My Parents used to always use Mervyn. Now we use David, Mervyn's son, since Mervyn retired a while back. Help is very thorough, knowledgeable, and very courteous. Even though my Parents have passed away, I still use Help for their Yearly Maintenance Contract. If you want your A/C and Heater to run well year round, Help are the people to call. They are the Best At What They Do.

We have used Help Service for all of our air conditioning and heating installations and maintenance for almost 50 years. The technicians are always knowledgeable and polite. They always are responsive to our calls and come quickly. Today they replaced an air-conditioning compressor that was under warranty, came out and diagnosed the problem yesterday, found a replacement and replaced it today, no charge. We recommend Help! highly.

A polite and helpful person answered the HELP office phone. They scheduled someone to come to my house the same day. They called me before the tech arrived. Technician Jordan L. was professional and personable. He found the problem, then gave me an accurate estimate allowing me to decide if I wanted the repair. Amazingly they had the part in stock for my twenty year old furnace, so I was up and running the same day. I am pleased with this company for my first experience. Note: they use a chart to charge for repairs grouped by type, so that's what they charge no matter how long it takes to complete.

Had my scheduled yearly maintenance yesterday and received great service as usual. The technician was David G. who is the best. He listens to concerns and questions and he explains things in a way that is easy to understand. He is professional, respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. I totally trust him just like I trusted his Dad for so many years when he worked for Help Air. Also important to me is that he puts me at ease when he is here taking care of the unit. Very Professional and Thorough. HELP installed a UV light to help with the air quality in my home. After 30 days we are already feeling the positive effects. During the technician's visit, he also performed routine cleaning and maintenance. He found an issue with my original home design (built in the 1970s) that was affecting the performance of my AC. He fixed it quickly and we have seen an immediate improvement. FIVE STARS PLUS!!!!

I waited 6 months to leave a review for Help because I wanted it to be accurate. This is truly a professional and honest business. They had been servicing my dated HVAC system for a couple of years before I had my system replaced by them in January 2019. My prior air conditioning and heating units were both 15+ years old. Help would come out each year for maintenance and would be honest and tell me that although the system was still working, it was very dated and inefficient. They never pressured me to replace it. I knew I was on borrowed time and finally decided to replace with them. I could not have been happier with my experience. Every person I have ever dealt with from Help has been competent and pleasant. The quote was honest and fair. The crew that came out for the install was professional and respectful. I have had no problems and have used both the heater and AC units. Best part is that my electric and heating bills have gone down. I highly recommend this business.

Help ac was the third repair company we called after the first two couldn't figure out what was going on with our system. They were able to come out the morning after we called and diagnosed our problem in the first 15 minutes! They got the part we needed with in hours and our system was up and running that day. When we bought our home in 2011, it came with a 10+ year old heating/cooling system. HELP AC was the recommended service company, who installed the original unit and who we have now been using since that time. HELP AC made annual service visits and a number of repair visits over the years. Without exception, all of their employees have been professional. They always responded quickly when we had issues, even after hours. This year, the system was on its last leg and we had them do a total replacement. A team of three installers completed the job by 2pm, left the house clean and spoke knowledgeably about the new Trane system. I am planning on it lasting another 20 years! HELP AC has my highest recommendation.

David serviced our system today and spotted an issue that would have not been noticeable for some time. He replaced the failing part and then checked the system and found the companion part had the same issue. He also replaced that part. The system was under warranty and he could have “let it go” and we would not have known a malfunction was in our future, but instead he addressed the problem immediately, despite the heat. He was pleasant. thorough, professional and very courteous. We appreciate the quality service.

I called this company on a Sunday afternoon (July 2018) to perform a basic a/c diagnostic check. The technician came by and went to the unit on the roof. Within minutes, he just said my unit was a "no pump" and had to be replaced. He wouldn't do any work to restart it. On Monday I called my regular a/c service company and they restarted it within 30 minutes by doing a proper diagnostic check. I called A/C Help to inform them that their technician had not performed the diagnostics correctly. If he had, he would have found the problem easily. I provided paperwork to show that the system was fixed by the second company, but the manager of A/C Help kept insisting that I had to let the technician back to the property. UPDATE Oct, 2018: With the assistance of the BBB, I was able to get a refund for the service call. After both people (me and Help A/C) had a chance to describe the service call to the BBB, I think Help A/C understood that, in this case, there was an unfortunate outcome of the service call. I've updated the star rating to include that I was able to find an adequate resolution.

My AC went out and was in need of repair. I called Help and they scheduled an appointment the same day. The technician was very thorough and knowledgeable and explained the problem in detail. A new part was ordered and installed the very next day. I would definitely use Help again and highly recommend them.

We have an old wall heater in our house, the only heat source other than a few portable units. Last year we had REALLY cold weather, and our wall heater was broken. A friend HELP to us, the guys came out that day! We needed a gas valve replaced, luckily they had one for us, exchanged it out and we had heat for the first time in over a year. This was literally the day before the day before the roads were frozen. We cannot thank HELP enough, not only for the prompt service, but also for making sure my children and I were warm in bitterly cold temperatures! I’ll call them first next time and I definitely recommend them!

AC went kaput Friday evening, and Help!! AC came up twice when I asked friends and posted on Facebook for recommendations of who might come out on weekend. I called at 6:50 am Saturday; left my info with a human (no recording!). Call-back came at 7:40 am. Rich, the technician was here by 8:40 am. Diagnosis took a while because there was a trail of things that went wrong. He fixed them all, and was gone by 10 am! Am VERY impressed with response and fast repair. Rich had all the things he needed on his truck. Highly recommend!

On time. Replaced a leaking evaporator coil. Also had them install UVC lights to irradiate evaporator coils in my 3 units. The a/c teck Jordan, was respectful to me and my family and was curious and friendly, treating us like family and gave a great background on the company and how proud he is to be a part of this family owned company. His esprit de corps was impeccable and diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time explaining the problem and what is needed and what he done, I say 20 min after looking at the a/c he had us running again, and may I add it was a Saturday with a high of 92 degrees, I called at 6 am Saturday and he was here around 2 pm and I found a honest and new company to do business with on the future. And will recomand to others. Jordan is an asset to the company because he took time to to us after completing the job and had a mask on during covid-19. And I think the owner that still is involved will day to day operations owes Jordan a good appraisal of a someone that does his job well and repesants the company well, it is not often you get one like him, take it from one who knows people he is a keeper and I will patronize your company for future indevers.

He found the problem, requested the part needed, waited in his truck for the part, installed it and checked everything out . He then filled out the Invoice No.75156. I gave him a check and he left.
