This is our second furnace and Ac from WBF after 30 years with the first equipment we needed to replace. Installation team was very professional. Richard walked us through the process of what and why. Including finance options. The spaces they worked in and passed through are spotless. Before they left I was given a tutorial on all new parts. I have never had to use a heating or cooling service before. I called late yesterday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for a service technician this morning. Great response time. My scheduler was kind and prompt. My technician arrived within the arrival window, I also received a text that he was on his way which was great. I could not have been more impressed by my technicians knowledge and customer service skills. To be able to get a knowledgeable, skilled and courteous experience sadly is rare these days. Your technician Christian F. was all of these. Christian was able to fix my cooling issue on this first visit... I'm beyond impressed and happy! I'm currently experiencing some health issues so being able to stay cool makes things a bit better for me, thank you. The cost for the repair was less than I was expecting, your company charges a very reasonable rate. Your company did everything right and beyond my expectations. I can't thank you all enough. I will let everyone know about my great experience... you are awesome!

Furnace wasn't working this morning and called this place for help right away. They sent someone within an hour, he checked it out and made sure it was safe for us to be in the house, had the new parts in his truck, and had our heat back on and running within 30 minutes. He also replaced another smaller part and cleaned out the inside of the furnace. Fantastic service, professional technician who went above and beyond, and affordable. I don't leave reviews often but these guys are great. Definitely recommend.

After shopping around with multiple companies, White Bear Heating and cooling had the most affordable furnace and AC. Both techs that came out to my residence were very professional, and on time. They took great care of the new equipment, and were very knowledgeable. I would for sure advised anyone to go with White Bear Heating and Cooling.

Christian arrived on-time. He was professional and went right to work. He completed the installation of our furnace humidifier quickly and efficiently. He did a fantastic job and the area does not seem clutter by the addition to the mechanical room. Would highly recommend!!

White Bear Heating and Cooling did an outstanding job installing a new furnace when it was determined during an annual fall inspection that ours needed to be replaced due to cracks in the heat exchanger. Within 45 minutes of calling White Bear Heating & Cooling when our furnace stopped working, Tye was there and already fixing the issue. Not only was he super helpful and friendly, but he showed us how to avoid the same issue in the future. I am new to the area. Yesterday my air conditioner died, and it was the hottest day on record. Today I was planning to have my parents over to celebrate my birthday. It's the first time I've been able to spend my birthday with my family in over 10 years! It's another record-setting heat wave so I really needed AC! I called White Bear Heating and Cooling in a panic. They came over within 2 hours and fixed it. I'm sure they were swamped with customers in similar situations, so I can't express how thankful I was to them that they made time for me, and so quickly!

In the midst of -30 degree temps over the past 3 days, our furnace stopped working. Called them and they had a tech at my house within under an hour. Fantastic service. He fixed the blower motor and had our heat back up and running within another hour. That type of service and response time (while some companies I called were booked out 3 days), is exceptional. I would easily recommend them and will be saving their number for future service.

White Bear Heating and Cooling rescued our family when our old furnace needed to be replaced! Because our disabled daughter was cold and because they are great people, they did the installation at night after they had already had a long day. They were pleasant and professional, and their price was very reasonable. We are glad we have found such wonderful company for our AC and heating needs!

Our 53 year-old boiler stopped working yesterday. I first called another company. The other company informed me that my boiler was too old to be repaired and that I would need a new boiler at a cost of $6,000-8,000. I then called White Bear Heating and Cooling for a second opinion. They showed up at my house about 30 minutes later and the boiler was completely repaired in about 2 hours for a fraction of the cost of replacement. I was incredibly impressed with the level of service, their responsiveness (it was below freezing outside) and their honesty. I highly recommend White Bear Heating and Cooling.

Our aging furnace quit on a weekend when it was 10° and they showed up promptly with space heaters. They gave us their price for a new furnace with instructions to phone on Monday after we'd gotten a bid from a competitor. They said we were welcome to keep the space heaters over the weekend even if we wouldn't be purchasing from them. On Monday after getting a visit and a bid from another company, we chose White Bear Heating to replace the furnace. They brought a new one over and installed it that afternoon. We went with them two years later when we needed a new A/C unit. Their prices are good and the service is even better. They're quick, efficient, and thorough.

Tye went above and beyond to help us fix the broken furnace. Turned out, the other company’s technician was a scambag too as he bent and twisted the limit switch to fit into our furnace. Tye from White Bear Heating and Cooling was very diligent and knowledgeable in his area of expertise, giving honest advise and explaining how to prevent this issue in the future. Needless to say their prices are very reasonable and affordable. Will definitely keep this company in mind for the future reference

Outstanding. They installed our ac unit 2 years ago and on one the hottest weekends of this summer our ac went out. We called and within 1hr Tye had the fuse replaced and the ac was up and working. I was told that a technician would be at my house between 9 and 11 am to clean and inspect my furnace. Tye was on time and when we went down to my mechanical room, we found that my hot water heater was leaking from a valve. Tye was able to tell me what part was defective so I was able to call a plumber and tell them what needed to be replaced. I appreciated Tye's help with this. He also answered my questions about furnace filters and maintance. I will definitely recommend White Bear Heating and Cooling to my neighbors and family.

I had my furnace and air conditioner replaced about a month ago. They were very informative and did an excellent job. I have used them for decades for my furnace and air-conditioning work. In addition, I just had my ductwork cleaned. Wow, who knew a house could be so dirty. I had heard horror stories about other companies leaving lots of dust everywhere after cleaning their ductwork. There is not a trace of dust anywhere. I had lots of questions about how things work and feel very informed now. They always make me feel like there are no dumb questions. A special shout out to Rick... he is the best and I hope he never retires!!!
