I hired QSI when a contractor recommended Michael Northcutt for some work at our business’s office. The quality of work was great so when I needed work at my house I called Michael. He ran a gas line for me at a good rate. Months later when I needed a new package unit, I called a few folks. Michael’s price was slightly higher but I knew the work would be worth the difference. His crew swapped the unit at my house and was in and out politely and quickly. I strongly recommend them.

We could not be happier with the service we received from this company! They serviced and repaired our ancient system until it finally gave out. The 30 year old system went out on a Thursday and Ryan and company had the new one installed by Saturday. They worked all day to ensure it was functioning properly to help keep us temperature controlled, and were extremely courteous and professional. We will continue to use them to service the current system and be life-long customers!

Michael Northcutt , owner and chief operator of QS&I, has serviced our home HVAC system fo the past 20 years. The other day while checking out our HVAC. System pre-winter he reported that our 17 year old furnace upstairs posed a risk of CO. poisoning! After checking on the internet and receiving a second opinion, I was able to negotiate a competitive price with Michael and this week he and his son Ryan replaced our furnace with dedicated efficiency and their usual politeness. My anxiety re: CO poisoning was relieved and our upstairs is now nice and cozy as well as safe! I can recommend QS&I unreservedly for polite, very efficient and timely service. Should be ******!
