Hazel OrozcoThey did a terrific job from start to finish. They were very professional and polite throughout the installation. I couldn’t be more pleased. The only glitch was the thermostat placement. The old thermostat concealed a hole in the wall that made placement of the new thermostat unsightly. I contacted Bob , my sales representative who came back to the house 2 days later to move the thermostat to a new wall. Without a doubt excellent customer service! The entire team gets my highest recommendation.
Mary OrtizI have used this company twice now, and they are awesome. The technicians know what they're doing and are respectful of your stuff. They let you know what they're doing every step of the way and are very friendly. I had a problem with my AC, and it was a little more involved than expected. They were able to get me up and running for the rest of the season, but we will be replacing it next year.
Rose AdcoxBob was just here and I was beyond impressed from beginning to end. My entire HVAC system is only 8 years old but it was a really bad install from day 1.The AC leaking oil (among other issues) and of course it’s 93 degrees but Bob provided a short term solution so we are comfortable immediately and a long term solution involving the Advantage Program. I could not be more thrilled knowing I can ditch the existing system which has cost me so much money over the years not to mention the stress and headaches. Looking into that Advantage Program- it’s amazing. I was seriously impressed with his level of knowledge (and patience as I asked a ton of questions). I’m definitely a permanent customer and also recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

The prices are good, it is a small family business so you get personal service and not just a company that sends someone round for a quick quote then sends someone else round to do the job - which is what happens most of the time with big companies! I would recommend them to anyone.
