My experience with Lewis HVAC was great. I appreciated that Demetric answered his phone promptly rather then having to get forwarded to an automated menu. He was able to get me an appointment quite fast and, when he showed up, he was incredibly friendly and professional. I paid with a debit card, which processed easily and I was sent a confirmation email with the payment shortly after his visit. I will gladly call him again with any future HVAC needs and I'd, without hesitation, recommend him to others.

So great! Demetric was professional, timely, efficient, and came out same day! My AC was fixed within two hours and he hung around a spell to temperature check the vents to make sure they were still working. Will call again.

I called a couple of A/C repair places on Friday the 8th of July. My A/C went out late Thursday evening. So Friday morning I called 2 places and went to their voicemails. They never returned my calls. So I looked up more places and stumbled upon Mr. Lewis by google search. After reading the customer reviews I called. Mr. Lewis answered right away. He was already busy with a few appts, but squeezed me in a timely manner. He quoted me a 2 hour window and he showed up on time ( I only waited like hour) He was very professional, friendly and diagnosed the problem. He is priced fairly in my opinion and after ordering the part and him picking it up he was back out at the house the same day. I highly recommend Mr. Lewis. I will continue to use his services for maintenance and repair in the future. Thank you again.

We woke up on July 4th to an HVAC that had stoped working. I called them before 9am and they had someone at my house in less than an hour! Very professional, and we really appreciated them wearing a mask while in our home. We will definitely use them in the future. I have never had an HVAC company be this responsive let alone on a holiday!

Lewis was amazing and took great care of the issues I was having with my AC and condensate pump. He was able to fix an electrical wiring issue promptly and replace my condensate pump even with all the challenges. He was responsive and knowledgeable. I will be using his services again.

My experience with Lewis Comfort Control was beyond exceptional. They took their time in diagnosing what was wrong with my HVAC and made initial repairs. Things still weren't working right, and he spent two days working to diagnose the issue. Ultimately I needed a whole new system, but not only was I credited back the amount spent on the initial repair, but the whole system cost thousands less than another quote I received. Communication was great and I felt like I was the main priority through the whole process. I would recommend to anyone and definitely will use them again in the future.

This was the most amazing experience I have had with a repair service of any kind. Someone was promised to be at my home within an hour and a half of my phone call and - sure enough - Mr. Lewis shows up in no time! He explained to me what the issues could be, quickly diagnosed my issue, handled the warranty of my unit with the company and had it fixed in about an hour. Didn’t try to up sell me on anything. Very quick and very efficient, but - most importantly - just a really nice guy! I highly highly highly recommend this business for all of your HVAC and air needs!

I was having an issue with my AC so I called Lewis Comfort Control. First of all he showed up when he said he would! Awesome that’s a huge issue with business's today! Secondly I told him the issue I had with the previous company who worked on my AC. He looked at the ac and showed me where they broke my unit and advised me to call them. He literally turned down money because he felt like as a company they should stand by their work. I took his advice and showed them what he found. They stood by their work and fixed it. You can trust this company to show up and do the right thing.

I normally want leave a review however, I must give credit when it's due. The experience with Lewis Comfort Control was remarkable. I called this company on a Saturday night hoping someone would answer and he did. He came right out and checked the unit, changed the parts, and gave a reasonable and fair quote (even when my home owner insurance company put me off for week) not to add his professionalism was outstanding. And to put the icing on the cake he did what must people will not do once they are paid, FOLLOWED UP ON HIS SERVICE.. very commendable!! ***LOOK NO FURTHER*** Bit of a long one here, I recently purchased a home with a 10yr old HVAC, knowing it’s near its end I bought the warranty. Two days after moving in it starts freezing solid, I called the warranty company and they sent out a company 4 days later (outdoor temp mid 90’s) guy is here 20 minutes and leaves, says it was “just dirty” , system completely fails the next day, I call back and tell them to send a different company as the first one obviously didn’t know or simply didn’t care. They obliged, 2nd company comes out, gives me a diagnosis of bad control board, they’ll order it and I’d be good to go, 1 wk passes, I call the warranty company, over the next week we both try reaching these people to no avail, I then had to have third company come out.....Lewis comfort control....this company here? More specifically Demetrius himself? has been NOTHING BUT A GOD SEND. He walked into a mess, an ANGRY homeowner with no air in the middle of June and now into July. He has battled with the warranty company, my AC, and my attitude. All with a smile. Never sugar coated anything, told me straight up what’s wrong, what it costs, how it works...poor guy, I’m practically certified now after the interrogations he endured while sweating it out working on the Unit. This is the company you want. This IS the company you’re looking for. Demetrius, thank you for everything.

If you’re looking for a company with integrity that completes quality work at an affordable price, look no further. My heat went out, and D made my repair a priority. I’d had a “handyman” look at the system prior to their arrival. Needless to say, there were additional repairs to make. He also taught me along the way. Stand up gent! Trust the internet on this one, lol.
