Our air-conditioning went out on the hottest day of the year. We called Twin City heating and air and they sent somebody out the next day. They’re amazing technician David was able to determine what the problem was and had us fixed the same day. I cannot recommend this company enough, they truly went above and beyond. They were fast, affordable, very knowledgeable, and provided one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend!

About 6 months ago we decided to get a furnace put in our garage and began shopping around. We contacted Twin City and Mitch came out and talked with us, made some suggestions and gave us a fair, no pressure quote. We decided to go with them and everyone we talked and worked with was professional, helpful, and friendly. They were extremely helpful every step of the way including dealing with city inspectors, setting up a zero interest loan, and making sure our furnace worked exactly as it should. We’ve had it a couple of months now and couldn’t be happier with it or the service we received. We highly recommend Twin City Heating and Air.

I called (Oct. 11th, '22) because our 2 yr old Carrier furnace wasn't working. I searched several companies online and chose Twin City Heating & Air because I wanted to get their join the Comfort Care Program. I called them for an appointment and mentioned that the heat was not working and we had an appointment the next day. I received a text when the tech was on the way along with his photo and a short bio. Our technician, Alex Smythe showed up on time and walked me through his findings. Several installation errors were found, one shorted out the igniter box and another needed to be redesigned. (the fresh air return pipe was located above the igniter motor and condensation dripped on it) We had one very cold day while waiting on parts but he was back the following day and got us all fixed up. (10-14-22) Wonderful to have heat again. I'm looking forward to the yearly tune-ups for the furnace and A/C. Alex is wonderful and explained everything to me when I asked him to show me the changes he'd made. Very nice and friendly young man.

Our furnace went out and was not repairable 5 days before we were to leave for Arizona. That week our temperatures were in the minus 30-40 degrees, so needless to say we were in a tough spot. Wymond, his sales person and installers got us a new furnace installed in just a few days even though they were swamped with calls due to the frigid temperatures. In todays service world you won’t find a more honest owner than Wymond. They were priced right, didn’t gouge me given our rushed timeline and his installers were fantastic. We had a Wi-Fi enable thermostat put in so we had peace of mind while away. I fully endorse them for all heating, air and electrical needs.

Mitch really went above and beyond for this sale. He heard what we as the customer needed and made it happen. 8am work started and fixed by 9:15. Thank you John for fixing our problem. The price was a bit high but I’m a consumer so prices are always a bit to high. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We will be using this company again.

We were in dire need of a new make-up air unit for our restaurant. Prior to hearing about Twin City Heating and Air I reached out to multiple business’ to see if they can service this for us. All said, “sorry the unit is above the ceiling and it would be too difficult to get a unit that size out and install a new one…” Long story short, I heard about Twin City Heating & Air and decided to give them a call. Boy am I glad I did. Wymond came out. Assessed the situation and said, “we can do this, when would you like it done?” BOOM. Once the unit arrived his team installed it over night and we didn’t have to even close a day of business. I highly recommend them and they definitely have a customer for life! Thank you Wymond and Team. You guys are the BEST!

Furnance went out on one of the coldest weekends this winter. They made sure I had plenty of space heaters to keep my house warm for the weekend. The owner patiently went over all my options while he was out of town and made sure I was happy with my selection and chose what was right for my house. Did not try to upsell me. Workers were friendly and cleaned up after themselves.

We recently purchased a home and had Kelsey from Twin Cities Heating and Air complete a list of projects like installing lights (overhead and wafer lights), fixing reverse polarity, adding vents in 2 bathrooms, gfci protecting outlets, and other miscellaneous fixes. We couldn't be happier with the service and how everything turned out! He also worked with us to add/remove services so the final invoice was within our price range. Twin City Heating and Air came out and our because our furnace was not working and after finding the problem, the part was over half the cost of a new furnace so we opted to replace instead of repair. they furnished so temporary heaters to keep us warm until their installation crew could get to us. they were very easy to work with and they did a superb job! I went on to a community page and this company was recommended to me for my needs. I called and they were able to come out in a timely manner. Kelsey helped me with a ton of electrical issues and knew exactly what he was doing and he explained everything clearly so that I understood what was happening. He was open to answering more questions as he was working and made reasonable and affordable solutions. He was early and stayed for almost 9 hours working to get the job done. David came out and took care of my AC problems. He too was knowledgeable and efficient. This company and their employees are absolutely amazing. Every single person I’ve come in contact with has been wonderful, from the people who answer the phones to the technicians that have come to our home. Always professional and very responsive. We did have a few equipment issues at the beginning and they corrected the problem immediately. Every time I’ve needed them to come out they were here the same day and took care off the problem. These guys are great !! I used them recently when I needed my furnace inspected and tuned up. They showed up on time, masked up and did a video of the unit first. They spotted a crack in heat exchanger in my 20 year old furnace. He explained that it was common in the Brand and model. After showing cost difference between repair or replace the unit I chose to replace it. The new one was replaced timely and was fairly priced ! Note : I had other companies service this unit and crack was never found. Experienced techs are important ! Great company, use them !

My husband and I are remodeling our basement, and sought help from another HVAC company referred to us by our realtor, that did the initial work and installed a new A/C unit. After inspection, more work was needed. We turned to our previous company to come back out to complete work, and they said 5 to 6 weeks later they would try to work us in. We looked for help elsewhere, and Twin City Heating and Air stepped up They gave us and estimate within two days and completed the work within a week. We will never recommed the other company, but will recommed Twin City Heating and Air to anyone. They did a great job, and we are pleased!

Great work and at a reasonable price. When other companies couldn't get out to work on our air conditioner this past summer, the owner came out and fixed it in no time for a nominal fee. We hired them again this January to install ductwork for our new bathroom and they got it done when we needed it and for much less than anybody else. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs heating and air work done right.

Got my heat going within 30mins of arriving. Just a little disappointed on pricing. I was called by there service rep that they had to cancel my app due to the fact that they don’t service manufactured home Furnaces. I called another company and was quoted $250 for the repair minutes later the service rep called to cancel. Once I got home the tech was already knocking on my door. I told him that they cancel and that he said had it on his route so I told him what my Furnace needed to be repaired on I was quoted $120 more then the other company quoted me. The Technician couldn’t really tell me the break down on why it was so high just to replace a Igniter.
