Originally, I rated them five stars as it “looked” like they did a good job, although the guy did trample plants when there was a slab right there. He cleaned my dryer vent. First, he only went from the outside in, and did not go from the dryer out also. I figured if it worked, that would be fine. After leaving I noticed there was no air coming from the vent. I called back and they were very nice about sending someone out again. When the guy got here, I suggested he clean from the dryer out, which he did. Told me it was working, but when I checked, still no air coming out of the vent. After numerous attempts and him informing me that he couldn’t explain why it was not blowing, trying to blame it on my dryer, I convinced him to run it through a few more times, Got out lots of lint and finally got the line cleared, again trampling my plants. Still working, but noticed he also left my crawl space cover off and lying on the ground. The office staff is extremely nice and responsive. I think this is a training matter or perhaps someone who does not want to make much effort.

The service technician named Brad was so helpful. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part that needed to be replaced. The part was delivered and the repair was made in just a matter of a few days. We are very pleased with our experience with Aire Serv and would recommend them to friends.

Aire Serve was able to work me in the day before Christmas Eve (Dec. 23, 2022). My heating system had started blowing cold air. Joe Henry came out that Friday evening. Mind you, the outdoor temperature was around zero, and below that with the wind chill. But Joe battled the bitter cold and stayed out there until the unit was working properly. Not only is he a great tech, but he's a great guy. I highly recommend Aire Serve!

Highly recommend. Staff is Professional and kind. Installed our unit last year and performs the maintenance as well. Everything has been great. They send out appointment reminders by text, as well as when they are on there way. The text also provided a picture of the worker so you know who they are when they arrive. A+

Had water pooling under our HVAC and had no idea why. Aire Serv came out promptly put on a new part but the problem wasn't fixed...found out it was the drain so they refunded me fully for the part. I've relied on Aire Serv since I moved my unit to the side of my house and I have had this level of care every day since. I highly recommend them for any heating/cooling need. They truly care about their customers and the level of service is unmatched.

Our unit went out and Aireserv was prompt at getting us on the schedule and getting a technician out to assess our issue. Since our unit was so old and we’ve had multiple issues, we decided to look at replacing. We were nervous because we have never done this before. Emi came out and educated us on all of the different options on replacing our unit and she let us decide what was best for us rather than pushing us. It was such an amazing experience using Aireserv and we are now customers for life!

First appt set between 4pm-6pm. No call/ No show. Recieved a call next day setting another appt showed up as promised and diagnosed the problem and is in the process of repairing the evaporator coil. So we'll see at the end of the job if my opinion changes on my rating.

Furnace went out. Called Air Serv and Tammy scheduled us for service right away, she was great, and took care of everything for us.. Dustin, came out and diagnosed everything, and put some options together for us. He ordered in our new unit right away, very thorough, he was friendly and professional.. Air Serv offers military discounts, I thought that was nice. They sent Terrance and Andrew out, these guys are pros and did a fantastic job. Terrance is highly skilled and experienced, walked me though everything, trained me on how to take care of all our new equipment. Our new unit is quiet, powerful, efficient. I’m a first time homeowner and my AC unit wasn’t working great, it needed a nice tune up and it needed to be cleaned. The house was getting hot and the air flow was weak. So my home warranty company connected me to Air Serv. I just want to rave on contractor pro, Gabriel Ruiz. Being a first time homeowner I had so many questions and I wanted someone to walk me through everything. Gabriel was at my house from 8 am to almost noon, taking the time to run all the tests and give my AC Unit a good clean and tune up. I will say that my air conditioner runs BETTER than ever! The contractor answered every question I had and he was super kind with his time to help walk me through somethings with how my home is setup and what to look for. I feel confident and I now know everything I need to do to maintain and prevent future issues. The staff at Air Serv is super kind, Tammy who sets the appointments is great and so smart. If you live in the middle Tennessee area this is a great company to look into. Super service!

Arrived on a Saturday morning promptly. Evaluated the system, found the issue and discussed the options. The text communication is great! A picture is sent of the technician along with note stating the technician is on the way. On Monday, a different technician arrived with the new part and performed the service. Both technicians explained the issue, explained the options, the repair and were courteous. Will definitely be using Aire Serv of Mt. Juliet for future HVAC needs.

I put my request into Angie’s List on Memorial Day thinking I'd get a response next day...I was wrong! Lee called within five minutes and came out within an hour. No extra charge for the holiday! He took a look and our very old a/c needed to be replaced. He was very good about telling us our options and our prices right up front. His pricing was very fair and I had a good feeling about him so we agreed to replace the unit. He kindly agreed to come out the next morning since it was so hot out. We had a problem with our water line turning to gel and I called him at 8:30 that night. He said he'd be back in the morning. At 7 am he text me he was o his way! Had air by 8:30! I would highly recommend his services to everyone.

I noticed that my heat wasnt working on a Friday night. I placed a service order with my home warranty people and they said someone would get back to me the next business day. Sure enough Emi called around 7:30am Monday morning. She was super friendly and said someone would be there in an hour. When we got off the phone I recieved a text with name and picture of the technician. Will showed up on time, masked up, and with shoe covers. He was very professional.he diagnosed the problem and said he would be back with the part (a motor). Will came back in about 30 minutes and installed the part. He mentioned that there were other parts I should keep an eye on and gave me pricing for future services if I needed them (but not in a pushy way). All in all a pleasant experience.

Trust is so vitally important in any business interaction and especially when the job is for your home...and Aire Serv of Mount Juliet is the company you can trust. We replaced both of our a/c units this week. The quoted price was more than fair, the men were knowledgeable and polite, and we scheduled the installation immediately. They showed up on time, respected our property and home, and completed the job in 90 degree heat with highest humidity. No complaints, everything as we wanted, and they came back promptly the next day to tweak our new upstairs thermostat. What great guys! My AC unit flooded during the recent torrential storms. I originally called Hiller who promptly told me I would need a new unit and duct work costing thousands of dollars without even looking at the unit. After a conversation with a friend, I looked up duct work repair and found Aire Serv. Emi was very sweet and scheduled an appointment for David and Terrance to come out and look at it. I was given a reasonable quote (less than $700) and they replaced my duct work that was damaged the next day (my AC unit worked just fine). I received a follow up call from David the day after to check how things were working. I truly value a company that does not try to upsell services or take advantage where they see an opportunity. Aire Serv installed Reme Halo device on our upstairs unit. Both of my sons have allergy issues with dust and mold. One is so severe he takes allergy shots weekly. Since installation of Halo my youngest son almost instantly stopped coughing at night. I can’t recommend the Reme Halo enough if you have allergy symptoms and/or small children with allergies!
