I have an American home shield warranty, and for the past several years they send out Express when I have an AC issue. They do good work and I would use them even if it was not under the warranty. Jimmy especially does A+ work. Had our 24 volt transformer go out in the air handler. It was at the bottom of the unit and was getting moisture that was collecting on the bottom (visible rust on the bottom half of the transformer). Instead of installing the new transformer where the old one was, he relocated it up out of the moisture to reduce the likelihood of it happening again. Thanks!

I cannot say enough good things about Express! They were hired by my home warranty company to repair my HVAC system. If all of my home warranty vendors conducted business like them I would be delighted. They were professional, courteous, communicative, timely and above all else HONEST. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and made me feel confident that they knew what they were doing. Customer service was STELLAR! Jimmy was so professional and helpful and did an excellent job fixing our ac! He really went above and beyond to take care of our coolant leak and came back before the scheduled recheck because we were still having problems. Everyone in the office is also very helpful, and the customer service is excellent. Overall fantastic service and kind employees. We will definitely use Express Heating and Cooling with all our future issues!

I was assigned this company through my home owners insurance company. I will call them on my own next time. They called me same day I made the service call. The lady on the phone (I wished I remembered her name) was very nice setting time and date. Today the Professional technician Jimmy was very knowledgeable A+. On time and very nice person. I’ve been doing routine maintenance with Express for years now. The office is great and friendly. They always put you in quickly if you have problems with your unit. By doing the maintenance, I get a discount on any repairs that need to be done. Jimmy is my go-to technician. He is very polite and extremely knowledgeable. He is always willing to answer any and all questions you may have. I 100% recommend Express.
