Lucas was able to identify the issue with my constant leaking HVAC from hundreds of miles away. I had shot video, which he was able to view on an online forum, and offered free advice on how to fix the issue. Based on his recommendations, I found a local HVAC professional who made the corrections and fixed a problem I had for 8 years! There were 5 different local companies who could not fix the issue, but based on Lucas advice, I found someone who was able to finally identify the issue (cracked pan and missing P trap) and fix. This company knows what they are doing, highly recommend them! He's honest and will give you a real assessment on how to fix your system!

We have struggled for months and experienced significant delays in getting a generator installed for our home post Hurricane Ida. We placed and ordered and paid down several thousand dollars to another company in July 2021, and as of June 2022, still have no generator installed, even though the generator has been in stock for months. Seeking a better option, we contacted Lucas Raguso, the owner of River City Total Maintenance, based on a friend's glowing recommendation. I could not be more pleased. Lucas responded to my message immediately and contacted me throughout the day about the problems we had run into with the other company. He arranged for one of his guys, Troy, to come out to our house the same day at 6 PM to inspect the property. Troy was knowledgeable, polite, and very understanding of our situation. Lucas has guaranteed us an installation of the generator purchased from the other company within two weeks. He was able to do the same for my friend, so I completely trust that he will do the same for us. It is so refreshing to find a man who understands the value of his brand and reputation and who will go the full nine yards to provide excellent service. In an industry where this kind of service is rare, I feel so fortunate to have found Lucas and River City!! He and his team have earned by gratitude and highest possible review.

Mike and RTCM are simply superior to the competition. Plain and simple. The business model is structured around loyalty and not profit. The success of RTCM hinges on the technicians who work around the clock to schedule service calls around the customer and the work performed is never inflated...and recommended parts/etc are always appropriately and thoroughly documented with cause...RTCM gives you an HVAC "report card" which greatly reduces the angst and pressure of buying unnecessary parts or perform premature maintenence. If you are an annual club member it pays for itself within a couple of summer visits. Thank you for saving the day as always Mike!! Hands down the best provider around. Club membership pays for itself with your first routine service. RCTM employs the most professional and intelligent crew to work around the clock and as a member, I literally receive service at a moments notice. Without RCTM, I don't know what I would do!! They perform the basic to the most advanced servicing of any comparable company and for less. They are NOT salesmen. The business model is structured around customer loyalty and your savings as a member (including tje part discount perk) is VERY generous. I highly recommend RCTM, they've saved my household from lengthy and questionable response and repairs. They have an answering service as well, again, they put the customer first. They are a rarity in this industry and I hope this review swsys you to becoming a member and/or never going with anyone else!! Lastly, I have the choice to work with my technician of my choice which has always been Mike. Mike is a man amongst mice when it comes to his trade and I sleep very well knowing he's there for us when we need him most. Our last appointment resulted in a ONE HOUR NOTICE turnaround. I saved almost 200$ on a start assist for our AC unit, an installation he recommended on the VERY comprehensive report they prepare for you with results and findings and suggestions with a rating of impedemency...and they NEVER are pushy. They are straightforward and honest. They have integrity, pride, and the best crew and technology to do the job without being remotely invasive or time consuming at your home. Lastly, I have 2 dogs who usually refuse foreign company but they immediately gravited to Mike...positive vibes all around!!!! And pet friendly. Never awkward. Always early or in time and the booking process is a tuned turnkey process, 24/7. Join the club!!!!!!

Grant initially came over to check our ductwork to see if it needed cleaning. We had recently acquired a nine-year-old cat and he is having trouble breathing. After a very thorough and professional examination Grant said that our vents were clean and did not need cleaning. I really appreciated that Grant didn’t try to sell me products or services ( up sell) I didn’t need. I then asked him what he thought about installing a UV light and he said he thought that air scrubbers worked better to remove pollutants from the air then the UV lights, he explained why, then Grant gave me additional literature, quoted me a price and left. I further investigated air scrubbers versus UV lights and agreed 100% with Grant’s assessment. I called them back on Friday and set up an appointment on Monday. Monday 9am Grant came out, the air scrubber is now installed and we’re hoping our cats breathing problems will get better.Thanks Grant we really appreciate all your help!!!

All these Maintenance Companies are ripping off customers. This repair can be done at 1/2 of his estimate. It’s not his fault. Stay away from this and all other companies highly advertise on TV and other media. The bottom line we’re paying. Also very high overhead expenses.

Bobby Hutchins arrived with Bryan (not sure of the spelling) as a young man in training. They notified us approximately 15-20 minutes before arriving. The inspection and cleaning of the appropriate items took about 30-45 minutes and they left after letting me know what they did, what was the status of our heating system, and left the paperwork verifying their efforts. Bobby has been coming for our inspections for several years and we can always rely on his expertise and efficiency, plus he is an affable and enjoyable fellow to talk with. Bryan did a good bit of the work in the attic and while quiet, seemed an easy person to get along with. Good workers and as always all of your personnel have been excellent in dealing with us.

We really didn’t have the money and they offered financing which within a few hours we were approved. The terms were good and we can pay it off without penalties. Lucas has always sent someone out in a moments notice if we have problems. I feel like he treats his clients like he would his own family. Lucas’s team of employees are talented five star people. Troy was very courteous & informative. Found 2 problems on the outside unit & quickly told me what needed to be done. Also told me the costs of repairs and how they would extend the life of the A/C system. He's very fast on the repairs & the A/C system is running fine. Glad for all he has done. 08-Nov-2021 Bobby came out this morning with a young tech. Both checked the heating system and the heater came on. On further troubleshooting Bobby found the inducer motor is bad but is working right now. Will be back out as soon as the new motor comes in. They were quick in their troubleshooting. 02-Feb-2022 Bobby and his tech came out to my house and in about 30 minutes had the heater working again. Unfortunately about 15 minutes after they left the heater failed. Placed another call & Bobby came back that afternoon. He & his tech got the heater working again quickly. They found the problem and made a necessary change in parts and the heater has been working ever since. And he let me know they would be back again with new parts to make the repair permanent. The heater is working fine and my wife & I are grateful to Bobby & his tech in making our house warm.

All honesty, I had never used this company before today. I found them on a Google search for 24 hours Ac repair. Here is my story... At 10pm on a Friday night, I had an overflowing drip pan. Turning off the AC in the middle of July in Metairie is never a good option when you have kids, so I called River City TM to come out as soon as possible. My ac unit has been freezing up for a couple of days. I called Tuesday morning to schedule an appointment for service. My appointment was 1-4 pm. Josh showed up 15 minutes early. After having the AC at my home go out, I placed a call to RCTM. The person taking the call took my information and said that someone would call me back. I received the phone call and asked for an 11pm appointment, she said she would have to see if she could move things around to accommodate me and she would call back. I received the call and she verified the 11pm appointment. 11pm comes and goes with no communication from anyone. I decide to call at 11:30pm and inquire about my appointment. Someone says they would pass the message to the on-call person. That person never responded and no one ever came out. This morning, I reached out via their website to request an appointment and still haven't heard anything back. While initial communication was great, that has since tailed off to no communication or acknowledgment at all. UPDATE - I called back and requested a technician ASAP. The person (Ms. Nicole) taking the call was very apologetic. Mr. Troy followed her call with a call giving me his ETA. Mr. Troy was very knowledgeable and worked very hard in inclement weather to troubleshoot our issue. He figured out what the problem was and immediately called someone who could assist us further since a new unit was required. That person is in route at the time of this post. My rating has changed from 1* to 5* because of the amazing experience I had after the initial mix-up. Everyone I dealt with so far sounded genuinely excited while doing their job. I will edit this post again once all is said and done. Mr. Troy came out and diagnosed the issue quickly and efficiently. I needed a new unit. Mr. LaBrian came out and got me squared away with a new unit. The whole process was painless and he was very thorough in explaining all of my options. After purchasing the unit the night before, Mr. Darryl and Mr. Cody were at my residence first thing the next morning. They were both very professional and did an amazing job installing the new unit. They left the house in the same manner they found it. Mr. LaBrian called back that evening to see if the install met or exceeded our expectations. Our expectations were exceeded. They are truly a pleasure to work with.

They were here almost before I hung up, and gone in 45. I am over contractors and repair people who can't even be bothered to call back, and when they do, who knows when they will actually show, compounding stress by putting your life on hold. They have a membership you can join which may or may not save you money depending on many factors (age of unit etc), the repair person breaks it down for you thoroughly but really doesn't put the pressure on you - just basically gives you two choices. My unit is relatively new, so I opted out, but will probably join sooner or later. This is the third experience I have had with them (one other very minor thing and major issue with another property) over a few years, so I think my opinion is valid!

I was blessed & grateful to have been hired by Mr B & Lucas & when I missed almost 8 months work recovering from knee and back surgery my job was waiting for me when I got back only to be dismissed 6 months later by the service manager, Steve O.
