Ferguson was contacted by our maintenance team at our apartment because our lights kept flickering dramatically. The gentleman came out after dark on the first freezing night of the year to check things out and see what he could do. While he couldn't fix things right away, he was able to give us a temporary fix! I'm so grateful because I'm a photosensitive epileptic, and now my head won't hurt at home while we wait for him to come back later this week to fix things permanently. He was polite and told us exactly what was going on, too!

I'm not a contractor, in fact I can't repair much of anything, but I did manage to figure out how to replace a shower drain. I located the part at this store and called to verify the part was in stock. When I showed up the counter staff was friendly, helpful, and got the right part to me at a great price.
