Our heater at the office stopped working suddenly. J&R Heating & Cooling came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote. They were out the very next day getting everything fixed so we could keep the office running with no interruptions. They have serviced our air conditioning in the same timely manner in the past. We really appreciate their fair, upfront pricing and fast service.

J&R Heating & Cooling company was extremely responsive, and a quote was scheduled within a few days. Other companies told us they couldn't even get new units into our 15-year-old attic. Jeff was confident from the start and very knowledgeable about our options and logistics. He arrived with 5 people on the installation day, all masked, booted, and ready to work. They kept us informed throughout the installation and discussed all options with us before moving forward. Would recommend for the installation of a new air conditioning system!

Only had our air ducts and dryer vents cleaned but had a great experience overall with calling the office, scheduling, actual service, and payment. Crew was professional, punctual, diligent and respectful. Paul gave me the right advice and talked me out of getting an expensive model as my home did not require the high end unit. We had a squealing noise coming from our pipes. It turns out that our water pressure regulator had failed. Our plumber showed up early and diagnosed the issue within 30 seconds. The repair was about 45 minutes and he was very thorough in explaining the issue and the “why” of the part failure. We will continue to give this company our business because of how professional, courteous, honest, and open they are. I highly recommend their services.
