Very impressed! Spoke with Stephanie this morning to ask for a service call as a new customer after having repeated issues with my previous repair group. She happily helped schedule me in and explained the process so I was informed. Got a call from Mark (along with an email with his pic and notice he was on the way) and told me he was headed to me. I explained our issue and showed him what was going on and within minutes, he identified the root cause which had not been done 4 previous times. After 30 minutes of work and checking to make sure his analysis was right, the issue was fixed and I had pics of what he did and another issue he found while he was looking. Attention to detail is what service is all about and that's what we got, Service! Give them a call today! I guarantee you I'll use them from now on.

We needed diagnosis of a leaking and poorly performing second-floor air conditioning unit, finally deciding to replace the unit. From our first contact with Temp Control staff, they impressed. Office staff, technicians, installers, and owner Eloy Saban clearly communicated with us every step of the way, arrived when they said they would, explained our options, and even worked with us on financing terms when we decided to have the HVAC unit replaced. The entire replacement process took one day, including removal of every scrap of the old equipment, and our home and was left clean and wonderfully cool. They even sent handwritten thank-you notes after the initial visit and after the installation. We've become members of Temp Control's Comfort Club annual maintenance program, and would call them again in a heartbeat.

The Temp Control team are all professionals who take care of you from end to end. Eloy does an excellent job sizing up all of your needs and giving you a fair price. Even when unexpected things arise like an underground gas line that needed replacing or a thermostat wire that had a short in it, they were fair and quick to resolve them. Had a chance to meet David and Doug (both hands on owners) who stand behind their work and products and the office manager Scarlet, ensures all of the proper paperwork is filed with the manufacturer for warranty as well as the eScore program when appropriate. Great work, great communications throughout, very professional. This was my second system install with them and I feel very comfortable in rating them 5 stars. They do a lot of excellent work in and around our Brentwood neighborhood and would highly recommend them.

I want to share my FANTASTIC first experience with Temp Control. I spoke with Stephanie to set up an appointment for a summer maintenance check on my HVAC unit, and she was so friendly and helpful. So, my first impression of this company was fabulous thanks to her. Then today James came out to do the maintenance check and install a UV light over the coil in my system. He called to let me know he was on the way. Then he arrived just when he said he would. And I have to say that he is GREAT - he's an awesome technician and person. He is so very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He explained everything about the UV light installation to me and answered every question I had. Even my two fur babies loved him!! It's really hard to find a company these days who still believes in customer service, but I've found one. And James is a real credit to the company - they are blessed to have him as a member of their team. I will recommend James and Temp Control to all my friends, family, and neighbors. Recently my wife and I needed to travel South for our Granddaughter who was having a procedure at a hospital in Florida. The day before we left our main AC unit for the house went down and we left the blower fan on while gone deciding to deal with it when returning. I called a close friend who suggested Temp Control and gave them a call when we returned. Within a couple hours Travis a company Manager stopped by and checked the AC unit. It was 21 years old and we decided to install a new unit. Travis was the best explaining everything and the price was good, and in the morning we received a call the team was on the way to install. At 8:15am Travis and company owner David Komar arrived and by 3pm we had air and everything was cleaned up. We cannot say enough about Temp Control because David and Travis had other teams out there on other jobs and decided to take care of us themselves. We moved to a newly constructed house 11/2018. At our former residence, Temp Control installed two units between 2011 and 2015--a large unit for the downstairs, then a smaller unit for upstairs. The prices were good, but more important was the quality of service from Eloy, his technicians, and the office staff. We purchased the maintenance/inspection plan yearly, and spring and fall they checked both units. At one inspection they discovered that our upstairs furnace, had we turned it on, could have been a carbon monoxide hazard. We plan to continue using Temp Control to do the yearly check-ups, even though they didn't install this new unit. Luke, the technician who did our fall check, just left. His performance was like all the other employees we have worked with--professional, courteous, respectful of our property, business-like yet friendly. I highly recommend this company. I recommended them to the people who bought our old house. 6/3/19 Luke took care of our spring inspection. As always, he called to give me an ETA. Upon arrival, he answered my questions and then went to work. Luke provides excellent service, reflecting this company's high standards. 3/16/21 I've done a couple of reviews but wanted to add an update. Always top quality service. Customer care is outstanding, from the advance notice the technician is coming to the email with their photo to the in-person work on the unit. Office staff is great also. After 12 years (I think), it's like dealing with friends. 6/17/22: Again, outstanding service. Easy to schedule maintenance visit, ample advance notification, technician (James) courteous, on-time, business-like, knowledgeable. Excellent price for yearly maintenance contract.

James, was super professional and courteous and always explains everything he is doing. Everyone w/ Temp Control has been great to work with. Today they found a wasp nest in my unit and took care of it. They keep everything in tip-top shape and I appreciate it. They have installed two units for me and while not cheap over the past 10 years I think one unit has paid for itself by the increased efficiency. My bills are about half what they used to be. Very good, reliable company! I told them my problem in a panic and they were able to get a tech out earlier than their scheduled appointment window. She was very friendly and thoroughly explained recommended maintenance and repair procedures. James was the technician who worked on the unit, and he was punctual, friendly and also very thorough when walking me through what he was doing and why. It is hard to find a service as good as Temp Control. I never worry about overcharging I never worry about them not showing up or getting back to me. Most of all I never worry about my AC or Heater to not work correctly after service from Temp Control. Temp Control replaced our Gas powered Heating and Cooling system and it was a great experience. They got it done in a timely manor and the staff are all professional and do care. They are organized and always on time. They don’t miss a beat. They are honest and dependable. I don’t always recommend companies but the service I have had and continue to get is some of the best I have seen or experienced here in Franklin Tennessee. Their Comfort Club is an excellent value and one I highly recommend as their periodic system inspections discovered components in my HVAC system that were showing signs of imminent failure - it's SO much better to fix your system before being without AC! Short Review: Great company. The entire team was very helpful. I highly recommend them! Longer Review: Stephanie scheduled my appointment and she was great! My estimate appointment was from 8-10am and Eloy arrived at 8:00 on the dot (with a courtesy call on the way). He took a look at my 20 year old furnace and gave me suggestions for repairing or replacing it with a new unit. I wanted to replace it and he walked me through the options that best suited my condo with comparable models. It was easy. I asked when he could send someone out do the job (expecting a day or two) and he said his guys would could be out in an hour and the entire installation would be completed in 6 hours! So I purchased the recommended option and an hour later Nathan and Kyle were at my place preparing to install the new Furnace and HVAC components. It was a great experience! Nathan and Kyle walked me through after everything was installed. Showed me what I needed to pay attention to if there was ever an issue and gave me a step-by-step tour of the new thermostat. The entire team was helpful and professional. They did exactly what was requested, what they promised, and completed it quickly. We love this company. They installed 2 units at our house several years ago that have been running great ever since. They have a service plan that brings a technician out twice a year to check over everything and includes a discount on any part replacements after the warranty runs out. Customer service is very important to them and they are always very nice and courteous. The technicians arrive during the scheduled window and they always make sure to wear shoe covers every time they come into the house so as not to track in any dirt. The following review was originally written several years ago. Since I wrote it, I have continued to use TempContol for annual maintenance, twice a year. They are under new ownership, but continue to provide excellent service by competent technicians. And their people are regulars - the same person has been to my house multiple times, so I can trust his competence. Following is my original review... TempControl installed a new Trane heat pump at my house several years ago, and because I believe in regular maintenance, I signed up for the TempControl semi-annual system checkup. Although you can purchase similar maintenance contracts from other companies, possibly for less, my recommendation is to get the TempControl contract. They know their equipment, and the inspectors are very thorough. Today, Brian and James inspected my system. They opened the cover on the blower unit and looked for any corrosion, rust, standing water, stuff like that. They tested the condensation collection system and ran the pump. I have a split system, and they took the fan off the top of the outside unit and hosed off the cooling coils. They also did an electrical check while the system cycled. Appeared to be very thorough, and my system passed inspection. My previous system had been installed by TempControl, and at one point it required repair - something to do with the compressor and its components, I think. TempControl knows their systems, and because I had a maintenance contract, I got a break on the hardware and labor costs. I have used TempControl for years and anticipate continuing our relationship. If you value cost-effective reliability, you should at least get a quote from them. May 2021 update: Just had my spring tune-up by James, who has been here before. He's good, and he answers questions with explanations that I could understand. If you have TempControl do your service work, ask for him! Everything checked out fine.

I highly recommend Eloy and Temp Control LLC. He gave me the best deal and bang for the buck when ordering my new system a couple of years ago. He did the estimate himself and also warned me of things that I may need to do in the near future that weren't necessary at the time of install. I had 1 minor issue last winter and he had one of his crew out in about 20 minutes to fix the issue at no charge. I just had them install new damper motors and a new control panel (which is what he warned me about a couple years ago) and it was the same guy I've had out to do the install and fix the minor issue last year. I was very impressed with Chris and the management team at Temp Control. They replaced the compressor inside our AC unit. But when they restarted the system, it now emitted a low vibrating moan I could hear in my home office on the other side of the wall. I didn't think there was anything they could do, but they went beyond my expectations – they wrapped and isolated the new compressor with an acoustic blanket. This reduced the moan substantially. Problem solved. This is the kind of service you rarely see today. I highly recommend them.

Two other companies told me I needed a bigger gas pack furnace. Temp Control found I needed a larger return air duct and saved me thousands. At the home I now have they have replaced both a split system and a gas pack. They charged me a fair price, are always here when they say they will be, and are very competent . My most recent experience was to have them replace a whole house humidifier on 12-11-18, and they did a very good job. We were very happy with having our new 2.5 ton Trane HVAC installed by Temp Control LLC. Eloy, the owner, did the original consult and my wife felt very comfortable with him. He presented us with a range of clearly explained options and she felt he did not talk down to her or patronize her like representatives from some other companies did. The installation was done very professionally and the crew were both courteous and neat. Additionally Eloy helped us qualify for the $500 TVA tax credit by doing some badly needed duct work, and gave us some useful tips on proper air filters.

The company’s technician seem to be good in what they do. However, their pricing is so high that I have to think about calling on them again. Be aware they are putting part and labor together so you don’t really know how much the labor is and how much the part is until you find out later. In my case, The part was around $50. I've been a happy Temp Control 'Comfort Club' member since they replaced my HVAC system at my former house several years ago. They have been to my house over a dozen times for routine maintenance and a couple service calls. The office staff have always communicated well, and technicians have arrived at the scheduled time (and call to say they are on the way). My last service call illustrates why this company continues to earn my business. Last fall I moved to a new house and noticed the upstairs unit wasn't cooling our bedrooms as the weather warmed. On the day of my appointment, the office called to reschedule due to inclement weather. Bummer. Actually, not at all. They offered to come first thing that same day to beat the weather. I said sure! Mike, the technician, arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. The fix required a particular fuse box that he didn't have on his truck. He drove to pick one up and returned as the the clouds were turning dark. We tried in vain to find the breaker switch to cut power to the fuse box. Finally, as the sky starting spitting rain, we were out of ideas so he packed up his gear. At this point, Mike could have left, and I would have been stuck paying for an electrician to come out on another day. Instead, he thought of one final place to check. When that actually cut power to the fuse box, he unpacked and got to work. At this point, the rain was really coming down. In the end, the fuse box was replaced and Mike was soaked, but my family slept well that night thanks to the extra effort!
