I have tried several heating and air conditioning companies since I moved to Tennessee and they all failed to impress me until I found Lanham's. What a great company. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and very competitively priced. I have used them three times now and will keep using them. Keep up the great work!!

Our furnace failed to work when the temperature dropped to an uncomfortable level. They came out the same day we called. The young man diagnosed and repaired our unit the same day. His work was excellent and he was very fair with what the cost was. We will certainly use them again should we have a need for repairs again. They were a great choice!

Our system went out, they surveyed it, then replaced it the next day. Workers were very knowledgeable and professional. About a week later, our downstairs system went out during a severe heat wave. They came out the same day we called and successfully repaired the unit. We definitely recommend this company.

They were very professional. Arrived earlier than they said and was done on time. Cleaned up after installation. Made sure my gas logs were up and running after they turned the gas back on. They made sure I knew how the system (new thermostat) worked with the app. I will use them for my annual maintenance and would recommend them.

Lanham’s worked at my house a couple times. Once to install natural gas logs and once to repair a defective part on my gas heat unit. Both times they were quick and professional. This is a company you can trust to do good work. Lanham’s is the only company I will call when I need HVAC work

Lanham contracts with my ac guy to help take some calls. They came out quickly, diagnosed the issue and fixed my heat before my wife could complain about the cold. The gentleman was professional and got it fixed same day. It was covered under warranty and they took care of everything. Good experience.

The tech knew what he was doing. However, they were way too expensive. Instead of having part sent next day air. We had to wait 8 days for the new part. Without our AC in the hottest part of summer (JULY). Definately will not be our first choice next time.

Brian and his crew were able to take care of us in a quick timeframe which is always key when HVAC units go bad. Brian answered any questions I had and gave me options that would fit our house and budget. He gave me his opinion and knowledge on multiple types of units but wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell us something that would have been overkill. Their pricing is in line with everyone else and have the best value on parts and labor warranties. His technicians came out and checked everything beforehand to make sure we had everything we needed and that all the ductwork and wiring were in good shape. They had the old unit out and new one in within a few hours and were professional the whole time.

Right before major Freeze our heater went out. The fan had become unscrewed and fell into the heater workings. No way to fix. They were there very quickly and replaced the entire unit. We had heat when the temperature dropped to 5 degrees. They are the BEST!
