Rudy was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Scheduler was friendly and accommodating. He even moved my proposed appointment to same day after I shared with him my issues and no extra service fee! They offer a maintenance contract which saved me money on my repair and I receive two maintenance visits for a fair price. Definitely use these guys!

Got 3 estimates for 3 ton Trane new a/c system and decided to go with Surgi’s. The salesperson ( Art ) was very informative, the products were the same but Surgi’s gave us the better deal. Installation was performed professionally and efficiently. They answers all our questions and concerns. Very polite. Completed in around 8 hours, non stop. Had questions after the installation and called Art at home and he made sure our questions were taken care of. We would definitely recommend Surgi’s. They really stand by their product.

Surgi's was a recommendation provided to us. I can't express enough how pleased I am with their service. They provided same day emergency service and were early to their appointment. They also text you a picture of your service technician which is a great feature for those who might be concerned. Jeremy was our service technician and a/c salesman. Our unit was outdated and totally fried so we had to buy a new one. He was kind and patient when explaining the options for an a/c unit. He understood that it was a big purchase that required input from my wife. He came back, re-explained everything he had already told me, and allowed us to ask multiple questions. He listened us to on what our needs and budget are while providing options that were in stock knowing that was important for us to get online as soon as possible. Additionally, the services provided for the new unit are comprehensive and worth investing in. 100/10 WOULD RECOMMEND that people use this company.

Quick appointment for estimate. Slight delay with installation due to equipment back order but once they had everything in stock Surgi’s came out and installed my new system in 48 hrs. Very professional team of workers. Left everything spotless! Asked me what my preferred temp was, then set the system running. The mini splits are absolutely silent and the house is nice and cool throughout. Very pleased with the service.

Mike and Zac were great! They kept me informed about what they were doing and gave me suggestions on how to keep my heating system in running condition. They were detailed but didn’t try to overpower me with jargon I couldn’t understand. They also told me about the new plumbing services that you all have started and gave me a flyer so I can contact you all when I’m ready for the maintenance. If the plumbing department is as good as the heating and AC department, I know that I won’t have any issues with getting the right service. They were also very polite and tidy. They did a thorough inspection and fixed a few minor issues that will save me money in the future. I will definitely suggest your company to anyone who needs good and reliable services.
