I HIGHLY recommend TM Johnson Bros for anyone looking for heating, plumbing or air services! They were very responsive & professional! Within less than a week they were able to diagnose a problem with my furnace, order the part and replace it all for a VERY reasonable price! Another company wanted to charge double for less work! TM Johnson Bros also lent us a space heater for the week, with no extra cost! VERY grateful & appreciative of that! I also really liked that after they finished fixing the furnace, they showed me the part they replaced and explained what had caused the issue. THANK YOU TM Johnson Bros! (Wish I could remember the gentleman's name so I could give him credit, but I'm terrible at names 🤦‍♀️)

TM Johnson Bros, Inc came out to do a system check on our furnace. They found the heat exchanger leaking and replaced the furnace with the warranty. They got the new one installed and everything is now good. All service technicians were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and answered all our questions. We will continue to use them in the future.

This company came out to replace my furnace to a new high efficiency one. They were very respectful. They did a great job, explained things fully and put in a new thermostat. The company had quoted me a price good for 30 days. It was past that date and prices were rising but they still honored the estimated price. I am very happy with their service. My house is warmer now.

All I can say is AWESOME!! They came out (called first) and inspected my furnace and gave me all the options and costs up front. They helped me with the financing option for replacing my furnace as well as moving my water heater for better access. The two technicians were prompt and very professional. They informed me of exactly what they were going to do throughout the entire installation and even took the time to sweep up when they were done!! All around fantastic service in every area. I HIGHLY recommend them for any furnace, air conditioning, or hot water heater work for youre home!!
