These guys are wonderful. They had best price and best warranty for my install after my unit died. They were very professional, walked me through my homes needs for the replacmeent. Even after I did independent research, they listened and didn't try to convince me, we just discussed everything and came to a mutual agreement on my needs. They were very empathetic, professional, and kind. Work was done in a timely manner. They didn't have one of the parts needed for an add on and due to missed connections and both parties being busy it took some time to get the add on complete, but they still gave me a discount. I've already recommended them to someone else. They're locally owned and operated. Wonderful.

New to the area and living in a new home, our heat didn’t turn on. I called and got an immediate response. They gave me a time frame (that day) and showed up as expected. They were courteous, professional and even dealt with my (very loud) dogs and were very respectful that I was on a work call! Solved the issue quickly and efficiently! Took my call after hours, and arrived on time the next day with text and call confirmation. Talked me through the reasonable options and got our 10 year old unit back in business in less than an hour and for a reasonable rate. Also, contacted me afterward to double check the serial number so he can check if a particular part fell under a 15 year warranty. Great service, price and professionalism. Highly recommended.

I called after hours and they picked up on the first ring, told me they'd be there between 12-3 the following day. Robert showed up at about 11:30 and had my AC fixed in no time. He was very knowlegeable, courteous, and friendly. My former AC guys told me I'd have to wait 5 days for someone to come out. Needless to say, I'm not calling them again. I'll be calling Nashville Heating & Air from now on. Highly recommended 👌

The young gentleman who came to do my maintenance was not only extremely professional but went out of his way to explain my specific hvac and what to look out for. I have used Nashville Heating and Air for the 3 years I have lived in my house and I highly recommend them. They fixed my heat when my heat pump went out. Then they installed a new HVAC unit. Today they came to fix a leak that was caused by damage done to the duct work by another company when I had insulation work done. They are super nice, super responsive, great price, and trustworthy. I won't use anyone else.

I requested service through the company’s online portal around 7:00AM Wednesday morning. I received a call from Robert no more than 2 minutes later, then he arrived at my house around 7:30AM the same morning. Robert and his team also installed a new HVAC unit the day after we requested the service. Great experience, great company.

Our furnace stopped functioning during the snow and ice storm at the beginning of January 2022. After calling four companies, they’re the only one that was able to make it out on the first day to help identify the issue. While they weren’t able to fix it on the first day (due to supply stores being closed due to snow/weather conditions) they followed through and obtained the part that was needed in order to repair my heat kit, and ultimately came over the weekend to help resolve the issue. I appreciated their excellent communication and professionalism throughout the process. Highly recommend, and will definitely use again!

I called around to several places this morning to try to get my AC fixed and didn’t get an answer from any of the places I tried. Every place sent me to an automated answering system and left me on hold. I called Nashville Heating and Air and spoke to Robert immediately. He came out the same day within a few hours of my call and quoted and fixed my AC unit. He was upfront and honest about the repairs needed and charged me an extremely reasonable price. This company will have my business for as long as I am a homeowner and I will highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.
