You will find ABSOLUTELY nobody that is more honest and as technically competent as the owner, Johnathan. We recently moved from Los Angeles to Nashville and we have a home warranty policy for the first year.
You are pretty much limited to the companies that have contracted with the warranty company. After reading horrific reviews about some of the companies, we decided on Complete Comfort.
Our decision to choose Johnathan was one of the best that we have made since our move. We have a large home with three systems. All three have required work during our six months in Nashville.
In fact, we opted to replace one unit instead of repairing due to its age. In this situation, Johnathan presented the pros and cons of repairing and what the warranty company would cover, versus cashing out and replacing with a new unit. Johnathan simply presented the facts and gave his recommendation.
As you can tell, I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and quality of work that Johnathan has shown.
Make the call to use him and don't look back. It will be the best decision that you have made in a long time.
