This company exemplifies the work ethic, and values that every company should strive for. The work that their employees perform is top notch. They provide continuing education opportunities for their work force which helps promote more well rounded workers which in turn creates a better end product for their clientele . The owners and management work closely with their clients as well as their employees to insure that jobs are being performed to the high standards that the clients expect and deserve.. Despite the growing companies size the owners and management have continued to create a work environment that feels more like a small family owned company, They truly care about their employees and their families.. no company is without the occasional issue, but Merryman- Farr goes the extra mile to not only rectify the problem but to insure the customer is happy and satisfied with the end result. I would not hesitate to do business with Merryman-Farr mechanical.
