They were on time with a full crew to do the job and had my new A/C unit installed quickly and cleaned up everything before they left. First used White Flag on a cold Saturday when our heating was not working in our new to us home. Al, the owner, was the only business that would come out that day. He came in less than an hour and got us going. We have had them install new ductwork, a package HVAC system, a tankless water heater and miscellaneous other items. Al, his family and his crews are respectful, professional and just do great work. Al has always been on time and very fair with his pricing. I HIGHLY recommend using their services.

BEST plumbing company period!! I had a pressure valve leaking on the morning of July 4th. I was in a panic knowing it was a holiday weekend. From the initial call, the lady who answered was courteous, pleasant and helpful. She was able to send someone out within 1hr of my call. Allen, the plumber arrived in 45mins. He was very nice and professional. He had the part needed and replaced the valve within 30 mins. I would definitely recommend White Flag to anyone!!!!! Thank you again for the great experience.

We arrived at our business on Monday morning after a weekend snow and discovered that a vehicle had ran off the road over the weekend and destroyed our back flow valve and piping at the water main. Of course we had no water to our building and were going to have to close down our business, but I called White Flag and they had their team on our property within the hour and within 2 hours had completed the repair and restored water to our building. Very professional and responsive and did the work for a fair price as well.

Converting an unattached garage into a family living area has been a “supply chain” challenge on our part. Al and his crew worked around countertop installation and my husband’s broken leg delays.
