We sent him pics of what we wanted (at the time I was thinking I wanted an oval diamond). He chose 2 different oval diamonds & a princess cut and overnighted them for me to choose which one I wanted. If I didn't like any of those he was going to send more. Of course, they were all gorgeous but I chose the breathtaking Princess cut diamond. Jeff also included the GIA # as well as details about the diamonds, etc. with each shipment.
Jeff was great about answering texts and calling to go into detail about questions we had. His pricing was excellent and craftsmanship of the ring was impeccable...it was exactly as I envisioned, but better!
Unfortunately, the ring had to be resized as we had to have it done here in Las Vegas, but he made that a painless process as well. I had it back on my finger in less than a week. I am one happy woman! Thank you Jeff and I look forward to meeting you on our next trip to New Orleans !
