One of the worst things that can happen to a liquor store in a small vacation town, in the summer, on the week of the 4th of July is having the compressor go out to the 6 door rail cooler. This scenario happened to us this year (2022). We called them for a service after noticing that the cooler was getting warm. A tech was out to us in just a few hours on a Saturday, working hard to make the compressor restart. After he did all he could to try and fix it, he let us know that it needed to be replaced. Panics set in knowing in the retail business that some products are very hard to get and being Saturday I had to ponder this until Monday. Once Monday rolled around I was on the phone with Luke trying to see what our options were. He let me know that he was doing everything he could and calling all their suppliers to try and get us a compressor by the weekend. After hours on the phone and checking the schedule all the starts aligned and we are now scheduled to have our new compressor installed on July 1st just in time for the biggest week of the year. This may not seem very important to some, but being a municipal liquor store in a town of 165 people this means the world to us. Our profits go towards reducing taxes and buying all the road equipment for our city. So any loss in sales impacts our whole town. Thank you Naylor Heating and Refrigeration for helping us through this and all you have done in the past. We would definitely recommend you to anyone who needs your services and look forward to working with you in the future.

Very professional, and kind. From the ladies in the office, to the gentleman that does estimates, to the people that come in and do installation. I did have to call a couple times, but it is a very busy time of year for them. They are very responsive, and quick. I had an estimate, ordered my furnace, and had it installed within 2.5-3weeks. They even cleaned up after themselves as they were installing, and explained everything to me once they were done. Would definitely use them again!

We had a fantastic experience with Naylor. They installed gas piping and a new Trane furnace and AC unit for us. Aaron helped us with our estimate and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Their estimate was very reasonable and the gentleman who installed the units professional and efficient. We will be using Naylor for all of our heating and cooling needs going forward.

Naylor Heating & Refrigeration replace our old central AC unit and they were phenomenal to work with from start to finish. The estimator responded quickly with an estimate and quickly replied to the questions that I had and the installers were friendly, cleaned up after themselves and were very efficient. This is our third time working with Naylor’s and we will be giving them a call when it comes time to replace the furnace!

We had an issue with our heating system, which could have led to physical harm to our family in the brink of winter but because of the excellent customer service, quick response times, knowledgeable and courteous staff, our family is now safe as well as warm. A bonus to all of this, their pricing is very fair which also helped us out in general but especially during these trying times. Fully recommend.
