Our heating system quit the first cold night we had. Lee Co. had a courteous and knowledgeable repairman out the next day who diagnosed the problem and replaced the needed parts quickly. Thank you for our warm house! We always call Lee Co. first for any installs or repairs that we need. I have had an excellent experience with them for many years.

On December 14, 2022 Lee Company electricians Troy Bruce and Mark Gray expertly installed new exterior “coach” lanterns framing the garage at my residence. This required considerable skill to cut brick and install a junction/outlet box, to which they ran power. They performed this job in the rain without complaint. They arrived promptly at the beginning of the time window provided by the Lee Company and completed all the work in two hours. Both were friendly and professional, and very favorably represented the Lee Company.

I had Lee Company repair a water leak in the pipe coming off the water main in our front yard. They worked me in immediately and made the repairs promptly and got our water running again very quickly. The technician replaced the grass over the dog site so you could not tell anything had been done. They were a lifesaver and were absolutely professional and charged what I believe was a very fair price. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

After Lee company reached out to me after the review I have to say I thoroughly enjoy the experience I had with them. The senior manager who I spoke with was extremely professional, thorough, made sure to remediate the issues I had with Lee Company prior. I can say I trust using them and the way they do business now.

I needed a quick evaluation of the cause of moisture and a small amount of water in the crawl space of my home. Paul, with LEE Co was contacted, told of my urgent need and responded the same day within 5 hours of the request. Paul was very respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. In this day of maintenance and fix-it people not returning calls, this was a refreshing change and great experience.

Setting up our appointment was easy and stress free. Kelly was very kind and accommodating and answered all my questions while getting me set up on their service plan. On the day of service the technician was punctual and professional. He found and fixed a major problem that could have caused massive water damage had it gone unchecked. Lee Company performed a full Crawl Space Encapsulation in July 2021. The technician from the original install was not receptive to the homeowner's concerns and disregarded the homeowner's knowledge of issues. The original lead tech spent a lot of time on his phone, leaving the majority of work to be done by his coworker. Original work was incomplete and of poor quality, allowing large amounts of water to enter encapsulated crawlspace, and leaving some areas unsealed. Original Tech was called back out to fix unsealed areas. In September 2021 I noticed puddles of water on top of the plastic along with water stains. After speaking with Mark Kenney, an appointment was scheduled to have a different crew come out and fix major issues from a poor installation, including sump pump being installed in the wrong area of crawl space. Technicians, Eric & Ethan, were very professional while remaining easy to talk to, and worked together to correct the issues created from the original work. Tech Eric took his time to update me on his findings, how they were going to correct them, and gave updates as he saw me as the day went on. Techs, Eric & Ethan, basically had to redo over half the work, tearing out the original plastic, and bringing in more materials to correct the job. I recommend that Lee Company have at least 2 lead technicians that can be involved in the sales process, and follow up with audits within 2 weeks of completed jobs. This one job has cost Lee Company too much time and money from not being done right the first time. And it does not look good as far as recommending Lee Company to others. In the end Lee Company sent out competent employees, who made it right, and results of the work look as I envisioned it to look from the beginning. It’s not an easy task to persuade a customer to change their review from a 1 star to a 5 star, but you had done it. The customer service from the top all the way to the bottom turned my opinion completely around. A big thanks to those involved in rectifying the situation.

They answer the phone 24 hours a day so I called very early. Their first plumping appointment of the day was open. I took it. The technician called at 8am and said he was on his way. He was in and out by 9:30 and my leak was fixed. I have used a few of these repair/maintenance companies over the past few years. Lee Company was by far the best experience I have had. They will be who I call the next time I need help.

Jeff and Aaron did a great job repairing the wiring to our ceiling fan. Not an easy job since the problem was in the fan unit and not the wiring in the wall. Fan unit had to rewired and worked great after they repaired it Great Job i would recommend the Lee Co for all of your home repairs. Ask for Jeff and Aaron if your issue is electrical!!

I had a burst pipe in the ground and had a fast water leak. Lee company sent a Plummer right when they said they would and he worked relentlessly under the rain and humidity to fix the leak. Jeromy Walker repaired a water line leak in my yard. It had created a muddy mess which caused my riding lawn mower to get stuck. Jeromy not only fixed the water line in a timely manner, but he and another tech actually pushed my mower out of the mud. Jeromy was not just polite, but friendly as well. As a widow, I appreciated the extra effort he put forth. I saw the review that listed him as "Jesus". I won't go that far, but he is an "Angel". You can call him Gabriel from now on!
