I am getting new counter tops and a new sink. I asked Adams to help me install my sink since it’s a farmhouse style sink. Though they would not do the customization of my cabinet, they helped me plan how to do the work and came back the following week and install my sink. It’s a retrofit sink that took quite a bit of time and planning to install. They did an amazing job. Ignoring the fact I need to buy new doors, and that my counters are not installed yet, I think their work was beautifully done.

Our A/C went out the night before one of the hottest days of the year. I called Adams Air Conditioning & Heating the next morning and they were able to get me on the schedule for the same day. The technician, Kyle, called and was able to come earlier than my appointment. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and had the cold air flowing again within minutes. Kyle was very polite and knowledgeable, explaining the issues and how to resolve them. I would recommend Adams to anyone and will be using them again. Great service and great people.

The Adams plumbing team took excellent care of our family. They are professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of. We had a major septic tank backup in our home and they handled it quickly and made sure to take care of our old cast iron plumbing. They called in backup when needed and the whole team dug in to find the cause of our issue. They even went as far as mopping up a little mud that was brought inside before they left our home. I will be using them again for all of our plumbing needs in the future- I couldn’t recommend them enough!

As an inexperienced homeowner, I value regular HVAC maintenance very highly, and Adam from Adams was extremely patient and helpful through every step of my heat pump's routine diagnostic. He not only thoroughly addressed every one of my various concerns, but was highly accommodating through some inconvenience I caused him with my poor scheduling. He was even able to access and assess the equipment on the roof of my building, where others had tried and failed year after year after year. I recommend them unconditionally and will be looking forward to giving them my business again!

I never leave reviews. But I have to for Adams because they have saved me so many times that I just feel so grateful to have such a reliable company to reach out to when chaos happens at my Airbnb. I live across the country and travel constantly, so it is so stressful when I get a call that my AC is out, my garbage disposal is leaking, my hot water isn't working etc. etc and with a short-term rental, you're expected to fix these issues immediately. Every single time I have ever called Adams they are at my house by the next morning if not the same day. Their work is impeccable, the staff is incredibly friendly and they are in constant contact with you. I can't say enough good things about this company and those who work there. David has come to my rescue many times and was so incredibly kind and went out of his way to help me with my issue when it seemed an impossible task that day. So ... 100% recommend Adams to everyone in the Nashville area!! THEY ARE AMAZING!

I used them because they provided OUTSTANDING customer service and pricing for my older parents when their HVAC went down in the dead of winter. It's a rarity in Nashville these days. I can not recommend them enough.

Adam is an angel and drove through the ice and ruin on the first snow fall of the season to fix my furnace. I was out of my home when he came to fix my issue, but he was still respectful of my pet cat making sure she stayed safe and in the home, and was prompt to call and give me updates. Ty Adam!

Adams had originally installed my HVAC unit and I was pleased with their approach. Now, 3 or 4 years later, the heating stopped working. Adams had someone out that day. Unfortunately, a replacement controller board was needed and had to be ordered. Today, the techs showed up with the board and rapidly had the heat back on. Additionally, the repair was covered under warranty. On a different note, the techs were remarkably cheerful and clearly loved what they do. I strongly recommend Adams.

Total bill was $134.00. The technician replaced a toilet flapper and tightened a leaking hose joint. I can understand and agree with the $75.00 service charge but $59.00 for a toilet flapper seems a bit steep, especially when I told the tech I had a flapper on hand. The tech was knowledgeable, cordial and friendly.

I had a sink problem. Previous owners had installed a deeper sink but not lowered the plumbing to drain properly. Elijah came out and removed the gorilla glue of a mess under my sink and proceeded to drill through the sub floor an run a new plumbing drain to under the home. He completely re piped under the sink too all by himself by the way. Thank you Elijah for making right what 3 other plumbers just looked at and said, “you need to get that fixed”. Highly recommend

My AC stopped running yesterday afternoon. Called Adam's thinking the worst. They had someone out early the next day. The tech wasn't here 10 mins before figuring out the issue was a small part on the outdoor unit. Replaced the part, had cold air blowing, signed and out the door all in under 45 mins from arrival. I was so pleased with their work, professionalism and price. I've referred Adams to many people since then and have only heard great responses. Most recently had a unit go out at my new home. Called Adams and they were there the next day. Scott was very knowledgeable, took time to explain everything and made recommendations to save us money, that's almost unheard of now days. Left the key to house and they were finished when I got home from work. Absolutely no mess inside or out left behind. My wife and I had two split air-conditioning and heating units installed by Darrin and his crew, one on March 13 and the other one on March 15. We interviewed four reputable companies, including Adams, and when we met Darrin, we were impressed by his suggestions about units and his reassurances that the installers would be careful not to damage our home. Also, close friends told us that we should have the work done by no one but this company. Darrin is undoubtedly one of a kind, and we appreciated his friendly and always informative guidance throughout the installation process. We had a HVAC from 1992 that was on it’s last leg. A trusted neighbor referred me to Adam’s AC & Heating and I couldn’t be happier about it! I gave them a call and then Adam was over at the house the next day to inspect and give me a quote. He was so thorough and talked me through all of my options. The following day he and his partner installed a new unit and repaired some duct work underneath the house. My house has never felt cooler and it’s no longer humid in the house! The unit looks so much nicer than what was there. Both Adam and his partner were super friendly, fast, and did the job extremely well. We are so pleased! Money well spent!

Darrin spend time answer my questions and options on the work I wanted done. The installers and Darrin was on time on the day of installation and Darrin explain to the installers what we agreed on. When they were done my landscape area look better than when they started. Also Adams office did my warranty on my unit mail and me a copy. Adams will always be the company I will call if I need any work on my AC/heater unit.

I can only fully recommend Nick, and Adam. They had installed an LG mini-unit for us. The unit no longer worked. I had initially contacted another company. They identified the issue as a leak 'somewhere', and offered three options: refill the unit for $490, repair w/o guaranty & refill for $1,100, have a new unit installed for $5,300. Nick came out the next day, had a good laugh, repaired & refilled the unit. Took him 1/2 a day. No charge. This was about three weeks ago, and the unit is working w/o any issues. FYI - They had installed the unit for us but it had been a month outside of the 12 months warranty.

Adams Air Conditioning repaired my 20 year old gas central unit. There were a couple of small problems and the bill was very reasonable. I have 100% trust in them and will definitely use them when we buy new systems. We were so thankful it could be repaired instead of replaced.

Adams is AWESOME! I have been doing business with Adams for seven years, and I would recommend them to anyone. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I originally called them to get a second opinion when a much larger company told me I would have to replace one of my hvac systems. Adams told me the system was fine and the needed repairs were minimal. The unit is still operating today, seven years later. Adams replaced a different, obsolete hvac system for a competitive price and they continue to maintain both systems. They have never tried to sell me something I don't need. I highly recommend them!

Just had Adams put an AC unit in . They were very responsive and fast in coming out to diagnose and then later to replace the system. They came when they said they would and gave a thorough explanation of the issue and a choice of options we had to replace.
