Great company, restored our heat when we were freezing! A month later we asked them to replace our AC units. Awesome!

Our A/C went out. Three different companies visited and told us “busted compressor”on aR22 refidgerant system, replace the entire system. All wanted over $7,000! Interstate came on time, their tech Abel was great. Figured out it was failed start capacitor. He had the part and we were cool again in few hours for a few hundred bucks. I will definitely use them again!!

We had our AC go out on us during one of the hottest weeks of the year. Interstate's dispatcher quickly got us connected to Dave who was amazing. Showed up promptly, completed a difficult rooftop unit repair, and was very professional. Kudos to Dave and Interstate--would definitely use them again!

Interstate AC Service did an OUTSTANDING job with installing my HVAC Unit. Tommy came out promptly & assessed the need for a new unit after I experienced weeks of NO air conditioning in June 2021. Tommy oversaw the installation by a team who were competent. & professional. They arrived promptly on time & were focused throughout the HVAC installation. Tommy came on-site to ensure everything was done per our agreement. Tommy called afterwards to make sure the unit was cooling properly & confirm my satisfaction. THANK You Tommy, & the team: JC, Thomas & William. I give Tommy & the Installation Team 5 stars & highly recommend Interstate HVAC services.

I had a friend that had issues a couple of months ago with his ac unit and I remembered him coming to work the next day bragging about the guy that worked for this company and how late the guy worked to get the job done to help him. Well today was my day of doom and I called my friend at work to ask the name of the company so I called them and within 2 hours on the hottest day in October ever in middle Tennessee they show up and in 30 minutes had the issue resolved. Thanks to Brian who came to fix my ac and to the whole team at Interstate AC. What awedome reasonable service.

Interstate is one of the best companies ever when it comes to being responsive. Any great service company realizes that they are actually in the "Johnny on the spot," business. In other words they have to be quick to respond; especially when a customer has no air conditioning and it's 100 degrees outside. Interstate does this as well as anyone I have ever seen. Tony Anderson is as accommodating and willing to help as anyone I have ever seen, as well. Thanks for the great service!

Highly recommend!!! I called multiple companies when my AC went out and they all told me I had to wait 2 days in this 90 degree weather EXCEPT Interstate AC. He came out that evening and ended a week long AC issue. I’m so happy & appreciative!

I have been a client of Interstate AC for almost 12 years. I just had Anthony out here doing my winter maintenance and I couldn't believe what I saw when he handed me my inovice....his handwriting was so neat. This blew me away! I am a business owner and I struggle with each and every invoice my technicians bring back to me trying to read what they wrote. With Anthony, I immediately felt a sense of comfort (I know it's a weird thing to be excited about). I sent a copy to all of my technicians hoping for them to want to be better with their invoicing. I have a VERY OLD unit that I will replace in two years or so when I retire . I like the sign on the interstate and I like a tech I talked to once from there . So I called them , I got a ball park estimate and an appointment time , They were within 2 minutes on the time and 10 percent on the estimate NOT BAD . Plus the tech , Michael, was knowledgeable and efficient, not to mention personable . Good company and GOOD tech , I will be back . I still need that replacement unit ,,,, Mine is 28 years old .
