I can't say thank you enough to this company. We had our commercial space's boiler go out as temps lowered dangerously outside. Afraid that our pipes would freeze I called Ideal Air first and they were honest about after hour services and capabilities that evening. After calling about 10 other places I called back and Dan worked with me closely and kindly to get their technician over. He was professional and quick. Great service!

During visit they identified issue, temporarily repaired, ordered parts needed and scheduled follow up visit to install new parts. Quick response to service inquiry. Reasonable timing for replacement. Gave me multiple options with zero pressure for more expensive items. All were friendly and helpful. All followed COVID-19 social distancing guidelines. I am very pleased with the end appearance and clean up. I just wish I New they did plumbing too because I would have used them instead of a different company.

We had a gentlemen come out to our house to check our AC, told us why it wasnt working properly, etc. We decided to replace the AC, while they were doing the AC replacement they noticed something was wrong with the furnace and told us pros and cons (not salesy) just sharing thoughts, they told us we didnt need to replace furnace but in due time. We elected to do both, the whole project took 2 full work days to be completed. Overall very good work, no damage to anything, they cleaned up after, and very transparent process. Since room for improvement is important, the only area I was a little irritated about was the paperwork trail, for a job of this stature, money is a huge factor and not knowing final totals, getting itemized receipts each time you pay , and once the job is done not getting a "Paid in full receipt". Overall great experience, would use them again, would recommend them. Thanks Ideal Air!

I love working with Ideal Air LLC! After we moved we lost our previous boiler repair tech because we are out of their range. After having a few duds out to the house to look at/repair our boiler we FINALLY found Dan and his team and have never looked back. Very easy to connect to Dan and extremely knowledgeable of boilers (they are not a dead system) which is huge for us because we love having boiler heat. His team is trained and wonderful to talk with when working. Highly recommend!

Recently, my air conditioner stopped working and I asked my trusted tech guy for a referral. He referred me to Maureen Stebor at Ideal Air, and she not only immediately got back to me, but promptly sent out two employees to evaluate my problem. They carefully reviewed my system and advised me that given the old age of my air conditioner and the lack of availability of the coolant it used, it was better to go with an air conditioner similar to the one I had, but newer. They promptly came when scheduled, were friendly about answering my questions to be sure I was satisfied, and even took the time to be friendly to my dogs. I am a well satisfied customer.

Such great service! We called on new years day and he was out within an hour and had our heat back on within an hour! Then, on the hottest day of the year we called him when the AC went out and he came at 9:30 at night because we had a newborn and toddlers and he didn't want us to have a terrible night of sleep. Dan is honest and hard working and very reasonably priced. We'll always call him for any future heating and air conditioning needs!

Dan and his team were very professional and did exceptional work for us. They added new vents through the crawl space into our sunroom, and from the basement up into our laundry room. They also added new cold air returns and an addl supply vent in our basement. Dan had given us a competitive estimate and came in exactly at that number. Our air conditioner stopped working on a record setting hot day - on a Saturday. Dan came out within the hour and got it working again. I had such a great experience with Dan at Ideal Air; couldn't be happier. He's very professional and friendly. Our heat wasn't working and he was able to come check it out right away. He called the day before to confirm our appointment and then again that day before he headed out to my house. There was no service call charge as we are located close enough to Ideal Air. Dan was incredibly helpful and made sure that I understood what he was doing and made sure I was comfortable before completely any fixes. Dan was amazing!! Our AC stopped working on a weekend when it was in the 90s. Dan came out right away and did not upcharge for the urgent, weekend call. He was meticulous in tracking down the leak and was diligent in showing us exactly what he had done and what he had found...inspiring trust in him and his dedication to getting it right and treating us right! Given the location, it was going to be an expensive fix, so he worked up several options for us to consider, along with the pros and cons of each of them.
