We have had Jolly Heating & Air Conditioning out for a tune up, a duct cleaning and just tonight an emergency repair. All technicians have been prompt, friendly, and thorough. Great experience. They always call to confirm, send a tracking tech when someone is dispatched, and even include a photo and info about who is coming to your house which is a great additional safety measure. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were very pleased with our service this morning. Jose was professional, comprehensive, polite and friendly. Our appointment was a routine maintenance and upon inspection, Jose noted that the condensation line needed improvement. We were pleased with his assessment, and look forward to his return, in order to complete maintenance on this unit.

I just wanted to let you know that although your invoice states that you can not guarantee no dust. I got to tell you this is the FIRST YEAR since I moved in on 8/2015 that my house didn't smell like dirt when the heat kicks on. This is also the first year that the heat hasn't caused a headache. While repairing our air conditioner, he found that our electric air cleaning unit was no longer operational, that it was too old and to much to repair, and so he modified it so that it could still filter the air via regular air flow when a proper filter will be installed.
