I love this business. Nancy in the office is so polite & clear about what to expect. They call before they arrive just like they say they will. They have always done good work & are respectful of our property. I like all the people here and have had the same technicians for years so I assume people like working for this company because they have good employee retention.

I had an awesome experience with Aire Serv; our air conditioner stopped working last week, and I contacted a few companies, but no one was available to assist me. Today, I called additional companies, and the first one that responded indicated that a technician would be available after 5 pm, which was too long for me to wait. I called Aire Serv, and I was immediately connected to someone who stated that a technician would be available before lunch; within 20 minutes, the representative informed me that a technician was on the way. Phillip, the technician, was very professional, and he did a great job. I highly recommend Aire Serv, and I will call them again.

We had another local company T&T install our unit when we first purchased our home. The unit is only 7 years old but we had so many problems with the unit & their service. That’s when I decided to call Aire Serv & now I use them anytime I have maintenance issues. I called recently in September & again just a couple of days ago! But Nancy is always so sweet & she sends out a tech within a couple of hours of calling. The tech that comes out is always on time & fixes the issue in no time. So even though my a/c needs service almost annually, I don’t mind calling them bc of the service I receive. Next time I need a new unit, I will definitely have Aire Serv install it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent Customer Service.!! My family had to call in these professionals after working with a home warranty company claim nightmare. That claim left us without A/C for one month on the first floor of our home. When we called them for service we were fortunate enough to get a technician the same day. Our case was quite complicated but they were determined to fix our issue. We were even able to have the owner of the company come to our residence to make sure that we were taken care of. They have service like no other! Take our word for it, they are the real deal!

So Mr. Ralph of airserv is the most AMAZING man ever! Last year they came out and fixed my broken A/C.. the same thing happened to me yesterday, after arriving home after 7pm I called airserve and Mr. Ralph came to my rescue, although he couldn't fix the problem last night he came back at 0830 and fixed my A/C!!! I would definitely recommend them for anything pertaining to your heating and cooling system!! Thanks Airserve 😊

Allen came over to my house and serviced my a/c units. He discovered an uneccessary filter in the attic and removed it. Should lower my utility bill and also helped me reduce the vibration from my outside units. He showed up early. He was professional and I trusted his advice. Thanks to Allen and Aire Serv.

Ralph Prestenback has been doing my A/C work for thirty years. Anytime I hear of anyone who needs that type of work, I always tell them about Ralph. Now, here are the reasons I feel this way. 1-Smartest A/C guy ever 2-Most honest 3-Christian man (and his wife too and his son) 4-Trustworthy. I leave my house keys out for him. I totally trust him in my home. When you come across a repair man you love whatever the trade, you hold on to that. I will never use anyone else and have sent him to many friends and family.
