Had an AC break at my home and I called them right away. They were very nice on the phone and they answered all of my questions. The technician came out and replaced my AC unit in less than 30 minutes. I will use them again if I ever need any other repairs or maintenance done on my home!

We've never had any problems with the work that they do, and they even come back to check on us if there's an issue. We highly recommend them!

Alex and Brad were our new furnace installation technicians and both did an excellent job. They worked continuously through the day in completing the installation and left the area very neat and tidy. They explained all the features of the wi-fi thermostat and how to change both the furnace and humidifier filters before leaving.

Great customer service!! My air conditioner wasn't working and they came out the same day. Everyone with this company was very helpful and kind. Alex who came to fix my A/C explained what happened and was very nice. I will be setting up a yearly maintenance with Horton Heating & Air Service so I don't have to worry about my A/C. Excellent Service! Alex came in and got right to work. He fixed the problem within an hour. He also gave me great information as a home owner on what to look for first if my furnace starts acting up in the future so I can troubleshoot it. I will be setting up a maintenance package with them to keep everything up and running for the future!
