteous. we havehad falso for the past 15 years and have never had anything but a positive experience with any of their technicians. this past Mo (21 may) Dan D arrived promptly and serviced our a/c. he replaced our filter, found a weak capacitor (replaced), and pointed out our mulch was acidic and could hasten corrosion in the outdoor unit if allowed to pile up against it. kudos!
