Amazing service! Showed up 15 minutes after the phone call and totally revived my old AC unit back to its former glory! They were both incredibly friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Explained everything they were doing, worked quickly, provided options, and offered very reasonable prices. Definitely calling them again if I ever have any problems!

Absolutely recommend! I'm picky about hiring services- especially when it comes to price and communication- and will go to Gauthier's now every time. Super easy to work with, accommodating, and straightforward. Technician took the time to listened to what I had to say and answer my questions. He was very willing to work with my schedule and replaced my furnace promptly. Very reasonably priced! Service call costs are a little less than all the others I checked and repair/installation costs are substantially less. I was only charged for the work that remedied the problem (a replacement valve I had them install was not the solution and I was not charged for the part or labor). Final cost was exactly as quoted, even when they replaced the thermostat, which was not part of the installation. New system works well and I no longer have to spend time shopping for this kind of service when needed! Win/Win!

We had a compressor, furnace and coil installed by Kevin and his crew. We chose Kevin because of his experience, positive personality and great price. During installation, Kevin and his crew were patient, polite and knowledgeable when we had questions. They were resourceful and professional when dealing with installation challenges--and my wife appreciated their attention to detail. They made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. The best part is that our new system does an excellent job and is far better than anything we've had before.

I called three HVAC companies to get estimates on a new air conditioning and heating system for my home. Kevin the owner came out and thoroughly checked my attic and existing unit. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He gave me an estimate that was fair and honest. The other two companies I called were extremely high and unreasonable. This is the company I will be calling for my future air-conditioning and heating needs.

Kevin and his crew came to my house on a Monday morning when our A/C went out. He did a fast diagnostic and found the condenser was locked up, found what he had in stock, quoted me lower than other companies, and the installed the new units inside and out the same day!! Fast service, reasonable price. Outstanding service. Two large units on one home serviced. I had already changed inside filters, cleaned the drain lines with bleach and washed/rinsed the outside condenser units for any dust, dirt and debris in the coils. We were only charged a service fee for one unit since I had done most of the basic service myself. Five Star Rating.

Mr. Kevin Gauthier was extremely polite and helpful when diagnosing my leaking indoor coil. He gave me multiple options and let me shadow him throughout so I could learn a thing or two. Only $89 for a spring cleaning or $75 for service. Best prices in the business by far.
