Were having a heating issue and they came out quickly. Worked to try to find alternative less expensive remedy. Very pleased with responsiveness and how he took the time to explain options. Very reasonably priced. Will use for all future HVAC needs.

Hermitage Heating and Air was great! Upgraded my 29 year old heat pump and ductwork to keep us comfortable inside again! The old unit has been patched up many times Hermitage Heating and A/C came out last year and did what the could to limp it along. The crew was very fast and friendly! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work!

These guys are really the best. They are responsive and always on time. I've had to call them countless times on an mini split unit that was installed wrong and they always give me the honest truth of what to expect. They've also worked on my furnace and other unit.
