I called Premo Air Inc. at 8:22 am when we discovered our mini split ductless system wasn’t blowing warm air. It was 2 degrees outside. A very nice lady answered right away and told me the technician in my area currently is Jeremy and he has a call ahead of me but would contact me when he is in route. Jeremy called me at 9:24 to say he would arrive in 30 minutes. I also received a text at 9:24 from Premo Air letting me know he was on the way. Jeremy was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I am a Property Manager and I work with contractors daily so my expectations are high when it comes to customer service. Premo Air made a new customer out of me.

We had to replace the HVAC in the cabin on our property. I researched the "best" companies in my area. I called 6 highly recommended companies to review the project and quote it. Premo spent the most time with me reviewing what needed to be done, how they would do it, gave me the quickest turnaround time and finally a good better best quote. They also answered ALL questions. After reviewing all 6 project reviews, I selected Premo because they checked all the boxes and I felt the best about their Brand. The day of the installation, the Senior Tech who was overseeing the project took sick and ended up at the doctor's. Instead of moving the date, Dino, the owner took control and oversaw the job himself. Impressive! The job was done on time and the cabin was cool that day. I would definitely suggest that anyone in need of heating/air conditioning help use PREMO. Good luck.

As a woman, you worry about businesses taking advantage of you, but that has never been the case with this company. They have never been pushy or try to sell me on something I don’t need. They present me with options, and then allow me to decide what the best route will be or what I can afford to do at the time. You should give them a try if you have not already. They will not disappoint you.

We called them the day after Christmas to fix our heat as we didn’t want to bother anyone on Christmas. They came out and diagnosed the problem but did not have the correct part. Came out the next day with the WRONG part and could not fix our heat. Came out day 3 and fixed the heat but then charged us a HOLIDAY service fee! You think with their mistake and that is was the day AFTER Christmas they would not have done that. Will not use again!

I highly recommend this company! My husband and I were trying to find someone to come out and fix our a/c. We have a baby and everyone was totally booked up including this company but when I explained our situation, they did everything they could to work us on their schedule. Not only did they get to us within a couple of hours, the technician they sent was courteous and knowledgeable and was in and out within about 30 minutes with our a/c cooling! They were also very honest & reasonable on their pricing. Also, want to mention how incredibly great their customer service is. I spoke with both the owner and receptionist and they couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. I will definitely be using them in the future!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I have used them for several years for general maintenance on our HVAC. They have always been prompt, professional and courteous. Our condenser recently went out during the hottest week in July, on a Thursday. Their schedule was booked, but what they did is pure class and service. The OWNER OF THE COMPANY comes to my house and installs the unit on a Friday in the scorching heat. Thanks Premo! You really came through in a pinch. We can’t thank you enough!

I received their business card info and referral from a friend. My heat went out while it was freezing temps. I had used a friends husband to repair my 20 year old unit multiple times for the past several years, and it was time to install a new unit. I called Premo Air and immediately received a response. Our AC stopped working 4 times within a month and we called Premo Air each time. They got it running again but were unsure what the actual problem was each time. We could have easily gotten frustrated that the problem was never fixed but the guys at premo were so patient and a pleasure to work with every time. They told us to call as soon as it stops working and they’d be over ASAP to troubleshoot until the problem was found. We even called out of normal business hours a few times and always got an answer. They sent a teach same or early next day. Always on time. By the 5th visit, they were able to pinpoint the problem and repair it. It’s a relief that they were able to get the job done while being so patient. Every one from the office to the teachs were professional, great communication, and great to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Dino and crew were phenomenal! We solicited feedback from our neighbors on who do use for our HVAC system. Premo air info was provided from numerous folks. We contacted them and were met with total professionalism. I was greeted by Emily when I contacted them. She was one of the most cheerful and upbeat person I have come in contact with. Having worked in the Customer Service industry for over 25 years, Emily knocked it out of the park with her positive attitude. Emily set up a time for Dino the owner to contact me back. I heard back from Dino within the hour and he followed up in person same day. After looking at the issue we were having (we were confident we would need a new HVAC - heat pump system) Dino confirmed it. Dino was extremely knowledgeable regarding all the Trane units and we discussed multiple options. 5 days later he was here with his team removing the old system and installing the new units. Friendliness, knowledge, professionalism, timeliness, prompt, job site cleanliness and their workmanship are all A+. We are 110% happy customers and we would recommend them to anyone!

Diagnosed and fixed the clog ducts and low, almost non-existent, refrigerant level faster than I thought possible. Emily at HQ was super professional and Jeromy and Kevin went above and beyond. Would have had a super hot Memorial Day weekend without the entire amazing team getting the system back up and running worry free in what seemed to be record time. Had a 2.5 ton split unit replaced with premo. Guys came on time and finished earlier than stated. Had some issues with the new equipment but they worked their butts off to get things squared away. Even had the owner running around town to find the part that originally didn’t work. Good communication, price, and top quality equipment is why I’d recommend them to anyone. 5/5 all day.
