We had Precision Heating And Cooling come for a furnace tune up this fall. This was the second time we used them. This time Director found a leak of carbon monoxide which consequently led to a new furnace. He was great at explaining everything! Director and Specialist come install our new furnace and whole house humidifier!!! They were awesome! Polite and efficient. They left everything clean! The Precision Heating And Cooling crew members are great !!!! We would recommend them from start to finish. Thanks Precision Heating And Cooling for making our home safe and comfortable for the winter months ahead.

Precision has me as a customer for life. Our AC and boiler were more than 20 years old. Terry came to our house and gave us a very reasonable estimate for the work that needed to be done. After they installed our boiler, it started making noises that I knew weren't right. Eric came and listened and then had the manufacturer reps come and listen and they all agreed to replace the boiler. The manufacturer paid for the new boiler, but Precision didn't charge us for the labor. They are professional, respectful, answered my many questions, and left my home as clean as it was when they got there.

This company is all about service! Our restaurant was in bad need of service when the temps hit 100 degrees here in the Chanhassen MN area. This contractor not only came out immediately, then went way beyond to make sure my customers and employees were comfortable. I would highly recommend them!

We've hired Precision a number of times across the past 15+ years for routine maintenance, repairs, and also a new furnace. They have always been very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and their work has always been high quality. We called Precision a week ago when our AC failed. Within 4 hours of our call (on a Sunday), Erik came to the house, diagnosed and explained the problem, and replaced the capacitor. It has been working great ever since.

Had a great experience with Precision heating. My furnace went out in early October and a different company determined that I would need over $1000 in repairs. Since the equipment was over 20 years old, I decided to get quotes quickly for a new install of furnace and AC. Precision provided a very competitive quote, they adjusted their schedule to get me installed 3 days after signing agreement and Eric did a terrific job with installation. Precision also coordinated all the permits and submitted paperwork for rebates. I would highly recommend Precision.

So Thursday night our furnace starts making noise, smelling hot and not producing heat. Started calling repair places next thing at 8am and no one was answering until I dialed Precision. I was a little worried since I didn't know anything about them, but they sent a technician named Pete. He showed up right on time, was very pleasant and professional. He did a great job and even cleaned up some items that had been neglected for 17 years with our old furnace. Can't say enough good things about Pete and Precision heating. The itemized bill was well written and the charge was very reasonable. If you need furnace/AC repair or installation I suggest giving Precision a call.

Top notch company. I had two AC and heating units installed in 2008 at my home in Chaska. They were local, have a great line of products, and had a fair price. I had a major issue in 2013 on one of the heating units and they repaired at no cost to me. I just had another major issue with the same unit in 2018, and 10 years later they are standing by it - not charging me for the repair. That was not expected nor requested - just the way they do business. I just moved this summer nearby and used Precision for installation of a new AC unit. With fair prices, top notch service, and product backing as mentioned above, they will always have my business.

We have used the guys at precision for the past 10 years! Each year they come out and check up and service our humidifier , AC as well as our furnace. This past year because of a bursted pipe (in the middle of winter)in our lower level we had to replace our furnace , we called Precision and they came immediately and worked into the evening, no questions asked! All they wanted was to keep us warm! We are grateful to Precision and recommend them to any and all! We love our high efficiency Bryant system , our monthly bills went down 49-50%! Thank you! Precision has been our HVAC company for many years. I recommend them every chance I get. They are thorough and always take the time to explain things and walk us thru any issues or potential issues. I use them for maintenance twice a year and trust them implicitly to keep our systems running at peak performance. In the years we've used them not once have I not recognized who is coming into my home. Before contracting them, our previous HVAC company sent a different person every time and no one seemed to stay. In other words- No consistency. Don't be fooled by companies that under bid to get your business. A penny saved could be trouble down the road. For us it's important we do business with a local company who are active in the community and who we know value us and will be there when we need them.
