Bryan's United was wonderful to work with! My furnace broke during an unusually cold week and they were very timely and supportive in helping me resolve this stressful situation and get a new system installed asap. It was a pleasure to work with Shem, Fernando, and Kenny. All of these team members made me feel comfortable, respected, and heard. They were very thorough, knowledgeable, punctual, reliable, and good at communicating with me. I have worked with Bryan's for many years and all of my experiences with them have been incredibly positive!

After some shocking lack of professionalism by another company, I decided to pay the higher price to Bryan's to get a new central AC system installed. Boy am I happy I did. Yes, it is a bit more expensive, but the stress saved was worth it. They were so professional; good communication from the office, good care before installation (providing temporary portable units for interim cooling while waiting the week+ for them to be able to replace the old, broken system), and punctual and professional installation by Carlos and Justo. Joshua, who organized the technical work, even used a part from the system being replaced that was still in working order to fix another system -- and refused to take any extra money for this (which at that point made Bryan's substantially cheaper, rather than slightly more expensive, than other services!). They were all polite, conscientious, and did a great job of pretending to be non-judgmental about my horribly messy home! They were even willing to meet and befriend my big dogs so the dogs did not have to be locked away in a room during the indoor+outdoor installation. The only negative thing was that our back door (which had to be taken off its hinges to get the machine through) would not close properly afterwards. With some muscle, though, we were able to tighten the screws and it's fine now-- I feel confident that if I had brought it up, they would have come back and fixed it. (Just be sure to try your doors before they leave to make sure they don't need some extra tightening.) I will try to remember to update the review in a few months for a longer-term view, but for now, the system is working great-- cooling well, and so much quieter than the old one. I would highly recommend Bryan's for a new central AC installation! I will be having them take over maintenance as well, and will try to remember to update this review on that as well.

If you need anyone to do your consult and be your point of guide at Bryans United, I'd go with Shem Israel. He really listened to my needs and quoted me the best possible price. He even came multiple times to check and double check the specifications and measurements. I had also made a change in where I wanted and he was very accommodating. He explained everything in detailed, send the invoice quick and is available for additional questions and changes. Although, I did not move forward with the installation of the A/C units. I'll still be using Bryans United with Shem to install a much needed attic stairway to be able to access my roof. Thankfully they have a 2 year warranty and the price is good. Still pending the installation of the stairs, but pretty confident in the level of workmanship. Should I decide to one day install A/C be it mini splits or central I would go with Shem.

Our A/C went out on May 13. Had another vendor come out to take a look; they didn't even want to get in the attic. Called Bryans United, and Gary looked at the current system, and let me know what the situation was. Could have been repaired, but it's a 32-year old system and should be replaced. Shem came out to assess the system and give a quote, and we accepted. The install team from Bryans United came out on June 15, and I had a brand new, fully functioning system (with improvements to airflow) by June 17. Very happy with the service and professionalism of the entire team at Bryans United. Would highly recommend.

Josh and his installation team were outstanding. We were in need of replacing our air handler. I received quotes from several local companies. Josh was very professional upon his visit, clearly laid out the options and costs for replacement. Bryan's was the best price we received from the different quotes for the replacement. I have an aging HVAC system and it was acting up - I had fully prepared myself for a recommendation of a full system replacement, and the costs associated with that. The service technician could have easily taken my preconceived notions into account and "made a sale". However, he took a close look at the system, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it quickly for a very reasonable cost. I went from that feeling of impending doom to being very happy that I didn't have to spend that money! What a relief! I genuinely appreciate the ethics and honesty of the service technician - you've got my business in the future, no doubt!

Everyone I spoke to, starting with my initial phone call to request service, was very polite and helpful. I also got a prompt return call to schedule the service. I felt each employee I spoke to was glad to talk to me and to help me. Another phone call informed me that a service man was on his way and I was told about how long it would take him to arrive at my home. The man arrived when expected and he was very nice. He explained everything to me, in a way I could understand it. He seemed very knowledgeable and capable. As he checked my unit and inspected everything in the attic and outside, he kept me informed about what he was doing. He explained what needed to be done to correct my problem and gave me an estimate of what it would cost. Bryan’s United has done an excellent job of hiring and training employees to not only do their jobs well but to also respect their customers. Bryans United installed my new system 4 years ago and the big capacitor in the compressor failed last weekend. The technician replaced it today (Monday) and added a little Freon after checking pressures. The system had a 5 year parts and labor warranty so I just had to pay a $49 co-pay for service today. I’m happy to have my cooling restored quickly and also that it didn’t cost anywhere near as much as I had feared.

A/C blower fan went out Saturday, but the company doesn't work weekends, so had to wait till Monday for someone to come out. A/C was rigged to work on a temporary basis until the main board could be replaced on Friday. Awaiting the install.

Phillip did a great job of servicing my system. While assessing my system, he also found an issue with the furnace vent pipe (rusty and needed replacing). Simply put...professional and outstanding service! Nigel came out for my summer service on 7-9-20. He was professional gave me outstanding advice and got everything done in a very timely manner! I had a standby generator installed in August 2020. From start to finish, all work was done very timely and as described. Very impressed and quite pleased with the job. And Shem, the representative gave extra attention and went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed properly and on time. I had my duct and plenum system replaced on 1-8-21. The Bryan's team came at 7:45 am and were finished, cleaned up and gone by 12 noon. On July 6th, 2021, the generator was serviced and my summer AC maintenance service was done at the same time. Nothing but attention to detail at all times. Very professional job from start to finish. Bryan's United all the way!!

Ray called me within a few hours to get details of my issue and get me set up with a technician. Kenny came out the next day in the time frame they quoted and was protected with face mask, gloves, and booties while in our home. The Tech called to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time. He performed the semi annual maintenance. He brought a filter and changed the old filter and cleaned the vent. He accepted payment before he left so I did not have to worry about waiting for a bill. He was very courteous and respectful. Philip Marciafava was our technician for several Jobs on our heater. He has nothing but the highest standards and his work is impeccable. On the same day I called Bryans United with my AC problem the Technician arrived as expected, diagnosed the AC problem, and provided the information to correct the issue in less than 1 hour. Parts replacement is expected one day later. All work was completed as described to me. Bryans United has always done what they said they would and kept me informed. Today, My maintenance was done on both units since I have a contract with them. They called the previous day to make sure we were set, called 3 times to let me know the technician was on his way and showed up on time and efficiently checked and cleaned both units. Being August, it’s a great time to check your units and make sure you’re getting efficient cooling.

Nigel was on-time and very polite. All services for tune-up performed. Happy customer. 10/4/20 - I wanted to amend my review to update it because of other work I had Bryans do. A house my father-in-law owns is being updated. The ac system was over 25 years old and the entire system needed to be replaced. I called Bryans and Josh Foret their Comfort Consultant came out. He made an appointment with me, was on time. Upon arrival he inspected all parts of the old system, including the attic and promised a proposal. He came back with the proposal in several days (we were in no hurry). He brought the proposal out to me with sketches and walked me through what needed to be done. Everything needed to be replaced. Unit, thermostats, heater, duct work - the entire thing. He gave us several days to discuss it. And he thoroughly answered all the questions I had. We decided to go with Josh Foret and Bryans United. Booked the appointment. They came out as scheduled, ripped out the old unit and duct work. Disposed of all the old equipment and trash. The new system was ready to go in two days. I was very pleased with Josh and Bryans! I would recommend them for all jobs, big and small. A happy customer again!

Our technician, Kenny, came to our house to repair an electric water heater the same day we called for service. He identified that the problem was with a blown fuse, and even identified the cause. He tested the water heater to make sure it was fully functional. Even though we have to bring out an electrician to fix the problem, we have a month to call Bryans back out if there is still a problem. We were only charged the diagnostic fee that we were quoted over the phone when we made the initial call. I am very impressed with the service, and we will definitely use Bryans again for anything in the scope of their services. Thank you Bryans and Kenny!

The air conditioning went out at my chiropractic office. I called around to a few places to see if we could get help the same day because we had a busy day scheduled, to no avail. Then we tried Bryan’s. Bryan’s got someone out the same day and had the problem fixed in just a couple of hours. They had to get up on the roof of our office building to access the unit and deal with the buildings maintenance team, which isn’t always easy. They handled it all very quickly, got our office cooling off for our staff and our patients, and did it for a very reasonable price. The technician was very nice and helpful also. I will use them for all of my office and home air conditioning needs in the future.

Great experience with Bryan’s United! Techs showed up early on the day of the appointment due to a prior cancellation. Within a couple of hours, they had diagnosed the problem and installed a separate wire for a power source that fixed our broken Google Nest. So happy to have heat and air conditioning again! BTW, there are only a few repair shops that work on Google Nests in the greater New Orleans area, and I recommend them highly for such services.

My a/c was not working at mid morning I called Bryan’s to get it fixed and were booked up and would not be able to come until the next day., however they said they would try to send someone out that evening if possible I got a call around 4 telling me that one of their techs had freed up and would come by around 4 or so The young man arrived and solved the problem in 30 minutes. The home was around 80 degrees and it would have been a warm night.
