Trinity Home Services has made all the difference in my kitchen remodel. From my initial consultation, Ciro has given his assurance and professional expertise which has consistently proven to be the best advice for the needs, safety and efficiency of my family. Trinity Home Services was a life saver! I needed to have my new electric oven hooked -up and they came out the same day. And it was the day after Thanksgiving! The staff was professional and courteous. Safety is their number one priority when dealing with electricity. We are so glad we had Trinity to handle the job. Ciro did a fantastic job for our family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My AC completely stopped running and after an unsuccessful attempt with another company.. I found Trinity Home Services and called them. I spoke with Gretchen, who was a complete delight to speak with and she was able to have an appointment for me first thing the next morning on a Saturday. Ciro, the owner, arrived right at 8am and thoroughly checked ALL the AC components. He had my AC up and running in less than an hour!! I've always been cautious when dealing with AC/Electrical companies, but this company ranks #1 in my book! The people are great and I couldn't be happier with the experience I had. Honest and reasonable pricing, excellent customer service and very professional! Seriously, best people and company I've encountered in this field!

I can not say enough nice things about this company! My AC went out Monday and they came out the same day, when most other companies were telling me it would be Wednesday before they could come out. They fixed what we thought was the problem and it worked for a few hours and broke again. We called them back and they easily came back out at 9:30 pm to check it out again. It was a bigger issue this time so the tech tried to rig it up to work and it did for a few more hours. The next day they ordered the right parts and had my AC fixed by 5:30 pm. They did not overcharge for the extra visits and parts. I feel like they treated me fairly and did not just try to make as much money off of me as possible. I was very happy with the service and the guy that came to my house was so respectful and polite. Honestly they were a great company to deal with and I will be getting their service plan soon. How can you beat 24/7 service? I highly recommend.

Extremely fast response time and very personable people. They called be back within 15 minutes of placing the service request on Yelp and were able to be to my house within 2 hours. When they guys showed up they introduced themselves and made me feel comfortable about inviting people I didn't know into my home. They listened to the issues I was having, gave me a quick run down of the items it could be and immediately went to work. One began on the thermostat while the other went outside to look out there. Within just a few minutes they diagnosed the issue, corrected the problem, and ensured it was properly working. They offered great advice about how the entire system is looking to need replacing very soon based upon its age and condition. This was expected to hear so its not as if they are just trying to sell me on something that isn't needed. Absolutely outstanding company and people! If you don't give them a call, you'll just never be that cool...

It has been about nine months since Trinity installed my new A/C system and I couldn't be more pleased. My home is so much more comfortable, it does not feel nearly as humid as it did before. The system is much quieter and is on a third less time as the old one which leads to lower electric bills. These facts alone should be enough but more than that is the friendly service and truly nice people. Make them your first, last, and only choice.

Very grateful for Trinity services! Gretchen was so helpful getting everything scheduled promptly and Ciro was prompt, professional and gracious given the problem didn’t require a big fix. All power was restored within 10 min and I’ll definitely call Trinity again if I have issues!!

I had a great experience with Trinity Home Services. We had an electrical problem, and though the fix was expensive, I thought the service was wonderful (and it wasn’t their fault the problem was expensive to fix). At the end, they replaced the breaker that had been damaged and even installed the new ceiling fan I needed because the electrical issue had broken it. I recommend them; they were professional and easy to work with.

I called to get my AC serviced before the brutal summer heat showed up. Less than an hour after I called on a Friday afternoon Terry was at my door. Diagnosed and cleaned my unit, added a little freon and I was good to go. Very reasonable pricing, super fast service. Highly recommend!!

Cant say enough about this company. My electricity was shutting off in different areas of my house and ACs stopped working all together . I called entergy and then made the smart decision to try Trinity and they came to my rescue in an hour at 840pm on a SUNDAY NIGHT. Great service and explained everything that was going on. My next step is getting a generator installed with them.
