A++ experience! James was very professional. I had tons of questions being a first time homeowner, he reassured me of anything i needed. I had an AC unit installed because the house originally didn't have one. (Only forced air heating) price was very fair. Service was very neat and clean. I would definitely recommend! No doubt!

Optimal was great! James came right away and fixed our broken heater. He found out it was the motherboard and blower and ordered the parts and repaired it right away. Very professional. I would highly recommend Optimal for any HVAC issues.

Highly recommend James for all hvac work. He came out to my house and was very knowledgeable on sizing duct work. He ran new ducts for my unfinished basement. Ran new dryer vent, bathroom fan for both bathroom that didn’t have them. Also he installed a new vent hood for my kitchen which my old one was only a microwave fan. Now cooking smell will vent outside now. All permits were pulled. Very satisfied with his work and very professional. Anyone that needs hvac work for a good price. Give him a call.

I have the Home Smart plan with Xcel and they sent one of their techs to check out and quote me on a new furnace. Their quote came in the upwards of 10k+. I was lucky to find James Xiong, he was able to save me some money and got me up to code in the city of Saint Paul for way less. He also filled me in on how to expand my house to have AC whenever I decide to go that route. He's a very knowledgeable and met my every demand and answered all my needed questions. I would not hesitate to use his service again in the future.

Support your local small business, don't go with big companies that will over charge you. I had James come out to install AC for my home, install was quick, on time and very professionally done!
