After Greg installed my original systems 20 years ago I contracted with him to replace both systems and duct work in the crawl space. The price was reasonable and fair. He and his crew were very responsive and did the work in a timely and professional manner. I'm an architect and am used to occasionally seeing questionable and shady work (in all building trades). I inspected all the work, even under the house. It was well done, clean and the crew quickly addressed all of the very few issues that I pointed out. I can highly recommend Maclean's.

Maclean's did a couple of things for us....new whole house generator, AC repairs and swapped out thermostats. Greg and his team were very efficient and nice to do business with. I will definitely go back to them with any future issues and recommend them wholeheartedly !!

I highly recommend using Maclean’s. I used a different company before and they told me it would be a 3 week wait. Also the previous company, I found out they work on commission and I was told by said previous company that I would need to replace my entire system. Macleans came out and informed me that the previous owner of my home had put in a new motor and that my unit was old but didn’t need to be replaced. It’s hard to find honest people these days so if your looking for honest hard workers this is where I would recommend taking your business.

We were referred to MacLean's - and a couple other HVAC contractors, by our Property Manager's office. After a couple calls around, we decided to go with MacLean's and had an excellent experience. Greg was great to work with - responsive, accommodating, thorough, and a fair price. One specific thing we needed was a check on the dedicated power wire installed by a different company for our wifi thermostat, which wasn't powering properly. Greg took care of it. He also made recommendations for a couple system enhancements which seemed reasonable, and without any pressure. We look forward to using them again in the future.

Technician was very knowledgeable and thorough servicing my 2 HVAC units both exterior and interior. My exterior AC units are 20 years old and now look brand new. He even noticed an exhaust vent from one of my heaters in the attic that was not attached to the roof outlet. He reattached the vent pipe to the roof without an additional charge.

The crew spent three days to - remove my old, ground floor HVAC, - take it away, - prep-n-install the new system in my attic. I haven't had it long enough to tell you about the new air conditioner, but the new furnace is SO QUIET. MACLEANS suggested I consider installing my new unit upstairs -- and they were right. Not only is it quieter, I now have extra space on the ground floor to store some countertop kitchen appliances. (A bonus!) Some parts of my old HVAC system were over 35 years old (the youngest components were 26). There have been "improvements in HVAC efficiency", so I'm looking forward to lower heating bills this winter. Thanks MACLEAN'S AC and Heating!

We were so satisfied that when we did a total house renovation we had them replace the HVAC system . They are extremely reliable, courteous, honest and do excellent work. Maclean's came out 2 times, 1st time was a clogged drain, it was leaking into the overflow pan and into the overflow drain tube outside. They vacuumed the main drain to clear it. 2nd time was the A/C would not start, David was able to diagnose that the capacitor had blown outside, and caused some wires to burn at a connector, he was able to repair the connector and replace the capacitor giving more life to a 25+ year old A/C that is nearing the end of it's life. Thank you David for not just saying it needed to be replaced right there. I was very happy with the solution and ingenuity!!! I will be calling Maclean's for all my A/C needs. They are prompt and honest, a good business model.

I have been using Maclean's A/C for over 35 years. I strongly recommend his company for any A/C work necessary, new construction, repairs or replacement . We have developed a friendship as well over the years, and the most important thing to know is he is very honest, will not recommend anything unless it is necessary and will never take advantage of anyone that does not know about A/C repairs or replacement. Most people can accept the cost of maintenance, repairs, etc. on anything if they get what they pay for, and that is exactly what you get with his work. His mechanics are very good at what they do, and are easy to talk to.
